"In your world, your scientists have developed a theory--close to reality--that seeks to
explain how the universe works. It is the theory of "Vibrating Strings." Well, we tell
you that in these terms the emergence of the alternative time is like having placed a
patch on a fabric, that is, having included threads of a fabric foreign to the original
fabric. Yet instead of remaining as an addition, these threads have been intertwined
with the other fabric.

“You human beings of Earth have greatly affected the extraterrestrial experimenters
who have intervened in planetary history. In fact, there was a time in Lemuria that the
alternative was about to alter, supplant, and even suppress the real, and this
intimidated the interveners by suppressing threads (in the human DNA, making people
forget how close they were and many of their capabilities) and this caused the
interlaced fabric to tear. The fear was that the Lemurian humanity would change the
rhythm, the music, and even the symphony of the Universe in this last creation. It was
decided to cancel the project and prevent it from continuing. More than a cancellation
– as we said – it was a tear in the fabric, which the planet and humanity managed by
their own dynamics to reweave naturally again and again, little by little despite
resistance and opposition.

“The Universe now vibrates at a different frequency thanks to what is happening on

Earth and what you are doing to make it happen. The new fabric has been re-
introduced into the old, and the rest of the fabric has adapted to it. This means the new
“patch” has disappeared, and its design is now the main design of the whole fabric,
having transformed it.

“We tell you that you are contributing a different and novel music that has been
affecting, in ways you cannot imagine, the civilizations that participated in the Cosmic
Plan, and through them the rest of the whole.

“Another example we could give you about the history of the Earth would be to ask
you to imagine that your world is like the lining added to a main fabric, with the
originally unthinkable possibility that the fabric can be reversible, and that the hidden
part has greater appeal than the one that was originally woven.

“As we told you, what you did not know was that a moment already existed in the
terrestrial past (Lemuria in which humanity was about to fulfill the Cosmic Plan,

surpassing all expectations, coming to impose this reality that you experience on the
other reality.

“The Ascension of the planet supposes that again the conditions have been given so
that the vibrational elevation means what was below will now be above; what was
hidden will be known and revealed." (Antarel)

Through our contact experience we have learned that there is an extraterrestrial

cosmogony, a Cosmic Plan that tells us how it all began. The Big Brothers/Elders
(extraterrestrials) say, in broad strokes, that the Cosmos is divided into three great
universes, one contained within the other. The Material Universe, the Mental Universe, and
the Spiritual Universe.

The Material Universe

We live in a seven-dimensional Material Universe. In such a
universe, human beings have seven bodies to act in these seven
dimensions. Apart from the physical, dense, material Body, we
have an Astral Body, which is the body of emotions, of desires.
The Astral Body is connected to the physical body through an
umbilical cord of energy, called the Silver Cord. It also tells us that
there is a third vehicle which is the Lower Ego, your character or
personality. When a person dies, their physical body dies.

Normally, after three days their astral body and lower ego also die. The Self passes into the
fourth dimension, the Higher Mental or the higher ego. We can say that a human being is
like an actor in a play who finishes the play, takes off the makeup and costume, leaves
behind the scenery, leaves behind the script, and goes out as the actor and not as the
character. What a problem it would be if the play finished, and the actors believed they
were actually the characters they were hired to perform!

We leave body, emotions, and character aside but take with us all the experience
accumulated in that incarnation. Extraterrestrials speak of successive lives, of
reincarnation. But it is not the same as proposed by certain Eastern religions that say a
person can reincarnate as an animal. There is no involution in the extraterrestrial
understanding of reincarnation. It's as if a person did poorly in high school or college and
was sent back to kindergarten. One will have to repeat a grade as many times as needed to
move to the next higher level, but one will never be demoted from that level. They also
assert that gender is circumstantial. In some lives we are men, in others women. We go
through all the human experiences on the planet, which are planes of evolution. When our
level of evolution is high enough, we will not reincarnate on this planet. They say that the
beings who live in this world, on planet Earth, are beings of 3,3. Beings who are in a third
physical dimension and in a third level of consciousness.

The fourth vehicle is the Higher Mental. This is the body of the psychic faculties, the body
of intuition. Then comes the fifth vehicle of the Soul, which is the cathedral of the spirit
where the experiences of our previous lives are collected, the inner teacher, the real being
of each person. The sixth vehicle is the Spirit, which is the accumulated consciousness, and
finally the seventh vehicle, the Body of the Essence. Seven bodies to act in the seven
dimensions of the Material Universe.

To activate consciousness in each of these seven bodies, there are seven energy centers, the
so-called seven chakras that are stimulated through breathing.
When we breathe in oxygen, we not only oxygenate our body
but also charge ourselves with electrons, or electromagnetic
energy. That energy somehow enters the nervous system and
emits light. That light, when passing through our body, is like
a light passing through a prism, and it forms a kind of
rainbow of colors that cannot be perceived with the naked eye
but only with the mind.

At first glance, what we see is a like a halo around the body. That reflects how much
energy a person has. There is usually more energy in the morning than in the afternoon or
evening. The quality of that energy is what we know as the Aura. The aura is a bio-plasma
body, an electromagnetic field that surrounds every human being and forms an immune
barrier or protective shield. Learning to breathe is key to activating these seven centers, or
chakras, which will allow us to consciously develop each of these seven vehicles.

The Mental Universe

Beyond the Seventh Dimension of the physical, as in music in a higher octave, there is a
parallel universe known as the Mental Universe. The beings that come from there are no
longer extraterrestrial, nor terrestrial, nor intraterrestrial. They are ultraterrestrial, what we
would call Angels, Archangels, Thrones, Principalities, Seraphim, Cherubim, all these
types of entities belong to this universe of eighth, ninth and tenth dimensions.

Within the mental entities that dwell in this Universe we find the Father/Mother Creators
responsible for the appearance of the "Physical" in the Material Universe. They are also
known under the name of "Helell" or "Shining." Beings of pure, mental energy, who are
responsible for the material creations. On this point, the Guides have taught us that various
creations have occurred in the Material Universe as part of an "emanation" of the Mental
Universe, or "Eternal" level, because in it, time simply does not exist.

The Spiritual Universe

Beyond the Mental Universe there is another universe,
located between the eleventh and twelfth dimensions that
they call the Spiritual or Enternal Universe. Three universes,
one contained within the other.

To understand this in its relation to human life, we say for

example, that the first three vehicles of man: the Physical,
Astral, and Lower Mental Bodies, constitute the plane of material consciousness and
connect us with the Material Universe. The Higher Mental Body plus that of the Soul and
the Spirit constitute the plane of mental consciousness and connect us with the Mental
Universe. The seventh vehicle, which is that of the Essence, connects us with the third or
Spiritual Universe.

For this reason, the Spiritual Universe is called "Enternal" or "Essential," because it is the
very origin of things. We need to call it something, since we cannot even measure or
understand it, but we can "feel" it.

Where is the concept of God in all this? God, the supreme divinity, dwells in each of these
dimensions or manifestations of God’s Cosmic Consciousness, because all creation is part
of these emanations. Thus, there would be one God with multiple manifestations. In the
Spiritual Universe, God would be "The Absolute," "The Essence"; in the Mental Universe
God would be "The Creator Father/Mother," while in the Material Universe God would be
"The Deep Love of Cosmic Consciousness or the Spirit of Love."

This is the extraterrestrial view of the Cosmos. And it is important to know it in order to
understand the crisis that began to affect the Material Universe.

Chapter 2 Chronicle of a Stellar Stagnation

To begin with, it is important to know that this Material Universe has had many creations.
It is a universe that has a beginning and therefore will have an end, a finite universe but
without certain limits--like a sphere. The first civilizations that emerged in this last great
creation were remotely controlled, guided by ultraterrestrial beings of the Mental Universe.
These entities acted as proxies of these instructed ones who were the first to appear in this
Material Universe. These early civilizations began to help others who came after and so on
in a long chain of solidarity. These first civilizations arose on the basis of root or matrix
races, among them "the Reptiloids," "the Felines," and "the Humanoids," which were
spreading throughout the universe.

Let us clarify that the beings of the Mental Universe, such as the angels, do not have an
evolution like ours. Their evolution is not by merit, as in our case, but by intermediation
service. As they are beings who have been created within the Mental Universe, they are
very intellectual beings who know where everything comes from and where it goes. They
cannot deviate to the right or to the left, or at least, they shouldn't! We could say that being
very mental, they require the Material Universe to evolve by making them feel emotions,
which would propel them to reach higher levels, connecting them with the Spiritual
Universe.

At a given moment of creation, these civilizations of the Material

Universe that received the support of beings of the Mental
Universe, reached high levels of evolution but could not evolve
further. After reaching the third, fourth, fifth, and even sixth
dimensions of consciousness, while helping others evolve, the
beings stagnated because along the way they had sacrificed
emotions and feelings. As the saying goes, "start out like a horse,
end like a donkey," because they started very fast, with great
enthusiasm, with a very auspicious development. But precisely
because they received so much in such a short time and without
much effort since they were always guided and remotely controlled, they could not
continue advancing, thus producing a stagnation in evolution. Stagnation in a dynamic
universe like ours, where everything is always in motion, was something quite dangerous.
This forced the beings of the Mental Universe to meet in a kind of council and try to
diskern where they had failed.

Chapter 3: The Council of Hellel

Once the ultraterrestrials gathered in [a] "council," these great minds of the Cosmos
conferred and meditated on the reasons for the evolutionary stagnation. One of them, the
legendary Lucifer, Lug or Luzbel, stated that the problem had been generated by having
given too much information and knowledge too fast to the beings of the Material Universe.

The mistake was that they had been instructed according to the mentality of these beings of
the Mental Universe, resulting in civilizations that were very intellectually oriented,
leaving aside emotions and feelings. This flaw made it impossible for opposition and
resistance to arise, which would have created a dynamic leading to advancement. As a
result, none of these civilizations could reach the seventh dimension of consciousness.

The seventh vehicle we all have is Essence. The Essence, with the plane of spiritual
consciousness and with the seventh dimension, would have to be accessed through a very
spiritual attitude that the beings of the Mental Universe had not been able to teach because
of their intellectual orientation. Now the beings of the Mental Universe would have to learn
how to connect to the Spiritual Universe from the beings of the Material Universe.
Consequently, those alien civilizations who had advanced and stagnated would have to
learn how to connect to the Spiritual Universe from beings like Earthly humanity. This
shows that there is no one, no matter how wise, who does not have something to learn. And
no one, no matter how humble, who does not have something to teach.

After directly receiving the full knowledge of the Universal Laws and abundant
complementary information, certain civilizations of the Material Universe, such as the
Orions, Pleiadians, Sirians, etc., became very attached to the scientific, technological, and
philosophical advances they had achieved. They became intolerant (including aggressive
and violent) if they felt threatened either for themselves and their principles or for their
scientific achievements. This excessive zeal would later be the breeding ground for fear of
chaos and change and would generate violent stellar confrontations and extraterrestrial
cosmic battles.

The Free Will Project

Based on all this, there were those who considered
experimenting with advanced civilizations by varying the
rules of the game in order to resume the dynamics of change.
However, others considered this inconvenient and urged that
the experiments should be done with new civilizations, subject
to a different pattern of evolution, or with significant variants.
The idea was to create the conditions for the emergence of a civilization with a psychic and
spiritual potential that would evolve driven by faith, hope, and love, trusting their feelings
and inspired by their emotions. This meant a new humanity that by its own merit, although

with limited knowledge, would properly experience its free will and could thus achieve
what its elder brothers did not achieve.

