A Performance Analytics widget ties an

indicator to a visualization, such as a
trend line, a set of columns, or a pie
chart. Within the widget, you can filter or
group indicator scores by breakdowns.
You can also apply time series functions,
such as 7-day sums, to the scores.

Add additional widgets to organize,

summarize, and present data to convey
information in a meaningful way.
How it works?

Finally we add widgets to our

dashboard to view our performance
analytic we created.

In this way, we’ve outlined the steps for

using Performance Analytics in
ServiceNow and explored a bit of this
amazing feature that makes life much
easier.
