From among the five phases of Teaching Internship, which seems to be difficult?
Why?
• Among the five phases of Teaching Internship, Phase 3: On Site Task seems to be
the difficult among the five, because writing learning plans, creating instructional
materials, constructing assessment tools daily can make our energy drained because
of all our wakeful nights just to fulfill our duties, preparing lesson plans, IM’s and
engaging assessments for me to have a weapon for another day of lesson to come.
Writing my reflection
• In order for me to enjoy my daily teaching internship to the fullest by giving my best and
dedication in teaching my pupils every day, they become my inspiration. I will make sure
that I will treasure every moment that I will be encountering during my internship. I will
not take this experience for granted instead I will appreciate and love this profession I

Having effective class routines and sound class structure is important because:
• It conditioned and prepare the students in the lessons and discussion. Moreover, it makes the
flow of the class efficient for both the teachers and students because it line-up the things they need

disruptions. Another thing is that it saves time for the teachers and focus on the content of the
lesson rather than the structure because of having predictable routines. On the other hand,
students thrive and behave when they know the boundaries thus, focusing on their performance.

Cooperating Teacher: Catherine Pelicano Date: April 04, 2023
Grade/Year Level: Grade 6 Time: 9:30 – 10:30 Subject: EPP
Weaknesses:
- Most of the pupils

students especially
that the class is

water cycle powerpoint CT to customize the
presentation, and appearance of her
printed materials slides. You can insert
various multimedia

lessons more engaging.
Printed modules allow
students to keep track
the current lesson and
review the material.
Weaknesses:
- Some modules include
the answer key, which
students rely on when
they have an activity.
Day 3: Strengths:
Topic: Music Video presentation, - Because the lesson is
blackboard, chalk and printed all about tempo and
modules texture, the video
presentation work
extremely well. It
assisted student in
distinguishing between
tempong largo and
tempong presto as well
as their texture. The
use of blackboard and
modules also assisted
students in
remembering and
reviewing the terms
they had learned.
Weaknesses:
- While watching the
video, some pupils do
not fix their pay
attention. It does not
guarantee that the
pupils comprehended
and listened attentively
to the presentation. It
would be preferable to
allow them manipulate
musical instruments
and learn the two
types of tempo largo
and presto.
Day 4:
Topic: Parts of the Earth Powerpoint Strengths:

Weaknesses:
- It is used for teaching
only
Day 5 Strengths:
Topic: Life on Earth Powerpoint Presentation - It is designed from

Writing My Reflection
Complete the statements given below:
Differentiated instruction benefits our learners because When you differentiate instruction, you
adapt and diversify your teaching style to meet each student's ability level. This ensures that each
student is learning in the most effective way possible. This teaching method can take a variety of shapes,
but it usually entails giving your students with a variety of ways to study course information, based on
their preferences and requirements. Treating student differently is one of the most difficult things for a
teacher to accomplish. It is incompatible with our very nature. We are socialized to treat each child the
same way we would any other. Regardless of ethnicity, gender, or intellectual ability, no child deserves
special treatment, nor does any child need less care. When that know- it-all student who constantly sits
in the front row demands time to show, it irritates us. When a kid in the back of the class makes
disrespectful noises and refuses to stay on task, it irritates us greatly.
As a future teacher, I can employ the following strategies in my class teaching strategies are the
methods and techniques that a teacher will employ to assist their students in the learning process, a
teacher will select the teaching strategy that is most appropriate for the topic being studied, the learner's
level of expertise, and the stage in their learning journey. A teacher may utilize a variety of teaching
styles with various end goals in a single lesson. The most effective teaching methods are those that have
been demonstrated to function in large-scale studies. It is not necessary for a teaching strategy to be
innovative, though some of them are. As their instructor, I'll ask an open-ended question to ensure that
their opinions are heard and that they are not afraid to respond to the question. As a becoming teacher,
helping pupils to adopt possible outcomes in learning is a privilege to them and even to me because it
will compact their potentials to show up and apply in class without telling them anymore. They will
become a good learner in the future if they pursue their chosen path.

There will never be a flawless instructional presentation. The top five aspects that we've seen form the
foundation of a successful teacher demo class, which is usually the last stage of the teaching
demonstration, are highlighted. Your teaching demonstration should support everything you've said in your
application documents about your teaching. Don't lecture for the entire time during your demonstration if
you've stated that you build student-centered classrooms and give students opportunities to actively learn.
The key to a great teaching demonstration ismeticulous planning and practice. You'll go a long way toward
showing the committee that you can handle the rigors of day-to-day teaching if you demonstrate your best
teaching during your demo. The following instructions and suggestions will help you get started.

Writing my Reflection
I need to write my individual Personal and Professional Development Plan (IPPDP) because
as a future educator it is important and I need as an individual to always have a plan in
everything to do for the educational development of every learner because a professional
development plan helps you gain specific insight into how you can reach your career
aspirations, such as earning a new certification or finding a mentor who can advise and
drafting a professional development plan specially during a job search.

My Teaching Philosophy
My teaching experiences was so great full of satisfaction and gratitude based on what I have
gained during my teacher hours even in collaborating with my colleagues in the site/field. I have
learned so many things which I can able to apply and adopt from time to time. Being a future
teacher, I should know how to handle everything and even my teaching and learning aspect
which also gives me more insights to do the relevant actions that will be benefited of myself as
well as the students also. Knowing also environment is still challenging even if it was my Alma
Mater. During my teaching hours/days, I kept on grinding and giving valuable learnings to my
pupils that leads them to be more knowledgeable and learn more different learning that will lift
them into a good learner and a better individual in the future.
My experience that I have gathered will help me to be better and responsible teacher in the
future which help me to overcome and meet my expectations as I embraced and perform the
essence of teaching. Hardships taught me to be more confident and productive to create and
perform the good and valuable actions that made my teaching internship successful and fruitful.
Without encountering hardships, I am able to stand alone and embrace the reality in the field.
And also, building a strong and continuous to everyone in the field makes me feel so blessed
and thankful about it, especially to the support and trust of my fellow students, the teachers,
and my co-interns.
A teaching philosophy statement is a written description of your values, goals and beliefs
regarding teaching and learning and uses evidence from your teaching. To help you in writing
your own Teaching Philosophy you need to do these through the years: actualize your
teaching beliefs in your subjects/ courses, record your teaching practices, enrich your teaching
practices l, and incorporate new innovation in teaching. To write your teaching philosophy,
