PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

October 2019 to 2023: Global Health Systems Support (GHSS), Douala, Cameroon.

 As a Quality Corps (QCorp) personnel under the HIV Rapid Testing Quality Improvement (HIV
RTQI) project, my responsibilities included;
 Assist the Lab Mentors in the implementation of the quality improvement strategy for HIV
rapid testing process at assigned hospitals and laboratories
 Perform Project monitoring & evaluation at project sites i.e, hospital and laboratories,
including quality control and quality evaluation using tools such as the Stepwise Process for
Improving the Quality of HIV Rapid Testing and Point Of Care Treatment Check-lists (SPI-
RT & SPI-POCT).
 Collect data from HIV RT logbooks/register and input into the database. Analyse the data and
report to superiors.

 As a Data Officer for the COVID19 Vaccination Programme;


 Ensure data on all assigned performance indicators are recorded daily at the vaccination
center.
 Work closely with the Ministry of Health EPI case team and represent GHSS at various
COVID 19 data validation meetings.
 Manage and update project database and data collection tools. Perform data analysis and
report findings to the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and Project Coordinator for decision
making.
 Submit weekly work objectives and activity performance reports to Regional Coordinator and
the Human Resource manger.
 Participated in training workshops on quality control and quality assurance in health facilities.

 As Logistic Management Officer, duties include;


Assist in the preparation of the hubs for all system commodities.

Receive and coordinate the distribution of EQA and CD4 PIMA proficiency testing specimen

for HIV rapid testing to all participating sites in all the districts of the center region, collect the
results and deliver them to the STS coordinator.
Assist GHSS to deliver notification letters, activity reports, reagents and other laboratory

equipment to participating health facilities, districts/regional delegation.


April 2019 – August 2019: Project Officer at People Empowering People(PEP) Africa
 Write project proposals to solicit grant funding
 Develop a mailing list by compiling a database of addresses and contact information of all the
partners and stakeholders that comprise the company’s sector of activities.
 Network with other organization to scout opportunities for collaboration.
