The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Software Developer to join our team at Pacifica's
head office in Houghton le Spring. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled developer to enhance
their expertise within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain our online systems using C#.NET and MSSQL.
● Collaborate on desktop and mobile projects as opportunities arise.
● Integrate 3rd party software and work with REST, SOAP, APIs, XML, etc.
● Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Essential Requirements:

● Minimum of 3 years commercial development experience with C#.NET.


● Proficiency in Web API, MVC, .NET Core, and Blazor.
● Experience with MS SQL.
● Knowledge of SOAP and REST API testing tools.
● Familiarity with Web Services, JavaScript, and JQuery.
● Experience with Visual Studio using MVC.
● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
● Strong communication skills, with experience in client interactions.

Desirable Skills:

● Experience with version control systems.


● Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms.
● Familiarity with Jira.
● Business Intelligence Development experience.
● Skills in database tuning, complex queries, and indexing strategies.
● Full project life cycle experience.
