MLDB & WLDB Panel System

What is MLDB or MDB- MLDB Stand for Main Light Distribution Board
An MDB is a panel or enclosure that houses the fuses, circuit breakers and ground leakage protection units where the electrical
energy, which is used to distribute electrical power to numerous individual circuits or consumer points, is taken in from the
transformer or an upstream panel.
An MDB typically has a single or multiple incoming power sources and includes main circuit breakers and residual current or
earth leakage protection devices.

MLDB ek aisa panel hai jo electrical systems mein main lighting circuits ko control aur distribute karta hai. Iska kaam electrical
load ko manage karna aur different lighting circuits mein power distribute karna hota hai.

1. Power Distribution: Building ya facility ke main lighting circuits ko power supply karta hai aur alag-alag areas mein power ko
distribute karta hai.
2. Protection: Overload ya short-circuit jaise faults ke case mein protection provide karta hai, kyunki MLDB mein circuit breakers
aur fuses installed hote hain.
3. Control: Alag-alag lighting zones ko control karne mein help karta hai, jisse energy efficient aur safe operation possible ho
sakta hai.
4. Monitoring: Electrical load aur power consumption ko monitor karta hai, jisse maintenance aur troubleshooting mein madad
milti hai.

MLDB ka use industrial aur commercial buildings mein commonly hota hai jahan lighting system complex hota hai aur efficient
aur reliable power distribution zaroori hoti hai.

Electrical systems mein Welding Distribution Board (WDB) ka kaam specific welding machines aur equipment ko power supply
aur protection provide karna hota hai. Yeh usually industrial aur manufacturing setups mein use hota hai jahan welding ke liye
dedicated power supply aur control systems ki zaroorat hoti hai.

Welding Distribution Board ke kuch main kaam hain:

1. Power Distribution: Welding machines high current draw karti hain, isliye WDB yeh ensure karta hai ki unhein proper aur
stable power supply mile. Yeh power ko different welding stations aur machines mein distribute karta hai.
2. Control: WDB alag-alag welding machines aur circuits ko control karne mein madad karta hai. Ismein individual switches ya
controls hote hain jisse specific welding equipment ko on ya off kiya ja sakta hai.
3. Protection: Welding equipment high current aur voltage pe operate karte hain, to WDB mein installed circuit breakers aur
fuses overload aur short circuits se protection provide karte hain, jisse machines aur workers ki safety ensure hoti hai.
4. Monitoring aur Maintenance: WDB se welding circuits aur load ka monitoring asaan hota hai. Ismein fault indication systems
bhi hote hain jo system mein kisi issue ka pata lagane aur uski maintenance mein help karte hain.

WDB ka use usually un industries mein hota hai jahan welding ka kaam large scale pe hota hai, aur yeh ensure karta hai ki
equipment ko safe aur reliable power supply mile, aur unhein control aur protect karna asaan ho.
