Madrid
I would like to talk about Madrid because it is my favourite city.
Madrid is the capital of Spain that is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. It is famous
for its football club Real Madrid. This is one of the best football team sin the world.
It is the most populous city in Europe after London and Berlin. It is located in the middle of
the Iberian Peninsula.
The climate is Mediteran. Madrid is the cleanest capital of the world and it is a scientific and
cultural centre as well.
The most famous sights are:
-The Prado , which is one of the world’ s largest museum of fine Art.
-The Placido Real de Madrid is one of Europe’ s largest castle.
-Cibeles Square is Madrid’ s most beautiful square.
-Spain is famous for its bullfightings. They are organized in the country ’s largest bullfighting
arena: The plaza the Toros de las Ventas.
-The main square in Spain is Plaza Mayor. It has a very prominent real and metro network.
-The Santiaga Bernabeu is one of the world’ s most famous football stadium, home of Real
Madrid.
-The Moncloa tower is very tall we can see Madrid’s attractions easily from the top.
This is the city that never sleeps. Madrid is wonderful! For breakfast, depending on your
hotel, you can eat a traditional Spanish breakfast. If you would liketo have lunch, eat before
two in the afternoon, because from two o’clock until eight or nine at night, many places are
closed because of siesta.
For a snack there are many ice cream shops , one of which is called Palazzo, and the helado
(WHICH is an ice cream) there is delicious!
Finally be happy with what you saw in this presentation and although I couldn’t show you
everything in Madrid, remember that you can always visit this beautiful city!
