Dear Mrs. SARITHA N,
Subsequent to the interview you had with us, we are pleased to appoint you as “LABORATORY
TECHNICIAN” in our organization. You will be responsible for growth and development of in
KOZHIKODE you will be reporting to HQ
The Terms and Conditions of your employment are as under:
1. This offer is subject to producing the proper evidence relating to your age, academic and
professional qualification, and work experience. It is also subject to your being certified
medically fit by a Medical Officer appointed by the company at any given time.
2. Your present place of posting is KOZHIKODE, and your services are liable to be
transferredto any other HQ either on transfer or on promotion.
3. You will keep the Company informed of any change in your residential address.
4. Your appointment takes effect from actual day von commence field work. Initially your
probation period will be six months with effect from the date of joining our organization. This
may be extended to another six months at the management discretion. In to your probation
period will be One Year during which period your services may be terminated at any time
without notice and without assigning any reasons. You shall not be deemed to have been
confirmed until an order to that effect has been expressly issued to you by the competent
authority of the Company.
5. However, once you are confirmed, your employment can be terminated by giving one
month’s notice on either side, or on payment of one month’s salary in lieu thereof.

6. Your services will be governed by the Service Rules and Regulations, Bye• laws, policies
of the Company, as made applicable by the Company from time to time.
7. You will perform, observe and confirm such duties, directions and instructions as
assigned or as communicated to you by the Company.
8. You shall not, either during or after your employment with us, divulge or utilize any
confidential information belonging to the company, which may have come to your knowledge,
and you shall take reasonable precaution to keep all such information secret.
9. You shall not enter into any commitments or dealings on behalf of the Company for which
you have no express authority, nor alter or be party to any alteration of any principle or policy
of the Company, or exceed the authority or discretion vested in you without the previous
sanction of the Company.
10. If any letter of Authority or Power of Attorney is issued to you, you will undertake to
return it on demand or on termination of your service.
11. You will not, without the previous written permission of the Company, canny on any
business in full or any part time, in any capacity. You will devote your whole time and
attention to your duties to promote the business interest of the Company.
12. If at any time in our opinion, which is final in this matter, you are insolvent or found
guilty of dishonesty, disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline, absence
from duty without permission or of any other conduct considered by us to be detrimental to
our interests or of violation of one or more terms of this letter, your services may be terminated
without notice.
13. You will be responsible for the safe-keeping and return of company properties in
good condition, which may be in your use, custody or charge.
14. You will draw salary as per enclosed Breakup with effect from the date you join the
services of the company.
15. On confirmation, you will be entitled to benefits of leave, etc. as may be applicable under
the Rules of the Company framed from time to time.
16. You will be entitled to Provident Fund and Bonus as per the provisions of the Employees
Provident Fund Scheme 1952 and Payment of Bonus.

17. You shall submit Daily/Monthly Reports to us as may be directed by us on the progress or
otherwise of the sales operation of our products in your area and shall therein suggest ways
and means for effectively promoting and increasing your sales. If your reports are not received
within three days from the due date, you will be marked absent for the days for which the
reports are not received.
18. You shall obtain No objection Certificate from all the Accredited Whole sellers
/Stockiest operating in your territory for the Management to settle your legal dues.
19. Your increments will depend on the performance of your services.
20. Any balance of advance, impress cash or loan taken by you from the Company shall be
fully recovered from your stipend / allowances and any other legal dues against your Full and
Final Settlement of amounts. In the event of any balance dues remaining outstanding, you are
liable to reimburse the Company an amount equal to the same.
21. You will be governed by the other rules and regulations of the Company as applicable
from time to time. In case of any dispute that may arise between you and the company, the
court situated in the city of Chennai alone will have jurisdiction.
22. This letter is being sent to you in duplicate. If you accept the terms and conditions of
appointment as detailed above, kindly sign and return the duplicate copy as a token of
acceptance.

1. Salary will be disbursed from 3rd onwards
2. In case you happen to leave the Company within six months after joining, the Management
reserves the right to recover the cost of Training imparted and other inputs provided to you
from time to time.
3. Ex- station allowances can be availed only if the distance exceeds
more than 25 KM (ONE WAY) from Headquarters.
