Subject: REPLY OF EXPLANATION.
It is submitted that In response to your explanation notice no. 15653 A.G.Pb dated 19.11.2024, the reason of late arrival at office was due to the prevailing situation of political instability among the political parties. It is pertinent to mention here that Islamabad is a Capital cityof Pakistan. Therefore, protests are being done here by the political parties day by day. Which results all main roads lead towards Government offices were blocked. Despite my best efforts to leave the home earlier and find alternative routes, the situation caused an unavoidable delay. Therefore, it is requested to pardon me for arriving late at office. I assure you that I will plan accordingly in the future to minimize the impact of such events on my punctuality.
