GTO- REPORT
CANDIDATE NO.50

Candidate No.50 lacks knowledge of current affairs, remains stressed, and has
very limited communication skills. She was non participative in the group
discussions, and hardly spoke, even when given a chance by her group
members. In the Group Planning Exercise her participation was once again very
unsatisfactory. The written solutions lacked grasp of the situations, and thus the
solutions were incomplete. In the Lecturrete, she chose below average level
topics, but on account of inadequate knowledge, wasn't able to do justice to
them.

In the Outdoor Tasks, she did not contribute at all, and apparently displayed lack
of ideas, to arrive at workable plans.

In the Individual Obstacles (IOs) her performance was good. Displaying good
physical fitness and coordinated approach , she could attempt all the IOs within
the allotted time.

Candidate No.50 needs to put in lots of efforts in the GTO tasks, to be able to
make the grade
