I, PEDRO DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino, married to Estrellita dela Cruz, and with residence address at #5 Daisy St., Brgy,Dakila, Malolos City, Bulacan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say:
1. That I am the registered legal owner of a parcel of land located at Brgy.
Dakila, Malolos City, Prov. of Bulacan, particularly described as:
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 039-2023017831
“A parcel of land (Lot 2-C-3-) of the subd. plan (LRC) PSD-254894, being a portion of Lot 2-C-3 (LRC) PSD-252777, L.R.C. Rec. No. 9559), situated in the Bo. of Dakila, Mun. of Malolos, Prov. of Bulacan, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND THIRTY-THREE (1,033) square meters, more or less xxxxx.”
2. That the said parcel of land has no tenant, and it is my only agricultural landholding;
3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the facts as stated herein and in compliance with the DAR Circular to secure clearance to register the land in our favor.
