Comprehensive Service Proposal from ICAN

Introduction
At ICAN, we take great pride in offering a comprehensive suite of outsourcing services specifically
designed to meet the diverse needs of global organizations. Our commitment is to deliver integrated
and efficient solutions that empower our clients to focus on their core business activities while we
ensure optimal performance and efficiency across all operations.

Scope of Services
We provide a broad range of services to support our clients in various aspects of human resource
management, including:

1. Payroll Management
We manage all aspects of payroll, including salary preparation, benefits calculation, and
compliance with local tax regulations.
Pricing:

o From 1 to 100 employees: 30,000 EGP

o From 101 to 300 employees: 50,000 EGP

o From 301 to 500 employees: 70,000 EGP

o From 501 to 800 employees: 100,000 EGP

2. Recruitment and Employee Selection

We provide comprehensive recruitment and selection services to ensure the acquisition of

top talent that aligns with your business objectives.

Pricing: The fee equals half month salary of the hired employee
3. Personnel Management, Social Insurance
Our personnel management services include maintaining employee records, tracking attendance
and leave, managing social and health insurance files, and addressing employee inquiries, all while
ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Pricing: 30,000 EGP

4. Law Consultations

Pricing: 25000 per law suit

5. Representation of Employees

We can provide an employee representative for ICAN.


Pricing: 10,000 EGP

6. Work Permits

a. Work permit for foreign employees: 2,000 USD

b. For each family member (if applicable): 2,000 USD

c. Permit renewal: 2,000 USD

d. For each family member (if applicable): 2,000 USD

7. Outsourcing Services
We offer a comprehensive range of outsourcing services, allowing companies to delegate non-core
activities to us. This enables them to focus on their primary business functions while we manage
tasks such as administrative support, customer service, IT support, and more.
Pricing: 8% of the total amount.
Additional Note:
We will open the social insurance file and the investment file at no additional charge. However,
Konecta will be responsible for any associated expenses.