The Council of Helell thought that it would be opportune to place a group of mental
entities in the Material Universe who would act as dissociating entities, making access to
information as difficult as possible, thereby creating resistance to generate merit. These
entities, called "demons," who were neither good nor bad, would come to do their job: hide
information, hinder advancement, confront, divide, deceive, and confuse. The idea was to
complicate things as much as possible, because the more complicated, the greater the effort
on the part of material civilizations to seek and find themselves, thus re-establishing the
evolutionary dynamic.

As we said, there were beings of the Mental Universe who considered that it was very
dangerous or unwise to change the rules of the game for those civilizations already
developed and advanced under a classical pattern. It would be as if in the final match of the
World Cup, when there is only a little time left and the game is tied 0 - 0, the referee
decides from that moment there is no offside or decides the game is over. No archers. Or as
in the case of a student of a military school, who spent all the years of his training under a
rigid discipline in a boarding school that is not mixed, and one year before graduation we
send him to a mixed school that’s not residential and that has no discipline at all. He is
more likely to sink than to graduate.

If you are to change the rules of the game, and you are to experiment with new alternatives,
you must experiment with civilizations that have not yet emerged or that have just begun.
That was what other beings of the Mental Universe suggested. But Lucifer or Luzbel was
not satisfied with this modification or counterproposal. To him and others, it meant putting
to one side those who had received instruction from them, and giving the opportunity to
some upstarts, to new civilizations. The result might be that suddenly, in a very short time,
these new civilizations would reach very high levels of evolution that would not only equal
those reached by the civilizations Luzbel and others had trained but could even surpass
them. The dissatisfaction and uneasiness this idea provoked in Luzbel began to produce an
unforeseen disastrous, unthinkable effect. He was influenced in some way by the passions
and emotions of the Material Universe that destabilized him and polarized him towards
intolerant and arbitrary behavior.

The Luzbel/Lucifer Rebellion

To summarize: The first civilizations that arose in this last creation were guided directly by
the ultraterrestrial beings, thus producing a very rapid and auspicious advance, leading
those first civilizations or mother civilizations that flourished. They passed soon from a
third to a fourth dimension of consciousness, and then continued towards a fifth and then a
sixth. Those ahead helped those who newly emerged in a long chain of solidarity and
mutual support.

The beings of the Mental Universe do not have an evolution like we do as humans, because
they were created as primarily intellectual beings. And much will depend on what they are
able to achieve with us and through us so that it affects their evolution. This is the way that
the Mental Universe created the material, so that as we beings of the Material Universe
evolve, we push the ultraterrestrials to reconnect with the Spiritual Universe, which is the
origin of everything and everyone.

Ultraterrestrial beings are mental beings, in such a way that everything in them passes
through the rational mind. They possess the knowledge of where everything comes from
and where it is going. This means they cannot deviate either to the right or to the left,
which limits their free will, but it does not prevent them from making mistakes. This is
even more the case when they come into contact with the Material Universe where the
dimension of emotions can influence them and make them lose perspective.

The first civilizations that developed in this last creation received much in a short time. In
their advancement and collaboration with others, they reached a point that to rise above the
rivalries and the influence of passions and tensions of all kinds generated by emotions, they
tried to neutralize these emotions, becoming more mental than their own mentors.
Unfortunately, as a result, they stagnated evolutionarily. In a dynamic universe like ours,
stagnation is synonymous with death.

This forced the ultraterrestrial beings to participate in a kind of Cosmic Council to evaluate
the origins of the problem and seek the necessary corrections. Among those attending the
Council was one of the most famous Creator Father, Lucifer, Lug or Luzbel. Another of
the attendees at the conclave was Archangel Michael.

Lucifer was very clear. He considered that the mistake that had caused the stagnation of the
most advanced civilizations, where they reached a sixth dimension of consciousness but
not beyond, and that had slowed down the rest, leaving them in lower dimensions, was a
consequence of having made things too easy for them. They were allowed to access
knowledge without much effort or difficulty. It was necessary to return more of a dynamic
state to creation. He suggested introducing into the Material Universe dissociating entities
that would greatly hinder the evolutionary process by emphasizing emotions to restore the
interrupted dynamics to creation.

The other ultraterrestrial beings agreed that something had to be done to correct the
stagnation. But they should not change the rules of the game and introduce new
alternatives into those civilizations that were already walking their own path, because it
could be misinterpreted by them.

For his part, Lucifer was opposed at all times to experimenting with new civilizations,
which were just beginning or had not yet begun. Lucifer claimed it would be like elevating
some novices above those who came before them.

A solution was then proposed, one we could call Solomon-like. It was decided to
experiment with civilizations and worlds that had no future, that had been totally and
naturally destroyed in the process of evolution. Thus, if the project failed it did not matter
because originally those worlds had no chance, and if the project worked and a civilization
with a higher psychic and spiritual potential capable of reaching new horizons emerged,
this would occur in an alternative time, apart from the Real Time of the Universe. At all
times, the experiment would remain isolated and could be terminated at any point.

But even this option was not well received by Lucifer, who maintained a very close and
pessimistic monitoring of the whole process.

It was then decided to choose eight planets of category "UR," planets of a blue aura,
predestined for a higher spiritual development, provided they survived their instability.
These planets are very unstable and easily enter into a type of planetary “convulsion” and
are internally destroyed or attract meteoric impacts or comets that can both destroy them
and seed or alter life in them. The council chose two planets per galaxy, involving a total of
four galaxies from a local group of galaxies revolving around M31, or the Andromeda
Galaxy and nebula. The chosen planets had already been destroyed in another time line and
did not exist in Real Time. One of those planets was Earth.

A group of extraterrestrials from various civilizations were then authorized to travel back
through time and space using interdimensional shortcuts (cosmic folds or wormholes).
They reached the chosen planets before they died and prevented them from succumbing,
thereby creating a paradoxical alternative time line.

For extraterrestrials, time in the universe is like an upward spiral, such that in one of the
curves of the spiral the Earth died, but the universe continued. It was precisely 1.2 billion
years ago that our planet was the victim of a rain of meteor impacts that ended life on the
planet and the planet itself. Then through the open dimensional portals came the
interveners (Genetic Engineers or Sowers of Life) traveling through space-time, arriving
on our world before it succumbed and creating another reality. From that moment, another
time was created that ran parallel to the previous time line in which Earth was destroyed.
Supposedly, this paradoxical time was supposed to be irreconcilable with Real Time, but
events would prove otherwise.

Now, what scientific proof is there that what we are saying could be real? When scientists
try to date the age of the universe, they use the so-called "Doppler Effect," which is the
redshift of light in the spectrum. This allows scientists to measure the speed at which
galaxies are moving away from each other. Accordingly, using this technique, it has been
calculated that the universe is roughly 13 billion years old. But scientists cannot explain the
discovery of certain stars that appear to be older than the "Big Bang.” How can there be
stars older than the moment the universe was created? A recent example of this is the

Hubble Space Telescope's discovery on August 15, 2011 of a diamond necklace-shaped

nebula in the constellation Sagittarius (15,000 light-years away) that appears to be older
than the universe. Originally, it was thought that this is beyond the original moment of
creation. However, this discovery has since been reassessed as falling within the proposed
time of the Universe’s creation, given the margin of error that scientists estimate for the
Universe’s age.

Lucifer was not satisfied with the counterproposal and was in no way pleased that it was
carried out. By rebelling against the plan that was established, Luzbel, or Lucifer, distanced
himself from the Plan proposed by the others and began a campaign of systematic sabotage
of the Cosmic Plan. Unwittingly, he became one of the dissociating agents or "demons"
that were needed to generate the obstacles and the conflict that hindered new civilizations’
access to information. These new civilizations had been introduced as an alternative for
evolution since the old ones had not succeeded.

Considering the actions of Lucifer, we can rightly ask how beings

of the Mental Universe, who had such a high dimension and such a
wide perspective of everything, could fall into this game of pride
and lack of humility? Well, when beings rise to the higher
dimensions, they rarely fall because they seek to understand
everything. But if they do fall, they fall farther and more violently.

The rebellion of Lucifer against the final decision of the Council of

Helell would lead "he who carries the Light” to influence
extraterrestrial civilizations of the Material Universe, predisposing
them to be against the Cosmic Plan and each of the other planets
involved, along with the new civilizations that soon would appear.

Chapter 4: In Search of a Planet Ur

Our Milky Way galaxy has about four hundred billion stars or suns, many of them like
ours. There are blue, red, yellow, and white stars, depending on a star’s age and
composition. Most solar systems have two or three suns not a single sun like our solar
system. Astronomers estimate that solar systems like ours in the Milky Way would only
number approximately one hundred million. In addition, astrophysicists have calculated
that there are about a hundred billion galaxies like ours. One hundred billion galaxies each
with a hundred million solar systems like ours, yields a number too large to imagine. So
how could we think that life exists only on our planet?

Just as our planet Earth revolves around the sun, the whole
solar system revolves around the center of the galaxy. The
elliptical orbit of the solar system around the center of the
galaxy takes 260 million years to complete. Likewise, our
Milky Way galaxy is a satellite galaxy that revolves, along
with others, around the main galaxy Andromeda, which is
two million light years away from us (one light year is 9614
billion kilometers). Scientifically, astronomers refer to the
group of approximately 20 galaxies around Andromeda as the so-called "Local Group."
However, extraterrestrials point to only nine of the galaxies around Andromeda as the
stellar sector involved in the development of the Cosmic Plan.

It was precisely this smaller local group that was selected to carry out the project where a
civilization would emerge in a different or alternative time. This civilization would have a
psychic potential capable of opening doors between dimensions, with a potential of Love
and Faith that would allow it to connect with the Consciousness of the Essence or Spirit.
This Mission required a civilization capable of serving as a bridge of communication
between the Material Universe and the Spiritual Universe, all represented in the six-pointed
star. The star symbolizes “as above, so below,” the synthesis between the spiritual and the
material through a different mental attitude.

Worlds of a Blue Aura

In this smaller Local Group, four of the nine galaxies were
selected, with two planets per galaxy. Beings from this Material
Universe of a high degree of evolution came to these worlds to
carry out the initiative emanating from the Mental Universe.
They selected eight UR category planets, planets that only occur
in single-star solar systems. Earth is an UR planet, which means
that our world belongs to a category of very dynamic, unstable,
and sensitive planets. However, although these planets quickly
reach an early adolescence, they cannot reach a responsible
youth because they are destroyed along the way. The very instability of these planets

makes the beings who live on them as unstable as the planet itself. But if we can manage to
stabilize or balance ourselves, it will allow us to balance and harmonize the planet.

Earth is an UR planet with a blue aura. It’s an unstable planet but with a potential for
higher development that allows an unparalleled variety of life---flora and fauna. In other
words, Earth was one of the eight scenarios for the Cosmic Plan to develop and to enable a
corrected and improved civilization of higher beings, the “authors” of this project, to occur.
The Bible’s Psalms affirm: “Humanity was created little less than an angel to sit next to
God,” a step that even angels will not find it easy to achieve before humanity achieves it.

Without intervention, Earth would have died and disappeared in the Real Time of the
Universe. The extraterrestrial civilizations involved in preventing Earth from dying, had to
travel through dimensional portals, through time and space, thereby creating an Alternative
Time. Traveling through the fourth dimension via the portals means that time does not pass
for them as it does for us. For us, hundreds, thousands, or millions of years pass, whereas
for them it seems like last year or last week! They came to our world when the planet was
cooling, thus they had time to prevent Earth’s destruction.

These extraterrestrial beings have been present throughout the Ages, since the beginning
when Earth had a fragile crust and was still developing. But who were those visitors?
Where did they come from? How were they organized? Who directed them?

