Firewall rules should be in place for URL to be accessible from RDP/Jump Server as below. Get this
done with the help of Dev ops Team.

Access the OEM Database express url from RDP Box and login with admin user created during
Oracle database creation on RDS.

Ie: in this case super_admin/******

Perform Telnet test as one last check for hitting the below mentioned URL

Which shows telnet is working fine for the port “5521”
