Job Summary:

As the Data Science Leader at RadNet, Inc., you will be a key driver in
establishing and overseeing our data science and AI initiatives, reshaping our
business models. You will lead a talented team in building a robust data
infrastructure that not only supports data-driven decisions but also
empowers us to explore and implement innovative business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Infrastructure Development, Governance, and Quality:

 Develop and implement a scalable data infrastructure for enhanced


data efficiency.
 Lead the creation of data pipelines, data warehouses, and data
integration solutions.
 Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the data
lifecycle.
 Enforce data governance policies and best practices.

AI Strategy:

 Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with our


company's vision and objectives.
 Oversee the research and development of AI models and algorithms.

Business Model Innovation:

 Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for


innovative business models driven by data and AI insights.
 Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform new business
strategies.
Leadership and Communication:

 Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists, data engineers,


and machine learning engineers.
 Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product
managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

 Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g.,


Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning,
Mathematics).
 Proven experience in leading data science, machine learning, and AI
projects in a professional capacity, preferably as a Senior Data
Scientist.
 Strong knowledge of data engineering, data warehousing, and ETL
processes.
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, SQL, Java,
among others.
 Experience with MATLAB, AI/ML frameworks, and libraries.
 Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
 Business acumen with the ability to align data and AI strategies with
new business models.
 Industry-specific experience is a plus.