Chapter 5: The Galactic Hierarchy

Extraterrestrials tell us that our Milky Way galaxy has a government composed of 24
beings whom they call The 24 Elders of the Galaxy. These 24 beings do not represent 24
civilizations but represent evolution itself. All the most evolved worlds of our Galaxy, who
are able to help themselves and others, and who are in the process of evolution are
governed under the supervision of these 24 beings. The names of these entities are:

1. Amchall, 2. Ankalara, 3. Anko Bal, 4. Archer, 5. Asaraniel, 6. Bropkol, 7. Chermot,

8. Gresidas, 9. Ilrusi, 10. Ilsalani, 11. Inmalam, 12. Kimrasi, 13. Lembo,
14. Lubieses, 15. Oxil Kem, 16. Preto, 17. Rahmans, 18. Sorcet, 19. Ulkuyumi,
20. Umi Tamil, 21. Urlase, 22. Yansiremo, 23. Yemiase, 24. Yesolma

The 24 Elders have participation with a representative in the Council of Nine of

Andromeda, thus forming a kind of Council representing the "Great White Brotherhood of
the Star" and involving the entire Local Group. This representative is elected by the 24, but
is not from among the 24, so serves as the 25th member of the Council.

The Council of Nine, consisting of one representative from each of the nine galaxies in our
18 Local Universe, consists of: Alcim, Gonamar, Leteon, Olmax, Oracel, Ralbot, Sagñac,
Sullantes, and Sumesla.

Genetic Engineers or Sowers of Life

Below the Great White Brotherhood of the Star are the Genetic Engineers or Sowers of
Life, which in the Bible are called the Elohim. They are elevated beings of different
extraterrestrial races who have a great technological, moral, and ethical advancement that
allows them to act as "Architects of Planets" or as "Sowers of Life Patterns.” They have
the ability and technology to physically modify the structure of living creatures. This
knowledge and skill is something that human beings have inherited in our genetic memory
and something we have been able to reproduce with the discovery of the genome or "Map
of Life."

Experimenters also have technological capacity as well as ethical preparation and

authorization to consciously travel and manipulate "time."

Guardians and Watchers

The Guardian and Watchers constitute the "right arm of the Confederacy.” They are
responsible for ensuring the protection of worlds that are in the process of evolution, such
as Earth, and for preventing the interference of extraterrestrial civilizations that have
conquering or colonizing intentions or wish to do scientific studies not authorized by the
order established from the Confederation of Worlds of the Galaxy.

Generally, the Guardians and Watchers have orbital bases close to the planets under
observation or under "quarantine,” as in the case of the Earth, which is monitored from
space stations or gigantic motherships undetectable by our technology. They are orbiting
the Earth, the Moon, and some of the other planets and their nearby satellites. Recall that
in 1969, during the flight of Apollo XI to the Moon, astronauts Neil Armstrong, Edwin
Aldrin, and Michael Collin witnessed and even photographed the presence of a gigantic
object orbiting the Earth, which they calculated measured about 500 km long. Then on
November 8, 1999, the geostationary satellite Geos 8, which passes over Chilean and
Argentine Patagonia, captured the presence of an oval object that was calculated to be 450
km in diameter. Despite its gigantic dimensions, it was undetectable from Earth.

The Instructors or Guides

Instructors or Guides are the ones closest to us. Their function is to guide planetary aid
missions on each of the selected planets, as has been the case on Earth with the RAHMA
Mission. The goal is to help awaken consciousness within the human race and prepare it
for the moment of the evolutionary leap or New Time.

The Guides go through a period of training to understand the way of life of the planetary
civilizations they will be monitoring and to understand how to conduct their duties. This
preparation involves an in-depth study of the various possibilities and needs of the new
civilizations and the most appropriate way to achieve these objectives. In the specific case
of the Earth, the Instructors were trained in a sort of "space universities.” There they not
only monitored our evolution but also deepened their own concepts of terrestrial culture,
studying and perfecting the most viable mechanism of communication (telepathy) that
would motivate the progressive awakening of dormant faculties in humanity. Therefore,
the Instructors or Guides, despite already possessing this faculty, were trained as Mental
Doctors. They were able to operate effectively in worlds such as Earth with all its powers,
disordered mental patterns, and unbridled emotional energies.

The Guides as beings of the Material Universe were the ones who received the
commission of the White Brotherhood of the Star to accelerate and consolidate the process
of the awakening of consciousness in each of the eight selected UR planets. But to do this,
they would require links, or people willing to be the bridge between one stage and the
next. These people were followed through various incarnations.

Chapter 6: Our Antarctic Origins

The first beings of the Material Universe that came to Earth settled in submarine bases
very close to what we would call Antarctica when this part of the mega-continent
Pangaea was near the planetary equator. At that period, Earth had no ice, the climate was
much warmer, and the seas were acidic. Those visitors came from a planetary system in
the constellation of Cygnus (or the Swan), thousands of light years from our solar system.

At the behest of the hierarchies, they accelerated the process of life in our world billions
of years ago, helping to change the acidity of the seas by turning them alkaline and thus
modifying the chemical conditions of the planet. This first humanity or civilization,
although of extraterrestrial origin, is known as Antarctica, or the "Ancient Fathers.”

The visiting extraterrestrial scientists, like Genetic Engineers, were trained to stimulate
life on a planet. In this case, they would sow patterns of life from Orion, one of the most
emblematic civilizations of the Material Universe to develop the Plan, because as well as
the humanoids and felinoids, the reptiloids had expanded a great deal, demonstrating a
great capacity for adaptation. Like everyone else, they had suffered evolutionary
stagnation in their own flesh, having followed a line of excessive mental development
inherited from the Shining Ones.

Thus, extraterrestrial scientists deposited on Earth a self-replicating molecule, which

would later lead to the development of complex life forms.

Despite the foreign origin of the seeding, it was designed to allow the emergence of a
new civilization. This civilization endured the same influences that faced the
extraterrestrial civilizations preceding it but would have to face greater, more novel
obstacles.

Before the visit of the Cygnus scientists, there was still no living being on the early Earth.
During this time, Earth had a fairly solid, heated crust composed of igneous rock, later
mostly covered by primitive seas that produced thick clouds of vapor. These clouds
released violent storms with lightning and heavy rains.

As Earth’s temperature dropped, little by little, other elements arose that were necessary
for the eventual formation of the first molecules capable of self-reproduction. These
include oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, sulfur, and phosphate. The basic compounds for
DNA and RNA, which have an unknown origin, are adenine (A), cytosine (C), guanine
(G), and thymine (T).

Why did these self-replicating molecules form? All this, of

course, was not only the product of natural processes, but
may have also been because the meteors that bombarded
Earth carried organic molecules that survived space and the
violent entry into the atmosphere. There was also
extraterrestrial intervention as a "seeding" of life patterns
with the intention and precise direction to accelerate
evolutionary processes. This was based not only on an unimaginable chemical,
biological, and mathematical knowledge but also on an intimate and secret relationship
with sacred geometry that allows knowledge to travel consciously through dimensions.

For example, the use of the "tetrahedron” is an important component. It is interesting to

know that carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen molecules are fundamentally tetrahedrons. These
molecules somehow seek to form a geometric shape that has the greatest stability, with
the four vertices of the tetrahedron having two electrons with opposite spin. This is
important, as any other structure would be less stable.

Since 1990, Christopher Chyba of the Institute for the Search for Extraterrestrial
Intelligence proposed that water and gases from Earth's atmosphere come from collisions
with comets, meteors, etc. that not only brought water and gases but amino acids and
other organic molecules. Evidence for this was found in the Halley, Hale-Bopp, and
Hiakutake comets where the presence of kerogen, ethane, and methane was detected.
Today this theory, called "panspermia" by the scientists who support it, points to the
Orion Nebula as the possible origin of the first living molecules on Earth. In March 2011,
the American astrobiologist Richard Hoover of NASA stated that after 10 years of
exhaustive study of meteorites found in Antarctica and Siberia, fossil microorganisms
and bacteria similar to those of Earth had been detected in these objects. In August of that
same year, scientist Michael Callahan of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center reiterated
that the components of DNA could have come from outer space.

The presence of the Cygnus scientists explains how those molecules came to form, and,
as we have seen above, why Orion was chosen as a "seeding" model.

Chapter 7: Hyperborean Consolidation (Second Humanity)

Millions of years later, in the secondary era, a group of

extraterrestrial settlers arrived in our world who settled in the
northern part of Europe and Greenland--the largest island on
Earth in the Arctic polar region--thus founding the mythical
Hyperborea, with its capital of Tule or Tollan.

Greenland, Iceland, and the islands of Spitzberg were the

geological vestiges of this fabulous hyperboreal continent,
which at one time in its existence was near the equator and
enjoyed a tropical climate with extraordinary vegetation. The
important deposits of fossil coal under the ice of these islands show that a lush vegetation
grew there long ago. Ironically, Greenland means "green land." This would be the place
chosen by the extraterrestrial cosmonauts to build an impressive city that legends, even
today, recall.

The Cosmic Impact and Mass Extinction

The problem with the Ur planets is that because they are so
sensitive and dynamic, they have a great magnetic force that
attracts asteroids, comets, or aeroliths that can both bring life
and easily destroy it. Even when destruction does not come
from the sky, it sometimes comes from internal convulsions
within Earth itself.

We said that the Earth originally died 1.2 billion years ago as a result of cosmic impacts
that not only ended life but the entire planet, turning it into dust. According to science,
there have been about 14 mass extinctions throughout Earth's history. They were caused by
various factors from biological, to changes in the dynamics of the planet, to asteroid
impacts, and so on.

The Earth was then given a second chance as part of the Cosmic Plan. But again, it was
nearly destroyed about 65 million years ago when a new asteroid impact eliminated much
of the life that had developed here, such as the dinosaurs. Many scientists agree that this
giant species of creatures, had they survived, could have evolved into a type of intelligent
life, such as anthropomorphized reptile. This speculated life form would have been very
similar to one of the civilizations that inhabit Orion. The cosmic accident 65 million years
ago deeply affected the Earth, leaving it slightly more tilted on its axis. The footprint of the

frightening impact can still be seen in the Yucatan Peninsula in the form of a gigantic
crater 250 kms in diameter under the seawaters.

To give an idea of the force of this impact: The asteroid, almost 10 kilometers in diameter,
struck Earth at 100,000 kilometers per hour, releasing an energy equivalent to 100 million
hydrogen bombs. Everything for hundreds of miles around was totally destroyed. The
impact pulverized trillions of tons of rock into dust that remained suspended in the
atmosphere, blocking the sunlight. Initially, it produced a global “winter” until the dust
finally cleared. But a cloud cover remained, trapping CO2 in the atmosphere and causing a
greenhouse effect that increased Earth’s global temperature. Glaciers melted, sea levels
rose, and ecosystems changed, making a large number of species extinct. It is estimated
that 76 percent of all species on land died out.

The Hyperboreans had evacuated the planet a short time

before this catastrophe, using a kind of interdimensional door
in the extreme north of the planet that even today registers
some activity. This civilization, also of extraterrestrial origin,
is what the Germanic legends refer to as "Hyperborea" or
"Asgard."

If that were not enough, this powerful meteor impact and the flight of the largest group of
the Interveners is remembered, also, by the tradition of the Nordic countries under the
name of "Ragnarok,” which curiously means: "The Twilight of the Gods.” This cosmic
impact that could not be avoided made Earth the first planet of the selected eight to be
declared out of the Plan.

Sometime later, three of the remaining seven planets were totally destroyed, with nothing
left of them. Therefore, only four planets with opportunities remained. Suddenly those in
charge of monitoring the Plan verified that the Earth was reluctant to die, and that life there
was recovering on its own, which was widely celebrated. This was in the Tertiary Era
when life had begun to recover, based on the great life force that the Earth possessed.

