Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
As Marketing Manager at Kladio, you will take a dynamic role in driving the company’s
marketing initiatives while contributing to other critical business functions as needed.
This position o?ers the opportunity to shape and execute strategies in a fast-paced
startup environment, requiring versatility, creativity, and a hands-on approach. Beyond
marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support various
aspects of the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Kladio’s
growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high-quality
campaign delivery across all channels.
• Oversee and actively contribute to digital marketing e?orts, including SEO, SEM,
email marketing, social medias and paid advertising.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer
preferences and competitive landscape insights, using findings to refine
marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with product, sales and operations teams to align marketing e?orts
with broader organizational goals.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activities to identify
growth opportunities and enhance Kladio’s positioning.
• Develop customer personas and segmentation strategies based on market
research findings to ensure targeted and e?ective campaigns.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors and partners to ensure seamless
execution of marketing initiatives.
• Track and report performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize
outcomes.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed including business development,
event planning or internal communications to support startup priorities.

Key Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing with leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, CRM
platforms and campaign management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot quickly in
response to changing needs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude and a willingness to wear
multiple hats in a startup environment.
