10 Teams will be
selected for the next
round from each domain
by the internal jury.
STAGE II
HACKATHON:
The selected teams will
present their projects to the
jury and separate adjunct
will be provided.
STAGE III
FINALE:
The adjunct will be
evaluated by the
internal and external
jury and the winners are
announced.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. One team can have a maximum of 4 members or a minimum of 2
members.
2. Teams must have all members from same college however, members
can be from different branches.
3. The judges decision will be the final.
4. Each team must choose and solve one of the provided problem
statement.
5. The hackathon will commence at 9:00 am and conclude at 4:00 pm.
6. Teams are required to bring their own equipment's including
laptops, ethernet cables, and any other necessary tools for
development.
7. If the solution involves hardware components, teams must be
prepared to showcase and demonstrate their hardware during
presentation.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
8. The result by the judges will be final. It will include aspects such as
innovation, technical implementation, user experience, scalability and
relevance to the theme.
9. Any modifications will be communicated to the participants in a
clear and timely manner.
10. The presentation must be done within the stipulated time.
11. Lunch will be provided to participants.
12. Particpants should assemble at steve jobs hall on or before 9.00 am.
13. Physical certificates will be provided to the participants.
14. The participants must settle in the provided domain specific-space.
ROUND 1 HACKATHON
1. Abstract Format: Provide an abstract in Word format, limited to a
maximum of 200 words.
2. Presentation: Prepare a presentation with a minimum of 6 and a
maximum of 8 slides.
3. Prototype Description: If applicable, include a description and images
of the prototype on the slides.
4. Submission Deadline: Submit your abstract and presentation by
April 2, 2024 11.59pm, for evaluation by the internal jury.

EVENT DETAILS
1. The inauguration ceremony will start at 9:00am on 5th
April 2024.
2. Hackathon will begin at 9:30am on 5th April 2024
3. The hackathon will continue for 6 hours and there will be
phased marking.
4. Presentation will play a crucial role as teams will have to
push their progress in a phased manner.
5. The closing ceremony of the hackathon will be held from
3 pm on 5th April 2024.

ABOUT US
National Digital Library of India (NDLI) club of Sri Sai
Ram engineering college is a student organized club that
has organized 20+ events aimed at enhancing the technical
and non-technical skills of students. It is a student run club
that motivates students to develop their knowledge
digitally. Sri Sai Ram Engineering College has an NDLI
student branch with more than 75 student coordinators and
volunteers marking their journey in the path of gaining and
sharing knowledge. This club is planning various ways to
showcase the power of learning and the enhancement of
technical and non-technical skills.
