My Daily Routine

Morning

1. 7:00 AM - Wake Up

o I wake up early to start the day with energy.

o I drink a glass of water to hydrate myself.

2. 7:15 AM - Personal Hygiene

o I wash my face and brush my teeth.

o I take a quick shower if I prefer.

3. 7:30 AM - Breakfast

glass of milk or juice.

4. 8:00 AM - School Preparation

o I get dressed and make sure I have everything I need for


school (backpack, books, notebooks, etc.).

study only in the morning on Fridays).
