I was graduated from Debra Berhan University on July 10, 2019 in BSc. In Public Health Officer with GPA of 3.23.
I am writing to submit for the open vacant position, “JR31246, IYCF Officer” at Tigray Region, Ethiopia, you've
advertised recently. For past Four years and Eight months, I have been working for different organization, out of
which I had been working at Dallo Mana Woreda Health Office and Bobiya Health Center for two years and four
months, as front line Health services provider, Vice Director of Bobiya PHCU, Woreda’s WaSH, PHEM and NTD
Focal Person. And as Social Accountability Officer for Wako Gutu Foundation at Delo Mana and Meda Welabu
Woreda on ESAP 3, for eight months. Starting from December 22, 2022 for past one year and five months, I had
been working for World Vision Ethiopia, as Emergency WASH Officer, for first five months at Goro Area Program,
Bale Zone and then starting from May 2023 until February 29, 2024, I had been working at Jarso Area Program East
Harerghe Zone.
In addition to this I was trained on National Comprehensive TB, Leprosy and TB/HIV training Manual, Ethiopian
Health Service Transformation, National Patient Referral Guideline, MHPSS (Mental Health and Psycho-social
Support), Clinical and Programmatic Management of Major NCD, HMIS and DHIS(1 & 2), Pain Management,
WASH System Strengthening, Nutrition, Infection Prevention and Control, CMAM, Family MUAC, MAM, SAM,
PHEM, IMNCI, and Prevention of Sexual abuse and Exploitation which was given by different NGOs and
Government organization.

Cases.
Educating communities about NTDs and their prevention methods.

Conducting & undertaking consultation & proper treatment for acute and life-threatening illnesses based on the
national protocols.
Ensure all referral cases will be timely transferred to the nearest health facility.
