First let us define what is the different Elements of

Arts
Do you have any idea how one artwork can be
formed? Yes sir, by creating a line or dots in a one whole sheet
of paper, it can be the starting point for all artwork.

Correct, It starts with a line or a dot so who can give

the meaning of lines / line ? Sir, line it is a one dimensional figure, which has length
but has no width.
Very Good also, it is a one dimensional figure aside
from that lines can be define also as
- Lines are marks made by a tool or brush. They
can be straight, curved, thick, thin,
horizontal, vertical, or diagonal.
- Lines can create shapes, express movement, and
imply texture or depth.

Next What would happen if an artist form a line

enclose in each other? Sir, it will create a different kind of shape.

Good, so what is shape?

Shape are created when lines meet to enclose a space.
Very Good, but aside from Shape also can be used
to create patterns, convey symbolism, or define
boundaries within a
composition.

Before we proceed, I have a question first do you

have any ideas on this picture and how would you
able to relate it into shapes? ( Sir, Yes it is a picture of tress on which it has a odd
shape that we typically see in our nature. )

That’s correct and it is called organic shape on

which we typically found this kind of shape in nature ( Sir I have a question also, can we defined as
sometimes deifying the law of physics. asymmetrical shape the one that we usually see in
abstract type of artwork? )

Yes, we can considered it as an asymmetrical

shape as we usually see odd shape from those kind ( Thank you sir! )

Yes, but what do you think is the difference

between those two? Sir, Form has an edge while shape is just a flat drawing.
Correct, but to give a deep meaning on what form
is?
- Forms are three-dimensional shapes with length,
width, and depth. They include objects
with volume, such as cubes, spheres, or cylinders.
- Form adds realism to art by creating the illusion of
depth and space.

Okay before I proceed I have a question first What

do you think is the difference between Shapes and
Form ? Sir, when we say Shapes it is a two dimensional while
Form is a three dimensional.

That’s correct, you can easily differentiate those two

just by looking at their figures.

So let us proceed again, next we have Color

When you heard the word Color, what comes in to
your mind? Sir,when I heard the word Color I think it give life and
sense of beauty to all.

Yes, we can associate color by giving a sense of

beuty not just in artwork. But also in our life So
- Color refers to the wavelengths of light that are
reflected off an object. It includes hue
(the name of the color), value (lightness or
darkness), and intensity (brightness or
dullness).
- Color can evoke emotions, convey meaning, and
create harmony or contrast in a
composition.

As you can see color played a vital role in a concept

of an artwork, Why do you think color gives life in Sir, because color convey emotions and it is vary
one artwork? depending on how the artist use different color in to his
artwork. Also by using it emphasize its appeal giving a
life to it.

That's right, but how about the artist that uses black
and white color do you think they are putting
emotion as well to it? Yes sir, even though they are using black and white
their artworks is also conveying emotions. Because
black and white is also a color and it represent many
different feelings as well, it juts varied depending on how
audience will interpret the artwork.

When you are doing artwork sometimes you are

using shadows, What do you think is the benefit of it Sir, it create deepness to our artwork. For Example I am
in your artwork creating a human standing under the sun. To make it
more realistic I usually y add shadows to enhance it.
Very Good aside from when you are taking a
pictures from your smartphone. There is a time that
our smartphone usually has a focus feature on
which it easily detects if the picture has too light or Sir, with the help of AI right now, those kind of features
dark. Do you have any ideas how would it happen. give us a more enhance picture without the need of
doing it manually.

Yes and those kind of features has under the

Elements value is define
- by range of lightness and darkness in an artwork.
It is created by variations in
color and contrast.
- Value adds depth and dimension to a composition,
helping to define shapes and create
mood or atmosphere.

In one artwork we typically see a different things

included to it. And sometimes just by looking we
can tell if that artwork has a smooth or rough
sensation when we touch. Why do you think it can Sir, because in our mind if we see that object we can
happen? easily distinguish the feature of it. So by juts looking into
in one artwork we can get the sensation of what could
be the feeling if we touch it.
Yes and that kind of sensation that we feel is
because of Texture
- Texture refers to the surface quality or feel of an
object. It can be tactile (actual texture)
or visual (implied texture).
- Texture adds interest to artwork, providing
sensory experiences and enhancing realism or
abstraction.

If you could relate one elements in your life, why do

you think space is Important ? Sir because by giving space it shows that you respect
each other individuality and need for healthy
boundaries.
So how could you relate in in Arts?
Just like in our life, In one artwork it need to have a
space for the object is not be crowded it also pride
stability and unity towards the content of artwork without
overlapping each others.
Very Good, because Space is
- is the area around, between, or within elements of
an artwork. It can be positive
(occupied by objects) or negative (empty space).
- Space creates depth, perspective, and
composition in art. It can also imply distance, scale,
or volume.

So that’s the different Elements of Arts, Can

end this topic. Let me have another question. Do
you think to make one artwork more pleasing it is
important to have all the elements in to one Yes sir, as an artist they must knew what elements that
artwork? they should use and it is very important for them to
include all of it because it will essentially enhance the
appeal of one artwork

advertisement poster promoting the important
