The project entitled SALES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM done for PROVOCATRO

APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED,Coimbatore.
The Sales Management System built with VB.Net and MS SQL Server helps businesses to
Organize their sales effectively.It keeps track to customers,products and sales orders
making it easier to manage everything in one place. The system makes sure that only
authorized users can access the data by storing it securely in MS SQL Server and using
VB.Net for the system's interface.Businesses can use this system to track inventories,
enhance sales processes, and produce valuable data that will help them make better
decisions for the expansion of their businesses.

Provocatro Apparels Private Limited, situated in Coimbatore specialized in
manufacturing and exporting of high fashion textile garments. The company spans
approximately 10,000 square feet, dedicated to producing top-quality apparel. With an
effective management team boasts over 60 years of collective experience in the textile
industry possers the expertise to ensure the finest garment manufacturing, timely delivery
of superior quality garments and commitment to exceed customer expectations.
Provocatro vision is to emerge as the premier manufacturer of quality apparel in
India, Championing the empowerment of Women Employees. To achieve this, Provocatro
Apparels maintains a modern manufacturing facility to meet the dynamic needs of
customers, shareholders and the community.
The business has a state-of-the-art Perfecta Schmid, Switzerland, cloth cup molding
machine. 150 state-of-the-art machines with a daily production capacity of around 3500
undergarments. Orders from clients are sent to the company with technical requirements or
samples, which are then used in the manufacturing process. They have to draw patterns to
figure out what kind of fabric, ribbons, and decorations are needed. Acquire the required
supplies from the market or the approved sellers. After cutting the fabric to meet the
pattern, attaching the accessories and sewing it in the required sizes and shapes using the
appropriate type of machine. In quality control, clothes are labeled, folded, and packaged
per the buyer's specifications. The bundled goods are delivered to the appropriate
purchasers.

experience for businesses in managing their accounting and financial operations. The Tally
Prime was prone to errors and inaccuracies, resulting in incorrect assertions to
management. It takes additional time to generate reports on time.
