Main Dashboard:

Shows all projects you’re part of (showing on the far right).

Columns Working on and Watching are designated to all projects either a Task you are directly
assigned to or another that you are watching only respectively.

Project Timeline:

This space has all actions being taken on throughout the project and by whom for full access on
actions throughout all tasks (Epics, user stories, etc..)

Project Team:

This displays the whole team assigned to the project or that on-board. If you move the cursor
on any picture it will display the name of the stakeholder.

Project Navigator Control tabs:

This is where all the tabs of the project are located. Top down order of Tabs above (Timeline,
Epics, Backlog, Kanban, issues (issue log), WIKI, Team, ADMIN)

Through the Search option at the top of the column, you are able to search for any keywords in
any of the tabs.

Epics:

This is where the high level deliverables are listed with overall details (Progress, Assigned to,
status, etc...)

Every Epic is assigned a color that is used as a color code in the user stories and backlog section.
Inside each Epic you will find:

- Related User Stories with assignments and progress, etc..


- Attachments
- Comments
- Epic Owner

Same details you will find inside (description, related tasks (instead of user stories), attachments and
comments) only difference is the User Story Format as per below:

Value of the format is to make sure it is broken down to a format that everyone can understand
(technical or none Technical) with clear value of the written user story.

This displays everything in this project not specific to a Sprint. You will see all the user stories within all
Epics and all sprints that were conducted and in progress.

On the Right of the page you will see the sprints within the project all listed and on the left are the
project user stories with designated colors in front of them indicating the Epic it belongs to.

The Task Board shows the Kanban Board with status Columns for ONLY the user stories locked in the
sprint.

Kanban Tab:

This shows the Task board for ALL the user stories in the project (with indication colors to Epics as
discussed)

This shows all the tasks related to the Project.

This is the Issue log with all issues with assigned severities to each issue. You can easily filter
from the options on the left with clear accountability and dates and statuses on the right.

This tab is for referring to any bookmarks or hyperlinks or repositories as needed for the whole

This Tab is where all the editing of the layout, members, Attributes and even Reports extraction
happens