Chapter 8: The Creation of Alternative Time

Those who observed and directed the project of life on Earth decided to repeatedly send a
group of extraterrestrial beings, true interplanetary experimenters, to the planet. These
beings traveled between different points of the spiral of time, following lines of force as
energy highways that led to cosmic folds or stargates (shortcuts) that allowed them to visit
the "past.” This past occupied a space contained within the Great Space, which is "The
Spiral of Time," or the natural cycle of evolution in the Universe.

In this way, the beings created a kind of "time lag" in space, or an “alternate time," thus
giving a parallel life to each of the eight selected planets (including Earth). This alternate
time would be our reality for millennia until the project culminated, or we could reconnect
with the Real Time of the Universe in what we would call the Reconnection of the Times,
or The Great Synchronization.

Nature of Time
Time is a mental construct used to define the duration of
something, an illusion based on the movement of the
Universe in space. The idea of time relates to the
consciousness of a being when its perception is limited to a
third dimension; time is then conceived of as something
linear, as a continuity. But when a being discovers its
multidimensional nature and enters a fourth dimension, it
realizes that time moves in a spiral and that it does not exist
beyond third-dimensional consciousness. The being realizes
simultaneously that there are several spaces within a space greater than one we would call
the Real Time of the Universe.

The Earth Project required certain conditions to help fulfill the Cosmic Plan. Among these
conditions was the appearance of an original humanity on the planet. As a result, the
"Time Operators" established a time "paradox" in order to create those civilizations that
had the conditions which allowed for an accelerated evolution under a different pattern.
For example, the human race was used to replace the reptiloid race that did not prosper for
reasons of cosmic convulsions. So, in the selected planets, time did not pass as in the rest
of the Universe. It was as if we were stuck inside a great bubble that kept us isolated in
another reality, where everything happened at a dizzying pace.

This space-time paradox resulted in an "acceleration" of time in some sectors of the

universe where it would be possible for the races subject to the Plan to evolve at a speed
greater than "normal.” This reminds us of that passage in the Bible that says, "If those

days were not shortened, no one would be saved; but because of the elect, those days will
be shortened... " (Matthew 24:22).

Time Travel
The establishment of Alternative Time had several phases, since the Earth, unlike the
other planets, was the one that had the greatest number of opportunities, interruptions and
cancellations, marches and countermarches. As we said, the first phase occurred when the
Earth was identified as an UR planet through the mechanism of spiral time travel,
mentioned earlier. This is when the Time Operators created the time lag with the intention
of modifying the difficult future of unstable planets like Earth. Otherwise, we would not
exist even in the Alternate Time. They had to intervene because otherwise, sooner or later,
Earth would have been destroyed again, something that happened to some planets in the
project.

Another important phase happened when the Earth recovered in the Tertiary Era from the
new meteor impact, 65 million years ago. Yet another phase began when the planet
recovered again at the time of Lemuria.

Chapter 9: Uria and the Appearance of Humanity (Third Humanity)

The Tertiary Era immediately followed the Secondary Era, tens of millions of years ago.
The team of Genetic Engineers, also known as Sowers of Life, Interveners, or
Extraterrestrial Facilitators, verified that life on Earth was recovering on its own after a
great cataclysm and that the evolutionary process had led to the rise and dominance of
mammals who gave birth to live young. They decided to return to our world and restore the
Project, directing all their actions on a continent now vanished, the one that the English
zoologist Philip R. Slater called Lemuria.

The extraterrestrial scientific mission was made up of a team of seven Genetic Engineers
called in the Bible "Elohim" (or the gods). Its main mission was to help genetically prepare
the first human being.

The first step was to find the species of mammal capable of taking the next evolutionary
step, creating in it the necessary genetic leaps that would lead to the appearance of a group
of proto-hominids, or remote ancestors of homo sapiens sapiens. These beings were created
by using natural genetics and artificially generated modifications that were consolidated
inside a large space ship. As a result of the experiment, the Elohim obtained a variety of
androgynous mammals, that is, beings that possessed both sexes.

However, although the initial project was a success, the androgens did not adapt to the
density of the Earth plane. It was evident they would not survive, being so fragile and
sensitive to the powerful dynamics of change that prevailed at that time on our planet.

This caused space scientists to make a variation in the genetic project, intervening again with
the androgens to transform them into beings of differentiated sexes, male and female. The
result was a group of Adams and Eves who would later evolve into the black race, the
original race of the planet, that would soon spread across the globe. It should be clarified that
extraterrestrials claim that it was from an Eve that an Adam arose and not vice versa.

According to today's scientists, humanity appeared approximately three million years ago,
and not tens of millions of years ago, as various information based on archaeo-astronomy
suggests. However, there are some controversial contradictions of "time" that claim to show
a much greater antiquity for the appearance of a human form.

For example, in the Dinosaur Valley National Park (Texas - USA), in the bed of the
Paluxy River along the shoreline, so-called petrified human prints have been found next to
dinosaur footprints. On closer examination, these prints were found to be either carvings or
highly ambiguous prints. Based on the age of the limestone in which they were found, such
footprints would have to be at least 60 million years old. Yet no hominid fossils have ever
been found that date back that far. If the prints did not belong to hominids, perhaps they
belonged to extraterrestrial visitors.

On the other hand, in 1977, geneticist Svante Päävo, from the University of Munich, took a
fragment of the fossilized bones that are kept as a state secret in Germany and studied for
the first time the DNA of a Neanderthal human. The comparison of the genetic heritage
revealed clear differences between early and more modern humans (Homo sapiens
sapiens). In the mitochondrial DNA, 27 differences were detected between the two human
species, while in all human groups that exist today, there are a maximum of 8 differences.
This indicates that all modern humans are closely related. The explanation for the genetic
differences between Neanderthal and modern humans could be extraterrestrial intervention
and manipulation.

There are definitely many mysteries in evolution. If the dinosaurs became extinct about 65
million years ago and our humanity exists, supposedly, only for three million years, all this
makes it impossible that there are graphic representations in the past of prehistoric animals.
If today's idea of evolution is correct, no human could have ever seen a dinosaur and,
therefore, could not have drawn it in a cave, engraved on a stone, represented in ceramics
or included in mythology and popular imagination as dragons. Yet these representations
abound everywhere, indicating some racial memory of these creatures.

Returning to history, once the basis of the first terrestrial humanity was created, these
seven Genetic Engineers met with the selected pairs (which were several) of these Adams
and Eves in the laboratory ship, letting them know that they could eat a variety of seeds,
fruits, and plants (they were vegetarians), which the gigantic extraterrestrial vehicle
produced in its greenhouses. But there were restrictions. Humans should not consume
certain plants, lianas, cacti, and fungi that were reserved in a special area of the laboratory,
because these had hallucinogenic properties. Consuming them would accelerate human
psychic faculties in an uncontrolled way, neutralizing any future possibility of developing
these faculties naturally, affecting the neurons of the brain, and thus initiating an
irreversible process of death that even the Genetic Engineers could not stop. They would
have to abort the project.

Gadreel, a Contaminated Elohim

The Adams and Eves, subjected to a controlled learning process, accepted the rule to stay
away from these restricted plants. But one of the seven Genetic Engineers, an
extraterrestrial doctor named Gadreel, who is identified with the symbol of the snake or the
Mercury caduceus of medicine, met separately with our ancestors. He told them that he and

his colleagues needed to observe human behavior under the effect of these hallucinogenic
plants. Gadreel’s Aramaic name means "God is the one who helps me" yet he had joined
Luzbel (or Lucifer). Being true to Lucifer’s interests, Gadreel sought a way to sabotage the
program by inducing humans to experiment.

This contradiction in orders was naively accepted by our ancestors who, allowing
themselves to be guided, embarked on the first experience of drug use by humanity. This
scene is represented in the Bible as "the Serpent of the Garden of Eden.” The Adams and
Eves, due to this experience, abruptly had a greater opening of the third eye, which resulted
in a very bad experience. The drugs dangerously lowered their blood pressure and left them
feeling cold.

When the other engineers realized the problem, they did not relate that it had been a
companion of theirs who was responsible, but instead said that the natives were definitely
unpredictable beings; that their curiosity was very dangerous; and that this boundless
excess of curiosity could jeopardize themselves and the Plan. So, the Earth project was
aborted for the second time, and the engineers canceled their intervention. They left the
planet, abandoning it to its fate.

The Creation of the Sunkies

The Genetic Engineers also abandoned Gadreel to our world,

placing him in a kind of underground prison. He could not leave
until he was re-evaluated, and it was verified that he had changed
his attitude. However, during this period, Gadreel managed to
"create" a race of humanoid creatures, the "Sunkies,” as a parallel
initiative to the human. This new creature would live inside the
planet. Their current importance lies in the fact that they are the
main inhabitants of the underground world where many secrets
have been kept. The Sunkies would become part of an elusive
intraterrestrial civilization.

Gadreel, in sowing the underground world with beings of his

creation, sought to continue blocking the realization of the Plan
by enticing humans to consume all kinds of prohibited plants. Gadreel told the humans
these plants were to protect them from all kinds of dangers. He helped them contact these
elementals and obtain favors from them. But he charged a very high price. The ultimate
payment would be dependence on these plants and elementals, resulting in the blockage of
natural psychic faculties and the gradual self-destruction of the human beings themselves.

Thus arose a dangerous variety of so-called elementals or spirits of nature, different from
the naturally existing ones that are the product of the spontaneous evolution of energy and

planetary consciousness. These beings, under certain conditions, actually become

embodied, a situation unthinkable for those who are the product of the natural process.
But not all of these entities have a tendency toward evil. Being that our world is part of a
universe where duality prevails, there is a tendency towards both directions of polarity in
all beings. That is why there are also beneficial beings inhabiting the intraterrestrial world.

Once the Genetic Engineers left Gadreel isolated, they also left to their fate the groups of
Adams and Eves that had been developed. These, in turn, met other hominids who were
already scattered in different regions of the Earth and began to interbreed with them. In this
way, "the origin of races” began.

This spontaneous growth of an unpredictable humanity would later motivate the Genetic
Engineers to resume Project Earth with greater intensity, despite all the vicissitudes. This is
because on the other planets that managed to survive, new destructions occurred so often
that the evolution of beings did not deviate either to the right or to the left. That produced a
very dangerous dependence on the extraterrestrial Watchers. The beings imitated and
copied the Watchers so closely that they suffered the same evolutionary stagnation. It turns
out that Earth is the only planet on which the experimenters lost control over the
experiment, and yet there remains a real chance that the planet and its inhabitants will
achieve the original purpose and more.

The first race, originating from the planet--which is the basis of everything--is what is
known as the Lemurian Humanity, from which the black race derives with all its variants.

Chapter 10: Satanael’s Rebellion

The influence of the ultraterrestrial being Luzbel had endangered the Cosmic Plan, and
therefore the Earth Project, from the beginning by involving Gadreel in a high-risk
sabotaging action. This would not end the efforts of Luzbel, an entity of the Mental
Universe, from trying to prevent the development of the Plan. The next tool he would use
would be Satanael, an extraterrestrial Watcher from the Rigel star system, in the
constellation of Orion.

As you recall, three planets of the eight selected within the Plan had been destroyed, and
four had stagnated evolutionarily. The last possibility was the eighth: Earth. By becoming
interested in our planet again, the Watchers had allowed Lemurian humanity to evolve on
its own.

