All Font Names Must be in Times new Roman

1. Page size - A4; Margins - left-3.0cm, Right-2.0 cm, Top-2.5 cm, Bottom-2.5 cm, Gutter-0
2. Project Work format must at least contain the following:

The Technical report should be submitted in A4 size. Number of copies to be submitted: Three (One for
Library, One for department, One for Internal Guide). The certificate should consists of names and roll
numbers of all batch members for the above three copies.
One copy for each batch member. The certificate should consist of batch member name and his/her roll
numbers only.

PAPER, TYPING, FORMAT

1.A4 size paper should be used for the preparation of the project report. Typing should be done on one side
of the paper with character font in size 12 of Times New Roman.

2.The layout should provide a margin of 1.50 Inches on the left, 1.00 Inches on the top, bottom and right.

3.Fresh paragraph should commence after five spaces. Double-spacing or One and half line spacing shall
be provided throught the report.

4.The page numbers should be indicated at the bottom-middle of the each page.

5.Should not underline the heading/subheadings and should not put colons ( : ) in headings or subheadings.

BINDING

1.The document should be 25 to 30 pages.

2.Use the following colors for spiral.
a. CSE A –Pink
b.CSE B – Blue
3.No. of copies required is 2

1. The soft copy of the PPT has to be shown to the respective internal guide and get it approved
before the presentation.

2. .Each batch is expected to give seminar for 30 mins.

 ABSTRACT

This part of the Technical Seminar will be the most widely published and most read because it will be
published in Dissertation Abstracts International. It is best written towards the end, but not at the very last
minute because you will probably need several drafts. It should be a distillation of the thesis: a concise
description of the problem(s) addressed and your method of solving it/them, your results and conclusions.
An abstract must be self-contained. Usually they do not contain references. When a reference is necessary,
its details should be included in the text of the abstract. The number of words may be limited to 1000 not
exceeding two pages of spacing 1.5 and font type Times New Roman with size 12.
