Creating Change—The Practical Steps

Identifying What It Will Take AND Getting on the Bridge

1) Take a small step: What small step can you take today that officially starts you on the
journey over the bridge to your dreams?

2) Live AS IF you are already there: What will it FEEL LIKE to be living in that state of
authenticity, love, and meaning?

so, how do you feel now that you know what is really going on?

What is the biggest benefit you identified of making these life changes?

What is your biggest source of resistance?

89
Why is the benefit SO MUCH MORE important to you than the resistance?