Shortly after the abandonment and oblivion to which the planet was plunged, ships
arrived on Earth and declared it a no-man's land, which would allow them to extract a
variety of metals, including gold. But the gold of Earth was not of the quality and
refinement needed to create 13 disks in the form of metallic mirrors, composed of an
almost translucent gold. Twelve of the disks would be connected to each other through a
thirteenth larger one that assembled them all. These disks also had to be located at
strategic points, so they could capture a connection with the cosmic door back to the Real
Time of the Universe, as well as facilitating a carrier energy capable of opening doors
between dimensions.

The manufacture of these disks required the combination of seven metals in an

alchemical process. But the mere alloy of metals was not enough; its manufacture also
required the combination of voices and sounds (vibration), minds and hearts of the planet
and this alternative time.

The interveners of the Cosmic Plan--as we said--focused their attention on eight UR

planets in four galaxies chosen from a local group, limiting the area of experimentation,
entering through cosmic folds in an Alternate Time, which was created as it was entered.
As they entered, they left behind a door that quickly opened others---seven in the cosmos
and no less than twelve on earth. This confused the Interveners when it came to returning,
and they risked getting lost should they choose the wrong portal. Only one portal is the
right one for returning to a specific time and moment.

Each of the thirteen disks has prevented more portals from opening for a while. But with
the proximity of the Turn of Time, and the activation of the centers, the disks are giving
way to larger openings until the entire planet could be absorbed by a single mega portal.

The 24 Elders of the Galaxy and the Nine of Andromeda, who are the government of
our Galaxy and the Local Group as a whole, knew what it meant to send the
experimenters to this other reality, and purposely foresaw that those who arrived at the
planets of intervention could not turn back. This meant the Interveners could not return
right away but instead had to first complete their task, thus forcing them to take a serious
interest in the success of the Project.

In this manner, the Sowers, the Guardians and Watchers, and the Instructors--beings of
level 4.4, that is with bodies of fourth dimension, slightly more luminous than ours and
with a fourth dimension of consciousness--paid the price of entry with the trauma of
partial forgetfulness, which we would call disorientation. On the other hand, Elders and
Mentors who are of a 6.6 level have no physical corporeality; they are projected to
Alternate Time but are not in it.

The seven doors or portals are like the seven seals, to locate the right door you had to use
humanity or let yourself be guided by humanity back home, accompanying its
awakening. But this would come to be understood much later by the auditors.

Originally the human beings of Earth were not used for the work of the mines, but later
some primitive human groups and later those known as Neanderthals were employed, or
rather we would say enslaved for those functions without any remorse.

Parallel to all this, humanity, in contact with the intraterrestrials and with the elementals,
advanced but in a disorderly way, easily connecting with different spheres and planes.
For about 80,000 years the black race, called Lemurians, that originated from the planet
and were the best adapted to Earth, began to become more refined and to stand out. They
were quickly able to build mentally and spiritually a stairway to heaven. That is, they
physically built a civilization of their own culture, they built mentally with an
understanding of things, and they built spiritually by perceiving the existence of parallel
universes, planes, and dimensions.

At that time humans knew themselves and understood each other mentally using one
language and also the language of birds, using sounds in the form of whistles that
imitated the songs of birds. All this, coupled with the end of a cosmic cycle of almost
26,000 years that now created the ideal conditions to synchronize the alternative and Real
Time of the Universe, put those who directed the Cosmic Plan on alert.

The advancement of humanity had been achieved up to this point in a timeless time, apart
from the observation, supervision, control, and guidance of the Interveners. And all of
this was unacceptable. The Project had been designed to be a teaching and a means of
learning for extraterrestrials and could not be successful without the presence,
monitoring, and close observation of the Interveners. In addition, there was a risk that

humanity of Earth would make the evolutionary leap and the extraterrestrials would be
trapped in that other reality; in other words, humanity would surpass them.

Therefore, it was decided to block the possibility of humanity achieving immediate

success, making humans forget the knowledge and memory of their faculties. The
blockage was made in the DNA about 30,000 of our years ago producing in the human
race a terrible numbness and regression. The key to remembering who we really are
would be in the secret name of each one, also known as the "Cosmic Name,” which
would function as a personal and non-transferable key to this lost knowledge.

In an experience through a xendra in Chilca in March 2011, the guide Antarel told us:

"In your world, your scientists have developed a theory not so far from reality
that seeks to explain how the universe works. It is the theory of "Vibrating Strings";
Well, we tell you that in these terms the emergence of the alternative time is like
having placed a patch on a fabric, that is, having included threads of a fabric foreign
to the original fabric, but as these instead of remaining as an addition at one end,
have been intertwined with the other fabric. You human beings of Earth have
affected the extraterrestrial experimenters who have intervened in planetary history
so much that there was a time in Lemuria that the alternative time was about to alter,
supplant, and even suppress the real. This intimidated the Interveners by suppressing
threads (in the DNA) making them forget how close they were and many of their
capabilities and this caused the intertwined fabric to tear. The fear that the Lemurian
humanity would change the rhythm, the music, and even the symphony of the
universe in this last creation led to a decision to cancel the Project. More than a
cancellation – as we said – it was a tear in which nevertheless the planet and
humanity managed by their own dynamics to reconnect naturally again and again,
little by little despite resistance and opposition.
The Universe now vibrates at a different frequency, thanks to what is happening
on Earth and what you are doing to make it happen. The new fabric has been re-
woven and has caused the original fabric to adapt to it. The “patch” has disappeared
and become the main design.
We tell you that you are contributing a different and novel music that has been
affecting, in a way you cannot imagine, the civilizations that participated in the
Cosmic Plan, and through them the rest of the universe.
Another example we could give you in the history of the Earth would be to ask
you to imagine that your world is like the lining added to a main fabric, with the
originally unthinkable possibility that the fabric became reversible and that the
hidden part had greater appeal than the one that was originally woven.
As we told you, what you did not know was that there was already in the
terrestrial past (Lemuria) a moment in which humanity was about to concretize the
Cosmic Plan, surpassing all expectations and coming close to imposing this reality
that you experience on the other reality.

The Ascension of the planet supposes that again the conditions have been
created so that the vibrational elevation makes what was below now above; that what
was hidden will be known and revealed...”

The next step taken in the Cosmic Plan was to make the Earth an active part of the
Project again and postpone it until the new cycle of 26,000 years. Just over 25,000 years
ago two great civilizations were sent as Guardians and Watchers. Some came from Orion
and others from the Pleiades. The chief of the Orions was called Satanael, and his
appearance was reptiloid. But not all Orions are like that, because it is a constellation that
encompasses several planets and civilizations, and many of them are very human looking.

Satanael was a high Master of Orion. The ideas and

"philosophy" of Luzbel filled Satanael with envy and
jealousy towards the humanity of the Earth, to the point
of clouding his thoughts and making him sympathize
with the "sabotage" efforts of the ultraterrestrials. The
dark arguments of the Helell would polarize the
extraterrestrial Watcher, who would become Satanael’s
loyal follower and one of the main protagonists of the
saga of the Cosmic Plan.

Satanael would finally lead an insurrection among the

Watchers, a conflict that would become a kind of "Civil
War." It would widen into a cosmic conflict. When various extraterrestrial civilizations
saw that it was led by one of the most emblematic Watchers of this stellar sector, they
were confused and tempted to participate in the rebellion. Obviously, Luzbel, or Lucifer,
knew who to influence and how. If he managed to integrate Satanael into his cause, other
extraterrestrial beings and civilizations would follow.

There was a time when Satanael considered that because the energies of Earth were so
violent and humanity so unpredictable in many aspects, the situation could endanger the
established order. It was risky to use humanity or let it act spontaneously. Rather,
humanity would have to be neutralized and, if not, there would be another alternative: to
direct it.

Satanael belonged to the cosmic lineage of the so-called "Serpent,” a lineage of systems
who consider themselves entitled to govern the process of Earth, to which they are also
bound. The attitudes of this Orion and a group of his followers brought the Confederation
of Worlds to such a confrontation that a real war broke out, whose echoes still resonate in
this part of the universe.

Eventually the dissidents were subdued and sent back to Earth as deportees. Such a
decision did nothing but hinder Earth’s development and, paradoxically, ensure even

more the possibility of reconnection between times. It did so by creating a very powerful
presence and force of opposition. If we take into account that every force is opposed by
an equal and opposite force, the expectation for humanity was clear. Such a force of
opposition would produce an equal force of growth and development. That is why this
opposition group was allowed.

Some Elders were in favor and others against the process, but all agreed it should happen
in a controlled and observed area. In addition, it was originally foreseen that there would
be strong pressure exerted on the civilizations chosen for the cosmic experiment. The
presence of a powerful, opposing force would put all of humanity under pressure.

Not all the Orions participated in the dissidence. However, those who remained faithful to
the Cosmic Plan and the White Brotherhood of the Universe were replaced by beings
from Sirius and Canis Major who, together with the Pleiadians, remained as Guardians
and Watchers.

The Orion followers of Satanael, therefore called "satanic,” managed from Earth to
psychically influence the Pleiadians, who were affected by the sensuality of the planet,
committing the serious transgression of having sexual contact with human beings. The
mestizos produced by this relationship are those we know as the "Atlanteans.”

The intention of the dissidents was to be able to reincarnate through the Atlanteans, to
escape from the Earth or seize it or, if necessary, destroy it. The only problem was that
when a being incarnates to this world, they go through a process of partial or complete
forgetting. We forget who we are, where we came from, where we are going, and why we
are here. And that can be an insurmountable obstacle.

The misuse that the Atlanteans made of the knowledge received from their extraterrestrial
parents led them to their self-destruction. This was very convenient for those trapped on
our planet. The destruction was not total, as the rebels would have wanted, but it did
affect the last period of Lemuria, called "Mu.” The Murians had to be evacuated by the
Pleiadians from Antarctica, where their history and their advances were buried under the
advance of the ice. They were taken to Mesoamerica and gave rise to the Olmec
civilization.

One of the peculiarities of humanity, compared to the Interveners, is that we are able to
anticipate the future. In other words, we potentially have the capacity for premonition and
precognition. Visitors entering the alternate time suffer a disorientation that prevents
them from anticipating and grasping future events. All their forecasts are based on
probability calculations, mathematical statistics, speculative projections, and everything
else they can learn through us.

Therefore, the extraterrestrials who come to Earth are acting in a time different from
theirs. They know only the past, which they have been hiding because of its implications.
Knowing our true past, we would be aware of our potentialities, of our role and mission
in the concert of the worlds. We would also know our opponent, his weaknesses and
limitations. However, receiving this knowledge unprepared would do us more harm than
good.

To remedy the consequences of the tragedies of Atlantis and Lemuria, it was decided to
accelerate the processes of evolution, but this time under the strict control and
supervision of the interveners. This would give humanity a new opportunity, since the
race had already demonstrated its potential ability to achieve the initial fundamental
objectives of the Plan.

At this time, it was decided to send 144 Planetary Instructors to Earth, who visited
different parts of the planet and deposited part of their knowledge in a system of tunnels.
These tunnels run to a certain depth and parallel to the surface. Through the knowledge
contained in this system, the Instructors could supervise from time to time the
development of the human race in order to evaluate its ability to access this knowledge.

The terrestrial women, by their natural predisposition as antennas, were able to channel
and direct the planetary energies and possessed a natural curiosity received from the
beings of Sirius as a way to gain first-hand knowledge. This knowledge allowed them to
make practical applications of the Universal Laws and Principles. The process quickly
transformed them into priestesses of the mother goddess, which meant nothing more than
being representatives of the planetary spirit or the feminine aspects of the Creator.

Therefore, in the Myth of Osiris, Isis is the goddess capable of resurrecting her husband,
who represents humanity sacrificed in the previous cycle. She transformed into a bird
(she detached herself from her body and searched for her husband in the subtle planes),
hovered around the body of her murdered husband, and magically returned him to life for
a few moments, long enough for her to beget her son, Horus, who would restore balance.

