customer & installed on customer PC/Server or on cloud server.
▰ Payroll Software As A Service (PSAAS):- Payroll Software is provided as a service on
monthly basis.
▰ Payroll Processing Outsource Service (PPOS):- Entire payroll is outsource to us. No need for
software at customer end.

All Statutory norms are already preconfigured, user can also modify rates and configurations as per the usage.

All online submission files are automatically populated and user does not need to consult any consultant, the files can be uploaded directly to
respective sites.

Universal Configurations
The software is so built that all clients have the same software and each of them configure/ fine tune it the way they wish to. User can set
deduction values, define different slab rates, apply formulae and the system behaves as defined by user and all this can be done either at
employee level or class level or at company level. Hence Payroll is so user friendly and adaptable that after seeing the demo it wins heart.

Dashboard
Dashboard is opened as soon as one logs in the software which reminds of confirmation due, relieving due, Birthdays, Anniversaries. Hence
user does not have to worry about such events as the software automatically prompts. Prodigy Technology is consistently developing more
intelligent reports and auto events so that time and effort of user is saved.
Exhaustive HR features
In Payroll Employee’s data such as present address, permanent address, emergency contact info, assets given to employee, family details, education
qualification, certificates submitted, PF#, ESIC#, PAN#,
Concessions availed for the financial year etc. Employee Image can be saved to verify authenticity.
Employee can be made inactive for stop salary calculation or user can hold salary of an employee. Employee’s qualification and previous employment details
can also be set. User can also maintain service log of an employee so that new HR can view history of employee service and can be helpful for appraisal. Full
and Final Settlement In Payroll Full and final settlement of an employee can be initiated Gratuity can be given. Encashment of paid leaves possible and
remaining salary can be computed. Employee’s unpaid bonus and previous year’s due are calculated. If company wishes he can discard any month’s bonus. A
full and final settlement statement is printed.
 Payroll System

Access Control
Payroll can be accessed simultaneously by multiple users from different locations for this by default admin user is created, password of which can be changed. Admin can create
unlimited user logins. Admin can restrict use of the software to a particular user by enabling/disabling functionalities. Tracking of activities possible. Critical activities by users can also
be monitored. This gives complete peace of mind.

One Click operations

Payroll generates, mails, exports and prints reports on a single click. You can do so branch-wise, department-wise, employee-type wise. Payroll is One-Click operation software as in one
click you can import attendance of all the employees, compute salary of all the employees, save salary of all the employees, print salary of all the employees, mail salary of all the
employees, import arrears of all the employees.

Provisioning Reports
Payroll generates Provisioning reports such as gratuity provisioning, Bonus Provisioning, Leave encashment Provisioning and CTC on increment Provisioning.

Help
In Payroll Help file is provided which can be termed as E-Book or user’s guide or a configuration manual. Topic wise help is provided in more than 150 pages with screen snap shots. So
if you open help from employee master then employee help will be opened directly. One can search for a keyword or browse all topics. The help file is documented as a book, so one
can treat it as a reference book.

Trial Audit
In Payroll Trial Audit can be generated before saving the salary as saving salary freezes the salaries which cannot be then changed. Trial Audit helps in reviewing the salary and any
errors if found can be corrected before finalizing salary. Once salary saved it cannot be changed/ manipulated.

Trail Audit
Trail Audit is a latest feature In Payroll which shows all the changes done in salary master affecting salary values. Say if an employee un-authoritatively changes salary heads then it
can be traced and by access module the user who originated the change can be traced. Hence full proof security and safety provided which result in complete peace of mind.

Month Locking
In Payroll after salary is saved the salaries get locked but the month gets locked only after month is freezed. System warns user before month locking with a report of employees whose
salary is not saved. So if an employee’s salary was not saved for some reason then the salary can be computed again before month locking.
