The Explorer setup of data station PC

Change the Explorer display setup of a Data Station PC.
Remove the check of "Hide extensions for known file types".

The folder of a blue frame means a shared folder.

These shared folders need to perform an access authority setup and a security setup.
Set up "full control" to the account vps and ckd.

Setup of VPDS Delete Tool

There is no necessity of changing this setup

directly.
It is changed automatically.

If this preset value is changed into "1033",

the display language of The Delete Tool will
change to English.

About operation of a deletion tool

The saved inspection result data is deleted by the following flow.

1. Inspection result data is saved by VP machine.

At this time, the information on the saved inspection result data file is saved to a message folder.

2. If the various above-mentioned setup is right and Delete Tool software has moreover started,
Delete Tool software will read the information file saved at the message folder.
Delete Tool deletes an information file immediately after that.

3. Delete Tool creates various text files based on the read information, and adds information to these text files.
These text files are described in a VPDelTool.ini file.

4. Delete Tool supervises description of these text files, and supervises the existence of the file beyond a retention period.
If the file beyond a retention period occurs, inspection result data will be deleted based on the information on the file.

Therefore, if Delete Tool is operating normally, the inside of a message folder must always be empty.
Moreover, various text files should be made.

Create the shot cut to "VPDSDELTOOL_x64.exe" in the folder ②, and save this shortcut in a start-up folder.
The file names "VPDSDELTOOL_x64.exe" differ depending on the model.
