a) AVCB II project planned to organize day-long ‘Sensitization Workshop on Gender and
Village Courts’ in collaboration with district administration, list down steps in relation to
organize the event with timebound accountability matrix. 15 Marks
b) You are asked to travel by road prior one day to aforesaid event for providing logistics
supports. Please prepare a detailed checklist about your preparations and materials you may
need to bring from project to the destination district. 10 Marks
2. In partnership with the administration, the AVCB III Project will provide a project
orientation session for Upazila Nirbahi Officers in the Rajshahi division. Please outline all the
chronological steps you took to arranging the event. 25 Marks
