TERMS & CONDITIONS

 DELIVERY PERIOD: - 1-3 weeks from the date of confirmed order with P.O.
 TERMS OF PAYMENT: - 100% advance along with the purchase order before delivery.
 Plumbing & installation: - Extra at actuals by your plumber or labour.
 TAXES: - GST 18% extra as of now. Any other change in Govt. Policy will be reflected.
 WARRANTY: - 2 year from the date of commissioning. This does not include breakage of the
product.
 Life expectancy: - 15 years.
 The length is 14” for sizes up to 1” & 18” for sizes above 1”.
 SM SPLD SS series is meant agricultural applications and is 30” in length.
 Domestic Units can handle flow rate between 100 LPM to 200 LPM intermittent water flow depending
on the size, with lesser stoppages and with more effective magnetic power resulting from unique
configuration. SPLD SS series can handle 300 to 500 LPM water flow.
 Disputes: - In Pune jurisdiction only.
 The important point to be noted that the Voltronix SCALEMASTER units ensure prevention of
hard scale formation inside the water pipeline and does not affect the outer surface of the
pipeline or the fixtures. The user has to ensure that the outer surfaces of the fixtures and
pipelines are regularly wiped, preferably daily, with a damp cloth, to keep them free from scum
marks.
 It is a must to maintain an alternate month wise log of the overhead cleaning activity which will
be helpful to ascertain any issues related to the performance of the unit and the non-availability
of such record might compel us/ our authorized dealer to refuse entertaining any complaint the
user might have.
