Extended ECM CE 24.2 Known Issues provides a list of known issues.

OpenText recommends that you read the Extended ECM CE 24.2 Release Notes for new features
and additional release information. We also recommend that you check OpenText My Support for any
patches or documentation updates that may have been posted after the initial release of this product.

3 Business Workspaces
Issue number Description

CWS-12132 Workspace Perspectives packaged in Transport packages before version CE

22.2 need to be updated manually in Transport Workbench after Extended ECM
is updated to CE 22.2 or higher to reflect the dependency of the Perspective to
the Perspective folder that has no Workspace ID in the name.

4 Business Process Library
Issue number Description

XECMBS-2161 When a non-procurement user creates a purchase requisition in SAP, the

business workspace is not created synchronously as he/she will not have
sufficient permissions to create a business workspace. The Business
Administrator should manually give add permissions on the purchase requisition
folder and read permission on template for non-procurement users or groups to
create purchase requisition synchronously.
If the required permissions are not given, when a non-procurement user tries to
create or open a business workspace in integration, he/she will receive an error
message: “Workspace location with node ID ###### does not exist. Check the
workspace type configuration or contact your administrator”

5 Viewing and Transformation

6 Document Generation
Issue number Description

LDEV-31218 Server Manager: Tenant related buttons for Permissions, Smart Bounce email
server, Smart Bounce email template, Smart Bounce list management,
eSignature customizing are not usable.
LDEV-31219 Server Manager: Administration buttons in Business Model (Relations subtab,
Data Type subtab) and Permission section are not usable.

LDEV-31220 Server Manager: Smart Bounce button is not usable.

10 Workflow and Automation

LLWR-9377 The Report Pack for WebReports are Classic view reports and are not supported
in HANA and PostgreSQ environments.

LLWR-16886 Smart view Chart Widgets for WebReports: Visual Count Chart with a
WebReport using a LiveReport data source that has parameters does not
display the results on click-through.

LLWR-17618 Smart view Chart Widgets for WebReports: The filter mechanism for the Visual
Count Chart click-through feature is limited to 1500 characters therefore the
results returned are limited to approx. 400 results based on an average length of
NodeIDs.

4 Extended ECM 24.2 Known Issues

 Issue number Description

LLWR-18139 Smart view Table Report Widget - Table WebReport output duplicated on
multiple widgets when multiple Table WebReport widgets are configured in Page
perspective. See KB0805925.

LLWR-18288 Table WebReport–Full widget is empty when an additional widget is added to the
Smart View perspective.

LLWR-18288 WebReport trigger Restructure – finalize triggers the associated WebReport for
the first two items only.

11 Information Governance and Protection

Issue number Description

LPU-2635 Records Management: For a User Hold to be applied to Text Documents

(subtype 145), the Managed Objects page must have the Document (subtype
144) checked for User Hold.

LPU-5344 Records Management: When RM metadata fields and Security Clearance are
required on the Add Item page and the items are dragged and dropped in
LPAD-35560
Content Server Classic View, the user is not prompted to fill in the RM required
fields. The content will be uploaded and the next time the user accesses the
Records Detail tab, they will be prompted to fill in the required fields.

LPU-6172 A physical object contianer with an indirect hold from a different RM

Classification returns in the disposition search results and can be deleted.

LPU-6732 Records Management: When a Physical Object label is generated on item

creation, the RM Accession code and Automatic Document Number do not
LPU-10042
display on the label. Once the Physical Object is created, regenerating the label
displays the Records Detail fields.

LPU-9257 Records Management: When a Disposition Review Assignment from the

Advanced Review Workflow Assignment is reassigned via the workflow, the RM
Disposition Review link displays in the Workflow Assignment. However, no
search results are displayed when accessing the RM Disposition Review
snapshot.

CVP-1402 Indexing and Content Server fail when large PDF files have a CVP rule applied.

12 Enterprise Application Integration
12.1 Extended ECM for Salesforce
Issue number Description

XECMSFDC-7375 Once a schedule has been defined and activated for running, the Process
Scheduler cannot be deactivated thereafter.

XECMSFDC-7198 Enabling the 'Enable Business Workspace Widget' feature might result in the
Content Services File component failing to load properly in the user interface.
However, this issue does not impact the Content Services Perspective or the
Content Services Legacy Perspective component.

XECMSFDC-7108 Post-install scripts are not currently running automatically after installing or
upgrading the Extended ECM for Salesforce packages in Salesforce. Please
make sure to execute this process manually.
1. From the Salesforce App Launcher, in the Quick Find, enter 'OpenText'
and select the OpenText App.
2. Click the Administration Tab and then select 'Post Install.'
3. In the action bar of the Post Install screen, click 'Refresh,' and then
'Retry.'

If successful, there should be no error, and the last script in the sequence is

XECMSFDC-6757 In specific scenarios, such as when the Content Server database is

configured to be 'case sensitive,' the Diagnostic Report might show a failure
in the diagnostic check for the Content Server Schedule Job

12.2 Extended ECM for SuccessFactors

Issue number Description

SAPSSF-10801 File completeness report shows the Document as missed when Document
Upload and Classification is added manually.

SAPSSF-12846 Scheduled Bots filter is not getting collapsed when it is unchanged while closing
it by clicking.

XENG-11326 Edit CAD document command notification will show a false warning that the
CAD client is not installed. This is not a regular scenario and cannot be
determined accurately due to browser limitations.