The powerful planetary energies tested the Watchers, who divided the planet into
sections, creating areas of influence as fiefdoms. This division aroused aggressiveness,
distrust, and rivalry between them until it erupted in violent competition. The extremes of
tension required the intervention of ultraterrestrial beings to bring order. In the midst of
such chaos, the work of surveillance left much to be desired. Earth became a den of
inopportune and inappropriate visitors.

To help the planet, humanity, and the Plan without dying in the attempt and as a way to
bring order to the disputes, the Watchers agreed to the arrival and installation on Earth of
the "White Brotherhood." This brotherhood consisted of 32 beings from different worlds
who were located in the Gobi Desert in Mongolia. These beings took charge of relieving

the initial instructors and limiting the participation of the Watchers in the planetary
process. In addition, they also took charge of the Solar Disks, the Internal Retreats, and
the surveillance of the Interdimensional Portals that are naturally open on the planet.
They also determined how many additional portals could open up as we approached the
end of the 26,000-year cosmic cycle.

With the Christ who manifested seven times throughout the planetary process, the right
door of reconnection with Real Time was definitively located. The opening of the seventh
seal therefore coincides with the ascent of the planet and humanity to the fourth
dimension, as well as with the return of the Christ as the manifestation of the spirit of
compassion, charity, and brotherhood. However, this manifestation requires a higher
vibrational state in humanity based on unconditional love through forgiveness.

Beings like the wizard Merlin, who were hybrids of extraterrestrials and humans, knew
both directions of time. Therefore, they were summoned to replace the aliens and become
the guardians of the solar disks and the doors near them.

As we have seen, the Cosmic Plan pointed to two extraterrestrial civilizations to monitor
our planet once the project was resumed after the timely intervention of the Genetic
Engineers. These two civilizations were the Orions and the Pleiadians. However, there
had been the rebellion of a sector of the Orions under Satanael, who had once been
chosen to head up the Orion project to monitor the Earth. As a result, the Galactic
Confederation arranged to replace these Orions with beings from the star Sirius, located
8.6 light years away, in the constellation of Canis Major.

Chapter 11: Transgression of the Watchers

Once the Pleiadians and the Sirians were in charge of the surveillance of the planet, the
influence of Luzbel was felt again, this time with a group of two hundred Pleiadians
under the command of Semiasas. They were tempted to transgress their orders not to get
involved with humans and let themselves be carried away by the sensuality of a
paradisiacal and sensual planet of vibrations strange to them. Thus, the Watchers
committed a very serious infraction by having sexual relations with the human beings of
the Earth, something that was strictly forbidden because of the serious consequences that
would endanger, once again, the achievement of the Project. This happened on Mount
Hermon. Remember that the Watchers were beings of different times and dimensions.

The Book of Enoch

This story is described in chapter 6 of Biblical Genesis and
recorded in detail in an ancient book, called "The Book of
Enoch".

The text in question supposedly written by Enoch, an Old

Testament character mysteriously "lost" after the Council of
Laodicea, in the third century; However, it reappeared more
than 200 years ago. Of the three copies recovered by the
famous explorer James Bruce, when in 1773 he returned from his work of six years in
Abyssinia, there are two English translations by R. Lawrence (1821) and by R.H. Charles
(1912). In the following years, several portions of the original Greek text came to light,
and later, with the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls at Qumran, seven fragmentary
copies appeared in Aramaic text, which are today in the Museum of the Book in
Jerusalem, confirming what was said in the translated copies.

The scene of the descent of the 200 Watchers is described by Enoch. And this event,
contrary to the idea that it happened a few thousand years ago, actually happened in more
distant times. To get an idea of this, remember that Genesis cites Enoch as a long-lived
patriarch of a seventh generation after Adam (Genesis 5:18); later came well-known
names such as Methuselah, or Lamech, the father of the famous Noah, who, as we know,
would have been one of the survivors of Atlantis.

If Enoch could describe what happened on Mount Hermon, it is because it was an ancient
event.

The Book of Enoch describes "200 angels" who landed

on Mount Hermon between Lebanon and Israel and
joined the daughters of men. They were led by their
commander, a being called Semiasas.
"Let's make couples with them and have children... "
(Enoch, Book of Watchers 6:2)

Hearing this proposal of the extraterrestrial group, Commander Semiasas responded that
it was against orders, that they were angels, as the text mentions them; although we know
they were actually Pleiadian cosmonauts forbidden to mate with humans. He then told
them, "If you do, God will blame me because I am the Commander and responsible for
the sins of all of you." Nevertheless, they swore to get involved with Earth’s women. This
was called the "Covenant of Mount Hermon." They joined with the women and produced
children who were giants.

Meanwhile, as the Book of Enoch continues, the Archangels Michael, Uriel, Raphael, and
Gabriel looked down from heaven, saw the havoc, and said, "We must inform God of
what is happening" (Enoch 9:1-11).

Chapter 12: Plato's Atlantis (Fourth Humanity)

As all of this took place, the Confederation intervened immediately trying to correct the
error of the Watchers. The Confederation waited for the births of the hybrids, or mestizos,
which were concentrated on a group of ten islands in the Atlantic Ocean, the largest
called the island of Undal. On this island, the children’s extraterrestrial parents were
committed to educate them, giving rise to the legendary civilization of the Atlanteans.

Evidences of a Submerged World

Plato affirmed in his "Dialogues," that beyond the Pillars of Hercules, there were vast
lands, as large as Asia Minor and Libya together. Then, in a single day, this world
composed of an advanced society was submerged under the waters of the Atlantic Ocean,
perhaps due to an earthquake or some other calamity such as a massive volcanic eruption.

This ocean gave the vanished civilization its name: Atlantis (although its true name is lost
to time, as is its history). It may seem hard to believe that an entire civilization could sink
into the ocean without a trace, but some scientists have encountered information that
suggest it may be real.

For example, it is interesting to note that a study conducted by scientists at the Lamont
Observatory (a division of Columbia University in Palisades, N.Y.) determined
geological changes of an abnormal character occurred in the Atlantic 11,500 years ago.
These conclusions match remarkably the date of the destruction of Atlantis.

Another curious fact is the existence of a mountain range that extends along the middle of
the Atlantic Ocean from north to south. This formation is known by geologists as the
Mid-Atlantic Ridge. In itself, the Ridge is one of the most favorable indicators to support
the existence of submerged lands. In many cases the peaks of the ridge rise above the sea
to form islands. There we find coral reefs and sediments typical of shallow waters, which
suggests that, at some remote time, these lands were close to the surface.

To add more arguments in favor of the submerged world, we could point out that in 1898,
portions of Taquilita were found in the Atlantic Ocean 700 km from the Azores, portions
that were made of basaltic lava that had cooled rapidly. This phenomenon is only
possible if the lava was exposed to the air, which does not usually happen with cooled
lavas in the deep sea. At least that is what geologist P. Termier of the Oceanographic
Institute of Monaco argues. Termier concludes that the lava must have submerged no
more than 15,000 years ago. However, we must also say that these studies are not always
accepted. There are still many doubters of the existence of Atlantis.

In ancient texts, we also find no less important references to Atlantis, such as the clear
allusion to "lost islands.” Let us recall Homer's Odyssey, which speaks of lost islands,

and the enigmatic Tarshish lands of the biblical prophet Ezekiel. For their part, the Aztecs
claimed to come from an "island" located east of Mexico and called Aztlan. It is possible
that they refer to Plato's Atlantis, the abode of the mestizos and the Watchers

Chapter 13: The Deportation of the Orions

The rebellion of the Orions, which occurred about 25,000 years ago, had been controlled
by the Galactic Confederation. Those beings who bowed to Satan's violent stance were
deported to Earth to redeem themselves by supporting the Project and thus contributing to
the learning process of the human race.

Unfortunately, these Orions sent to our planet not only maintained their rebellion but
were involved in the transgression that occurred with the women of Earth, having
influenced the Pleiadians to create hybrid offspring. Here on Earth, these "fallen or
deported angels" aged prematurely and died, being trapped in another dimension. From
there, they declared a psychic war on humanity and formed a negative secret government.
They had the hidden desire, through creating hybrid children, to incarnate in mestizo
bodies that would allow them to control the planet.

Cloned Bodies
In a procedure that we cannot understand even on Earth, the
extraterrestrials decided to build their own bodies or adult
replicas, to be occupied if their material vehicle was
destroyed or already unusable. It was like changing clothes.

To understand this, imagine a being with a consciousness of

3,000 years of existence incarnating again as a baby and having to relive that process,
again and again, until possessing an adult body. On Earth, of course, this is not so, as we
find ourselves on a different rung of learning, forgetting who we were in a previous
existence and growing up with different personalities in different families, geographies,
and realities to finally embrace the illumination that leads us back to God or Source.

According to the Guides, we do not yet have the necessary preparation to remember
everything we did. If in a single existence, human beings are affected by the people who
hurt us, who we harm, who we love, who we lose, and various experiences that shake us,
what would happen if we remembered the same process but in 20 or 50 existences at
once? We wouldn't be able to endure it. What would prepare us to remember that we are
actually cosmic beings?

The Prison Crystals

By aging rapidly and dying on Earth, while originally from Orion and another time, the
essences of the deportees would have ordinarily returned to their place of origin. If this
had been so, they would possibly have incarnated in the cloned bodies, already adults,
that were in those worlds of the great constellation.

To prevent this, the Watchers of the Pleiades deposited on

Earth some pyramidal crystals of a bright green color,
which trapped the Orions’ essences. It is interesting to note
the following news release by NASA on May 30, 2011,
where it is said that in recent research published in the
Astrophysical Journal Letters that a strange shower of green
crystals had been detected around a proto-star in the
constellation of Orion. According to researcher Tom Megeath of the University of Toledo
in Ohio, these crystals are in the form of fosterite, which belongs to the olivine family.
This is a common material on Earth in such gemstones as periodot.

However, as we have seen in recent experiences, not all those Orions who were trapped
in another dimensional plane by those crystals and deported to Earth are still in a kind of
phantom zone or limbo or low astral state. Some have managed to reincarnate here on
Earth in human bodies. This was partly achieved with the complicity of civilizations who
have managed to slip away from the Watchers and are responsible for the abductions of
humans to produce hybrid bodies.

Places like Paititi and Mount Shasta, among others, are enclaves where those Prison-
Crystals are located. That would explain the reason for the presence of the White
Brotherhood, whose foundation on Earth we will address in the next chapter.
The dimensionally "trapped" Orions had declared a psychic war on humanity, greatly
affecting the Atlanteans, who were manipulated and driven towards self-destruction after
making them systematically assault the Murians.

Maldek and the Destruction of Poseidonis

Under this negative influence, the Atlanteans became a colonizing, warlike race,
expanding throughout the planet and imposing their technology and advancements on
others. They even found themselves in a continuous conflict with the autonomous
civilization that had been ancient Lemuria, subduing it. As if this were not enough, they
waged a civil war because Atlantis was divided into two groups: one that maintained the
spirit of light, and one influenced by darkness that ended up destroying the Atlantean
archipelago. Of the ten islands, only three remained. Among them was the main center,
alluded to by Plato as Poseidonis.

Faced with a situation the

Watchers could not control, it
was thought that if the Atlanteans
extended outside the planet, it
would be necessary to reorganize
the planetary Project. This was
because over time, the hybrids, or
mestizos, would need to remain
outside the terrestrial process,

even though they were semi-terrestrial. That is, if necessary, the entire Atlantean
civilization would be transferred to Maldek, a planet formerly located between Mars and
Jupiter. For this purpose, other Atlanteans were sent to Mars to establish a practical
bridge between Earth and Maldek. However, not long after their arrival, they treated the
Martian civilization so badly that it resulted in a terrible conflict.

