On the dashboard, when the Source Attribute option is selected, click on the Create Source

Attribute button. This action will open the Source Attributes form, which contains seven
parameters:
1. Select Category
2. Parameters ID
3. Parameters Name
4. Data Type
5. Display Name
6. Status
7. Description
The first parameter, Select Category, features a drop-down menu that automatically retrieves all
categories created in the Source Category section. Only categories that have been created and
approved will appear in the drop-down options, allowing the user to select one from the list.

Source Attributes Parameters


1. Select Category
The user selects a category from a drop-down menu that automatically retrieves all approved
categories from the Source Category section.
2. Parameters ID
The Parameters ID is auto-generated by the system and automatically populates in the
Parameters ID section.
3. Parameters Name
The user manually sets the name of the parameter.
4. Display Name
This name appears on the cards in the dashboard, and the user can set it manually.
5. Data Type
The user selects the data type of the Source Attribute from a drop-down menu containing
various options.
6. Status
The user can choose the status of the Source Attribute, which can be either Active or
Inactive.
7. Description
The user can provide additional details or information relevant to the Source Attribute in this
section.
Navigation Buttons:

1. Back
Clicking the Back button redirects the user to the main dashboard page, with the Source
Attributes option selected.
2. Submit
After clicking the Submit button, the Source Attribute will be submitted and ready for
approval by the designated approver.

When finalizing the Source Attributes, four options are available exclusively to the approver: Audit
Log, Reject, Approve, and Remark.

Remark Section: The approver can enter remarks and click the Submit button to submit them.

Audit Log:
 Clicking the Audit Log button displays a table with the following columns:
 Name: The individual performing the action.
 Role: The designation of the individual (e.g., Junior Manager, Admin Manager).
 Decision: The outcome of the action (e.g., "Approved" or "Rejected").
 Remark: Comments made by the approver.
 Date Time: The date and time when the Policy API was approved or rejected.

Decision Actions:
 Reject: If clicked, the Policy API request will be rejected.
 Approve: If clicked, the Policy API will be approved and ready for submission.

After clicking the Submit button, the Source Attribute will be created. The newly created Source
Attribute will appear as one of the cards in the Source Attributes section on the dashboard.It will
be displayed alongside other previously created Source Attributes.
