Rheumatic Fever:- Treatment of Rheumatic fever:-

• age 5-15 year 1- for eradication of streptococcal infection


• preceded by URTI ( pharyngitis ) — 10 days oral penicillin or amoxicillin
Major criteria :- OR single IM injection of benzathine
1- Arthritis :- penicillin