All the tension generated on Mars by the Atlanteans, and then on Maldek, attracted a
negative response from the cosmos. A wandering sidereal object entered the Solar System
on a collision course with Maldek, struck the planet, and violently destroyed it. The
consequences were catastrophic. Fragments of the massive collision were thrown towards
Mars, impacting it and causing much of its water and atmosphere to be lost in space.
Most of the life on the surface of the red planet died. (Here we must note that at present
there is life on Mars, but its inhabitants live in the subsoil of the planet.)

But the fragments of Maldek didn't just reach Mars. They also reached Earth, many
striking the Moon, Earth’s natural shield. At that time, the Earth’s gravitational field
caught two large fragments that orbited the planet for a certain time. As a result, we had
three moons: the current one and two smaller asteroids, which later fell toward Earth.
One of them landed in the Pacific Ocean, and much later, the other landed between the
Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea, producing deep fissures where the Earth's crust is quite
weak. This opened dangerous electromagnetic vortices, which are currently known as the
Bermuda Triangle and the Dragon Triangle.

We have to note that there was a reason these fragments did not immediately fall on the
planet. At that time, the technology and mental power of the Atlanteans were very great,
allowing them to control these "moons.” In what today we call the Caribbean Sea, the
Atlanteans placed a pyramidal structure they called "Tagmatrón." It had a large crystal
sphere at the tip creating an immense energy machine that projected a beam of light into
space to sustain the orbit of each of those bodies.

This pyramid concentrated an extraordinary energy, as we could never have imagined.

But the internal crisis of Atlantean society reached uncontrollable levels, influenced by

the satanic element that sought to use the developed power to free its companions and
attack the Galactic Confederation itself. They reversed the power of the energy pyramid
to attract those sidereal bodies toward the Earth. The impact when they struck the planet
created not only great oceanic abysses, but also interdimensional holes that communicate
with another time and space. These holes are not open all the time, only when a large
amount of energy is concentrated by the storms that frequently occur in the area.

All this and more was the result of the dark forces working against the project. At that
time, the planet was experiencing serious problems due to the imbalances caused by the
huge impacts.

The Psychic War

The Orions will remain trapped in the prison crystals until the redemption plan is
fulfilled. That is, either they repent and comply with helping us, or they will not be
released. That is why those beings have declared a psychic war on humanity, and as we
have already seen, since Atlantis, where they almost succeeded, they have done
everything possible to destroy us.

Remember that not only the extraterrestrials have alerted us about this psychic war so we
can guard against being manipulated. The apostle Paul mentioned it in one of his letters
to the Ephesians (Eph. 6:11-12) when he said: "Put on the whole armor of God, that you
may stand against the wiles of the devil, for we have no struggle against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,
against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly regions."

Since they cannot manipulate all beings, the rebellious

Orions manipulate a few people linked to politics, religion,
economics, military commanders, and through them
maintain the chaos of hopelessness, anguish, and imbalance.
These trapped Satanists and those who have already
managed to incarnate here, as well as their servants, shape
and maintain a Negative Inner Government on our planet,
which bases its power on manipulation and ignorance.

For this reason, all the great archives of humanity have been systematically destroyed,
from the Great Library of Alexandria to books burned by the Inquisition. The destruction
includes the records of Cusco, the Mayan and Aztec codes, on up to the barbarism of
German fascism. Texts that could give us light, that could lead us to remember we are
part of a cosmic project have been silenced in one way or another.

It is clear that we are not "laboratory rats,” but more like test-tube babies. And our world
is not a farm where they are fattening us for slaughter, but, rather, we are a kind of

"cradle house" or kindergarten, one in which the teachers expect to learn from students as
we go through our own experiences.

Recently, we have seen how during the Iraq war of 2003, despite the fact that there was a
commitment with UNESCO to preserve archaeological and cultural sites, the library of
Baghdad, where there were manuscript books contemporary to the writing of the first
Koran, was burned and destroyed and that evidently was not done by Muslims. The
archaeological Museum of Baghdad was also looted and 180,000 archaeological pieces
disappeared. Among which were 80,000 clay tablets in Sumerian ideographic writing and
Akkadian, Babylonian, Elamite, Assyrian and Persian cuneiform. Archeologists had only
begun to translate these works, some of which seemed to speak of extraterrestrial visits in
the past in Mesopotamia.

The only real advantage that the forces of darkness have over humanity is that while they
know their limitations, we don't know our possibilities. Ours is a problem of ignorance.

Chapter 14: The Establishment of the White Brotherhood

After the destruction of Atlantis, 12,000 years ago, an interplanetary force of peace of 32
extraterrestrials came to Earth to found what would be the Great White Brotherhood of
our world. In this way, the necessary support and balance would be achieved so that the
human being could continue with his process of evolution.

These 32 Masters (not thirty-three because the number 33 has to symbolically represent
humanity itself), were located in underground galleries in a secret region of the Gobi
Desert in Asia. They founded the mythical Shambhala, matrix center of the intraterrestrial
world and capital of the call to Agartha.

From there, they would watch over the fifth humanity, that of the synthesis of the cosmic
mestizos. Each of the 32 represented a particular space civilization. Their deep wisdom
and deep love for life qualified them as the most apt to carry out the mission of
reactivating in our world the seed of Light, but in an orderly and oriented way. This
approach would allow them to instruct humanity and at the same time allow them to
receive learning. Because let us remember that there is no one, no matter how wise, who
does not have something to learn, and no one, no matter how humble, who does not have
something to teach.

Shambhala and the Underworld

Talking about a super-civilization inhabiting the
depths of our planet could provoke serious
questions by the skeptical reader, possibly
because these beings have a mission to help
humanity on its journey towards the fulfillment
of the Cosmic Plan.

Perhaps one of the most famous experiences in relation to Shambhala is that of Nicholas
Roerich, a Russian explorer and artist who in 1925 undertook an expedition to Tibet and
Central Asia. Nicholas Roerich along with the Swede Sven Hedin and his Russian
ancestor Nikolai Przhevalsky were the first Westerners after Marco Polo to delve into the
culture of the East.

Once in the Gobi Desert, he was invited to see the underground kingdom. At that time,
Roerich saw in broad daylight a bright disk (a UFO?) crossing the sky of Karakorum. The
lamas who accompanied him assured him it was a sign of Shambhala!

In the history of different peoples of the Earth we find clear hints to that inner world, a
secret place where the great sages, the Rishis or Mahatmas, meet. They allow entry into
their world only those who have been called. It is then, in the East, where there are

greater references to the underground kingdom, although the Aztecs and the Incas also
spoke of it.

These intraterrestrial Masters of Light would have been referred to by Thoth the
Atlantean in "The Emerald Tablets" when he mentions: "Thirty-two are there of the
children of light, who have come to live among humanity seeking to free from the slavery
of darkness those who were trapped by the force of the beyond..." And in the Bhagavata
Purana, ancient text of India, it says: "The gods appeared in their respective flying
vehicles to witness the battle between Kripakarya and Arjuna. Even Indra, the lord of
heaven, arrived riding a special flying vehicle accommodating thirty-three divine
beings."

Not surprisingly, the number 33 is immersed in the life of humanity, from its location in
the galaxy, 33,000 light years from the Central Sun, to the manna that fell from heaven to
assist the Hebrew people for 33 days. Perhaps “manna” is where the name "manasic"
comes from, referring to the Central Sun of the galaxy. In addition, this numerical key is
also found in the 33 vertebrae of the human spine that can be clearly seen in the first
years of life; later, with human growth, some of these vertebrae fuse with others and work
as an energy antenna. It is also interesting that in various esoteric schools, such as
Rosicrucian and Freemasonry, the highest level of attainment is the 33rd degree. Even
more, the Master Jesus died and resurrected according to some scholars at 33 years of
age. Finally, the mythical Inca flight to Paititi was said to have occurred in the year 1533.

Once the Mentors of Light were established in the Gobi Desert in their Halls of Amenti
or intraterrestrial temples that had already been prepared by beings from Sirius, they
sought everything related to the future activation of an impressive metallic disk made
with a strange alloy of metals, sounds, and emotions of our planet.

The Creation of the Great Solar Disk

It was, therefore, the Solar Disk, a key or dimensional mirror that opens
the doors between the dimensions and that can "take" the entire planet to
the Real Time of the Universe. Likewise, the Disk represented the
Central Sun of the galaxy, an important source of energy that reaches
our entire Milky Way, bathing it with the transmuting force of Violet
Light. This disk was built in the times of Lemuria in Patagonia and later
led to the retreats of the White Brotherhood in a long pilgrimage that
touched many centers, passed through Lake Titicaca and the Temple of
Coricancha in Cusco, and ended in Paititi.

Needless to say, the solar radiations or cilial energy of our own Sun are also channeled by
the powerful Disk of the Masters. In evolved worlds, the power of the stars is harnessed
to the fullest. The Solar Disk would become the holy emblem of the White Brotherhood,

graphically represented with the figure of three concentric circles: the three planes, the
three universes, the sacred trinity, and the Law of the triangle.

However, the Hierarchy coming from space knew they could not remain indefinitely in
their physical bodies on our planet. It was then that the 32 Mentors of Light saw their
perfect replacements in the Estekna-Manés, hybrid mentors, who had survived the
destruction of Atlantis in underground retreats.

Many of them, wise priests who worked for the light, had emigrated to different regions
of the world, keeping themselves and their sacred archives of knowledge safe from the
Atlantean holocaust. They reached Central America, South America, Africa, India and
Europe. From there, together with the Guides or Instructors, they began to sow the seeds
according to the designs inherited from the 32 Mentors to rescue the process of
awakening human consciousness and thus, at the right time, bring the knowledge closer
to the human brothers and sisters of their true history, which they now guard.

One of the first groups to be instructed after the destruction of Atlantis or "the universal
flood" were the Sumerians.

Chapter 15: The Arrival of the 144 Instructors

As part of this plan, 144 extraterrestrial instructors landed in Mesopotamia, to gather

people from the Zagros Mountains and the Caucasus, and begin working with all of them
representing different types of races. This programmed action would be called the
Sumerian Project.

Recent archaeological excavations carried out near the town of Urfa in Turkey (what was
formerly the city of Edessa, capital of the Parthian kingdom of Osroenia), in a place
called Govekli Tepe have brought to light about 16 extraordinary circular temples worked
magnificently in monolithic and immense blocks of stone. They are decorated with
beautiful sculptures and have been dated at 11,000 years ago. This makes it the oldest city
in the Neolithic era, older than Jericho in the Palestine region.

The Legacy of Sumer

Thus, it is clear that people began living cities at an early time and learned to handle
advanced mathematics, astronomy, and metallurgy. According to the ancient writings,
Sumer was the "first civilization" of the world that was born "after the flood."

To avoid creating dependency among humans, some emissaries of the people, the Enci or
Patesis, were chosen to be the only ones who would have contact with the Planetary
Instructors. The Enci would then transmit all this knowledge to humanity. Let's take a
look at this ancient civilization.

Mesopotamia (Greek for “between rivers”) is a region that became one of the first centers
of urban civilization. It is located between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, in the area
currently occupied by the states of Iraq, part of Iran, and Syria.

The natural wealth of Mesopotamia always attracted

peoples from the poorer neighboring regions, and its
history is one of continuous migrations and
invasions. Rainfall is scarce in most of the region, but
when the fertile soil is irrigated through canals, it
produces abundant crops.

