actions in case of any delay.
➢ Follow-up with customer for samples approval. After getting samples approvals, produce a pilot lot as
per customer’s order & dispatch it to customer with requisite documents.
➢ After completing of PPAP, PSW Sign-off, pilot lot submission activity, hand over the part to regular
production by completing Production sign-off process.

Job Profile as QC Engineer:
➢ Implement & maintain developed Quality plan at different stages where applicable.
➢ Implement & maintain controlled Documents & records.
➢ Authenticate the In process & Final Inspection reports.
➢ Implement & maintain the Incoming, In Process & Final Non - conformities register.
➢ Maintain the Correction Action Report & Preventive Action Report for all three stages Non –
Conformities.
➢ Analysis the rejection data at all three stages & report to Management.
➢ Establish & maintain Instruments list & jigs, fixture list & Identify the need for calibration.
➢ Develop calibration forecast & monitor for instruments need to send for calibration & also update the
records.

➢ Call the Third party inspection and conduct the inspection independently.
