The Principal of the college shall immediately allow the candidate to join the course of study. In the event of refusal, candidate may approach the jurisdictional
Deputy Commissioner for enforcement of this admission order issued by the KEA, in accordance with Rule 15(1) CET-2006 Admission Rules. This admission
order is subject to Rule 13 & 15(3) of “Karnataka Selection of Candidates for Admission to Government seats in Professional Educational Institutions Rules
2006” and its amendments and approval by MCI, DCI, AICTE, COA, NCISM, NCH, PCI, Government, Concerned University, Apex Bodies, etc.
In case candidate wishes to surrender / cancel / leave the selected from KEA because he / she has other opportunities for educational / professional courses,
then such candidate has to surrender the seat allotted by KEA to KEA only by surrendering this admission order, failing which it may amount to blocking of
seat and Government may initiate both civil and criminal action against such candidate and parents as this is the subsidized Government Quota seat and there
are other equally eligible meritorious students in the merit queue who should have secured this seat.Merely not reporting to the allotted college should not be
presumed by the candidate that he / she has surrendered the seat to KEA.Fee collected by KEA will be transferred to concerned college after final admission
process.
