2. COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course introduces students the characteristics and applications of electronic devices and circuits such
as semiconductor diodes, bipolar junction transistors (BJTs), field effect transistors (FETs).it is intended
for students who took the fundamentals of circuit.
3. OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE
After successful completion of this course the student will be able to:
1. Discuss the physical structure and operation principle of Semiconductor diodes, BJTs, FETs.
2. Know biasing techniques for BJTs &FETs.
3. Describe frequency response of BJTs &FETs.
4. Analyze multistage amplifiers.
