Full Stack Developer (MERN) - Juno AI

About Us
Juno is a cutting-edge startup revolutionizing the financial industry with our Generative
AI-based solutions for financial companies and brokers. We're on a mission to transform how
financial services are delivered and experienced.

The Role
We're seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team.
As a key member of our development squad, you'll be instrumental in building and
maintaining our MERN-based applications that are reshaping the financial technology
landscape.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB,
Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
● Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
● Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on MERN stack
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript
object model
● Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
● Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
● Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
● Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
● Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs
● Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
● Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
● Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack,
NPM, etc.
● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements
● A knack for benchmarking and optimization
