Training Module on SMMS application SMMS Training Module: MT08 heory: Maint i nalysis GETTING STARTED Logging In When the system configurations and requirements are met then the user can have access to the application by entering the provided URL in the compatible browsers. The user needs to enter a valid ‘Username’ ‘Password’ and Correct ‘Captcha’ to gain access into the application. Main Page When users logs in to the ‘SMMS' application, user will land on the main page of an application based of roles and responsibility assigned to user. The different Menu on Web will change as per the rights provided to the user based on the designation. Accordingly Read only, Read-Write rights are given as per Rights Matrix. It will give a message as “You are not Authorized” for such menu's which is not relevant to the User. Details are described in the User management Document. 103 Training Module on SMMS application Maintenance Schedule After successfully landing to the page of SMMS application, user can find the option of Maintenance Schedule on the header highlighted. The main purpose of this module is to give maintenance history details of any Gear under any Asset Type. Filter option will ease the searching process and then one can check the history of all the maintenance done for that particular Gear number with its health status categorized as per the filled schedule code information by the field maintainer. This are categorized as Good/Warning/Critical. This is the second icon from right. User can find the asset maintenance history report in this section. The page shows the details of Asset, Gear Name/Number, 105 Asset code, Schedule code and Periodicity. Based on the condition of the maintenance the application gives the details of GOOD, WARNING and CRITICAL condition. e Action->History User can find the tab of history in the Action column. Once user clicks on this button, it will open the new page, with all the details of maintenance history. In the header, user can find the details of the particular asset and schedule code which they have selected on with asset code and periodicity. Three columns are displayed below the header: ‘* Action: This column gives the privilege to view the maintenance report of the particular asset ‘® Maintenance completion date: This column shows the details of maintenance completion date © Last Maintenance by: This column gives details of name of the person who did last maintenance © Health 106 Training Module on SMMS application Heenan @ Manin Momence Haty ° Filter User can find the button of filter on each and every screen. It is located on the right side of each screen.
