    TENDER NOTICE

    University of Sargodha

    University of Sargodha intends to purchase one digital Auto clave for


    practical/research work of Pharm. D., M. Phil. and Ph.D. students. The total
    estimated cost of this equipment is Rs.1.450 million. Interested firms having
    relevant experience and good repute, registered with Income Tax and G.S.T
    department, and may send their sealed bids upto 05-12-2023 at 02:00 PMto
    the undersigned. The tenders will be processed under Single Stage Two
    envelops bidding procedure according to the Punjab Procurement Regulatory
    Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 as amended from time to time. The tenders will
    be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of available
    representatives of the firms in the office of the undersigned.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. Tender document containing detailed specifications of said


    equipment along with estimated cost and other terms & conditions
    will be available immediately after publication of the tender notice
    from the office of the undersigned during office hours on producing
    demand draft of Rs.1000/- (Non-Refundable) in favor of Treasurer,
    University of Sargodha.

    2. If firms demanded the tender documents through courier then it will


    have to pay the courier charges and send the demand draft of
    Rs.1400/- non-refundable.

    3. 5% Scheduled Bank CDR (Refundable) of the Estimated Price in the


    name of Treasurer, University of Sargodha must be attached with
    Technical Proposal as bid security.

    4. Purchase will be made under the provisions of PPRA rules as


    amended from time to time and UOS rules as well as Govt.
    instructions.

    from College of Pharmacy. Downloaded tender document will
    not be acceptable.
