admeasuring 977.77 Sq. Yards or equivalent to 817.53 Sq. Mtrs., situated
at Kondapur Village, Seri Lingampally Mandal & GHMC Circle, R.R.
District, T.S.

WHEREAS, the Donor/Settlor herein has purchased the above said


Plot described in the schedule hereinafter, under a Registered Sale Deed
dt:25-08-1993, vide document No.7609 of 1993 of Book-I, Volumne-2581 on
pages 161 to 172, registered in the office of the Joint Sub-Registrar-I, R.O.,
R.R. District, from GAUTAMI SOCIETY (Regd. No. 1833 of 1991),
represented by it's the then President after paying the valuable sale
consideration, and obtained possession.

AND WHEREAS how the said Gautami Society Rep.., by its


President had acquired the above said plot and its adjoining lands is
clearly mentioned in the registered sale deed dt:25-08-1993.

THUS the Donor/Settlor herein specifically affirms, sincerely


declares and states that she is having absolute right, authority,
unimpeachable subsisting marketable title, full and perfect transferable
rights in the above said plot and she has been in continuous, un
interrupted and peaceful physical possession of the above said plot since
its purchase and prior to her through her predecessors in title or the last
several years.

2. The Donor/Settlor hereby and hereafter renounces all her rights, title
to
and interest whatsoever in nature over the said plot with an intention
vest the same in the Donee/Settlee and assures the Donee/ Settlee to
use and enjoy the gifted property freely, voluntarily and
unconditionally to hold the same forever as absolute owner.

3. The Donor/Settlor herein has today put the Donee/Settlee into the
vacant peaceful physical possession of the said plot and to hold the
same forever as absolute owner. The Donee/Settlee hereby accepts the
gift of the said plot in his favour by simultaneously signing this Gift
Settlement Deed in token of his acceptarnce.

4. lhe Donor/Settlor hereby absolutely transters, conveys all her rights,
title and interest whatsoever she had over the said plot together with all
the easements, appurtenant etc., whatsoever attached thereto in favour
of the Donee/Settlee.

5. The Donor/Settlor hereby declares that the gifted property is free from
all encumbrances such as demands, interest, security, surety and
litigations etc, and further the Donor/Settlor heretby declares that there
are no dues of Municipal taxes or other charges to the concerned
authorities and departments in respect of the said plot as the same is
yet to be assessed and the Donee/Settlee is the only beneficiary of the
plot hereby gifted and no other person or persons including other
family members shall have any right, claim or interest over the said
Plot.

6. That the Donor/Settlor hereby declares, covenants and assures that


there is neither any legal embargo nor any legal impediment in gifting
the above said part of plot in favour of the Donee/Settlee.

7. That the Donee/Settlee may get her name mutated in the records of the
Government and Quasi Government and other departments as owner
of the said plot on the strength of this document.
8. The Donor/Setlor further states and declares. that there are no
proceedings or proposals pending in any government or quasi
government departments for acquiring the said plot.
9. The Donor/Settlor states that under the
Revenue/GHMC records and
other government records there is no other plot covered under this
document with similar Plot number, Survey numbers, area and
boundaries.

10. That the Market Value of the property hereby gifted


through this 'gift
settlement deed' is Rs.73,34,000/- (Rupees Seventy Three Lakhs Thirty
Four Thousand onlyl.

admeasuring 488.88 Sq. Yards equivalent to 408.76 Sq. Mtrs, situated at
Kondapur Village, Seri Lingampally Mandal, (now forming part of
Serilingampally Circle under GHMC), Ranga Reddy District, State of
Telangana, which is more fully described in the plan annexed hereto arnd