The need for self-defense and irrigation led the

ancient Mesopotamians to organize and build canals
and fortified settlements. According to archaeological dating, the number of settlements
increased from 6,000 BC and became cities in roughly the fourth millennium BC. The
first settlement in the region was probably Eridú, although the most prominent example is
the biblical Uruk la Erech to the south, where adobe temples were decorated with fine
metallurgy and hewn stones. The development of an administration also stimulated

science and mathematics. Art and architecture, craftsmanship, and religious and ethical
thought flourished.

Sumerian became the main language of the area, and its inhabitants invented the
pictographic writing system that would eventually give rise to cuneiform writing, which
gradually became more stylized. This writing became the basic means of written
communication in the Near East for some 2,000 years. The Sumerians were responsible
for this first urban culture that spread north of the Euphrates. Other important settlements
of Sumer were Adab, Isin, Kis, Larsa, Nippur and Ur.

The Sumerians knew thousands of years ago that the Earth circled around the Sun, and
that the planets moved while the stars remained “fixed” in the sky, at least as a visual
reference. All this contrasts markedly with the period of scientific lapses that stretch from
Ptolemy up to Copernicus. In addition to the interest Sumerians showed in astronomy,
they also created the world's first mathematical system.

Unlike modern humans, who currently use a decimal number system based on 10, the
Sumerian system was sexagesimal, that is, based on 60. Although at first this system
seems inflexible, we must say that it allowed the Sumerians to divide into fractions and
multiply in millions, calculate square roots, or raise numbers to several powers.

In many ways, the Sumerian system is superior to the base 10 system used today, because
60 is divisible by ten different whole numbers while 100 is divisible only by seven
different whole numbers. And here is the first clue we present to the attentive reader: this
Sumerian sexagesimal system is the only " perfect system" for geometry and for
measuring time. Why?

Few people know that the base 60 system of the

Sumerians has not only influenced our geometry but our
way of measuring time: the origin of the 60 minutes and
60 seconds is proof of this. We should add that the 24
hours of the day, the 12 months of the year, the 12 inches
of a foot, and the dozen as a unit all trace back to Sumer.
And most intriguing: Their tradition teaches that the
"gods" taught them all this by stepping down from their
"shems" or star vehicles in ancient Mesopotamia!

That the Sumerians developed this body of knowledge before the Egyptians should not
surprise us. Today it is well known that Earth’s precessional cycle of 25,920 years
divided into 12 parts of 2160 years, the so-called "houses of the Zodiac," are an
undeniable contribution of the Sumerians. As you can see, much of the information we
use has its foundation in this legacy from the stars that illuminated Sumer 6,000 years
ago, or more.

Unfortunately, the Sumerian Project did not succeed as planned because they were given
too much knowledge in too short a time, creating a dependency on beings who "came
from heaven.” When this happened, the Instructors stopped coming, thus seeking to break
the umbilical cord that had been created. This break was taken advantage of by those of
the Negative Government with the complicity of the Anunnaki, a dissident extraterrestrial
group also called Sons of the Prince for their links with Satanael. The Anunnaki posed as
gods to be worshipped. Eventually, the Sumer civilization, although very technologically
advanced for the time, was conquered by its violent neighbors such as the Akkadians,
which ended the hope of evolving humanity’s consciousness at that time.

When the project of working on a collective of people or peoples failed, the

extraterrestrials then decided to work on an elite group of individuals. This is how the
Egyptian Project was born. However, these Egyptian lands had already been the scene of
extraterrestrial visits.

Chapter 16: The Rama (Rahma) Mission

While the Sumerian Project had been developing, in 4,200 BC a cosmic mission to help
the planet would be created, to be inserted in the future in the world. This mission, called
RAMA, was an initiative of the Council of the 24 Elders of the Galaxy. The Rama
Mission would be one of several warning missions that are part of the Cosmic Plan.

As we have been learning, through this bridge of contact, the Guides and Masters seek to
lead Humanity to an awakening of consciousness, where people save themselves and
others through a transformation of themselves in this world. The force or energy capable
of achieving this transformation is LOVE. Hence, we express that Rama is Love.

The Rama (Rahma) Mission

This mission, we say, is a work of contact with oneself, with the family, with the group,
with Humanity, with the Guides, with God or Source. Brothers and sisters from other
worlds help humanity to become aware of its mission, that is, an integral preparation at
the physical, mental, and spiritual levels that through an attitude of constancy and
discipline achieves change, projecting themselves as true Suns that radiate Light and
Love to Humanity. That is why the word Rama, in one of its best-known aspects, means
Sun on Earth (RA = Sun, MA = Earth); that is, to illuminate or radiate Light on this
planet.

Future Objectives of the Rama (Rahma) Mission on Earth

The Rama Mission seeks the activation of a contact program, the same that has been
developing on Earth for millions of years. To remain firm and persevering in the
objectives of Rama without diverting our attention would be the right choice to complete
what was arranged by the Elders. In Rama, there is a secret vibration involving the so-
called fifth of Rama (fifth stage), and it is Rahma, where the fifth letter “H” represents
humanity---the bridge between heaven (sun) and earth.

The missions on our planet are several and differ in form and objectives. But as far as
Mission Rahma is concerned, the objectives are as follows:

The Base Community: It refers to creating groups of attunement and affinity, which
work to generate a positive mental state. This common-unity points not only to a physical
group of people, but to the unity at mental levels, all visualizing the same goal.

The Awakening of Consciousness: It consists of committing ourselves to a deeply

spiritual option of growth and activating the Key of Remembrance that clarifies the
moment we are living in. We begin to realize and understand the existence of a Cosmic

Plan that reserves a destiny of great transcendence for humanity. This Awakening of
Consciousness must be initiated in oneself and radiated to one's neighbor.

Preparation for the possible catastrophe: This does not refer exclusively to a
cataclysm, but to a re-evaluation of our faith in the face of doubt and chaos. The wealth
of new information will shake the foundations of our civilization in all fields. The strong
will of a determined person can become the torch that separates darkness from confusion.
If before there was misinformation, now there is too much information that is often
confusing and incorrect. Many will lose their way with this kind of information by
finding it attractive and in line with personal expectations. We can and must change
events, but for this to happen, we must discover our potentialities and unite with a
common intention to achieve a critical mass that tips the balance towards the light.

Encounters with the Great White Brotherhood of the Inner Retreats: These
encounters will occur gradually during the process of the Mission. The connection would
symbolize the entry of Humanity as the 33rd Civilization. With the establishment of this
bond, we would go from being disciples to being members of the Great White
Brotherhood and then consolidating ourselves as the Instructors of the New Time.

Reception of the Book of Those Robed in White: This is the supreme and final goal of
the Rahma Mission, that Humanity receives the true history of Earth. Thus, this
knowledge would free us from cyclical dependence on error. This history will give us the
necessary tools to direct our effort to achieve the most transcendental objectives. Because
we will know who we are, where we come from, and where we are going, we will have
full awareness of the purpose of our existence. In addition, because of this history’s
connotation of "return of the sacred,” it also foretells the advent of the Cosmic Christ.

The plan to further develop the RAHMA Mission will involve the observation of
potential spirits on Earth, which thousands of years from now will be integrated into
Earth to work for good and for the transformation of humanity.

Chapter 17: Egypt and the Memory of Orion

When the Sumerian Project failed, the Planetary

Instructors decided to work on an elite group of
individuals on what is now called the Giza plateau. This
is how the Egyptian Project emerged, in a scenario that
had already been disturbed by visits from extraterrestrial
Watchers in the times of Atlantis.

Before the presence of the "first pharaoh.” Menes, who

would have appeared on the scene around 3100 BC, the "gods" lived in Egypt. At least
that is what is written on the papyri in the country of the Nile at a time that was called
Zep Tepi. There lived a beautiful race of beings called Neteru, which literally means
"Watchers.”

There was also talk of hybrids or mestizos between the gods and human beings in those
times. We refer to the Shemsu-Hor or the "Sons of Horus,” (perhaps the Atlanteans)
clearly mentioned in the well-known Turin Papyrus. However, this story is taken by
historians as a myth since the copyists make clear omissions in their writings of those
early times where the gods mixed with men. Fortunately, we know at least that the "gods"
came from a specific place: Orion.

Earth scientists place Orion between about 300 and 1500 light-years away. The main
stars of the constellation are clearly seen: the two stars of the shoulders, Betelgeuse and
Bellatrix, the three stars of the belt, Al-Nitak, Al-Nilam and Mintaka known as the Three
Marys or the Three Kings, and the two stars of the feet, Saiph and Rigel.

The most precious object in the constellation Orion is the famous Great Orion Nebula. It
has the catalog name Messier M42 and is about 1,500 light-years away.

Although the constellation is so far away, we do not have to

undertake such a long journey to understand the enigma
behind it. The answer is found in our own soil since we can
trace their “footprints” in the archaeological sites of the most
remote civilizations that, possessing a suspiciously advanced
astronomical knowledge, aligned their temples and obelisks
towards the stars from where their "gods" came. Such
alignment provides a key to understanding extraterrestrial
visits to our planet and their connection to the dynamics of the
Cosmic Plan.

Returning to Egypt, we see that in the time called Zep Tepi, as we said when those "gods"
lived on the Giza plateau, a "key" knowledge was kept that today can be detected in the
positions of the three pyramids that stand as silent witnesses of a cosmic past. Perhaps,
not so mute if we know how to listen.

Already in 1994, Robert Bauval, a Belgian engineer fond of astronomy, cast a stone at the
forehead of Orthodox Egyptology by demonstrating that the three pyramids of Giza are
aligned in the same formation as the stars in the belt of Orion, at least as they were in the
year 10,500 BC. And although Tyrian and Trojan archeologists tore their garments, the
thesis of the Orion correlation has been gaining greater ground in the scientific field.

Why point the pyramids to Orion? Who was looking at the heavens 12,000 years ago?
How could these gigantic monuments be built with such precision if it is assumed that at
this time there were no advanced civilizations? Well, with the recent findings of Govekli
Tepe in Turkey, scientists are already beginning to doubt the orthodox teaching about
humanity’s past.

The Face of Mars, Maldek, and Orion

In the 1980s, an image taken by the American probe Viking (1976) on its mission to
Mars, became a popular photo. This image shows what appears to be a human, or at least
almost human, face. Many argued that it was simply a play of light and shadow that
created this supposed similarity in the soil of the red planet.

Towards the end of the twentieth century, to ensure if this was really a face or a
coincidence of the moment this image was captured, the Mars Global Surveyor, was
commissioned to thoroughly rephotograph this region identified as Cydonia. The results
were conclusive in demonstrating that yes, a large percentage of the features of the so-
called "face" were due to the play of light and shadow, which thwarted any hint of a
deliberate or symbolic construction. At least that's what NASA wanted the world to
believe and thus free itself from the annoying Martian face.

What the scientists did not realize at the time, was that
by taking so many pictures of this particular area, they
would reveal something even more surprising. At first
glance, it seems to be just another region of the rocky
planet, but when paying attention to different "deposits"
that appear scattered without any apparent relationship,
it has been found that these "points" perfectly form a
representation of the constellation Orion and its
neighbors of Canis Major (Sirius) and Canis Minor.

In the same way that the pyramids were located in Egypt, did "someone" locate these
images on Mars? Remember that the Guides have let us know that Atlantean colonies

populated it, as well as Maldek, and if in our world we build them as stabilizers after the
destruction of the fifth planet, why not think that on Mars, Maldek's direct neighbor, they
could not have done the same?

The Pyramids
Be that as it may, it is curious to note that the Egyptians called the pyramids "IKHET,”
which means Glorious Light. For the Maya, their pyramids were called "HUITZ" or
magical or light mountains. In Sumer, we know that ziggurats or step pyramids were
called "ESH,” which means Source of Light. Perhaps for this reason, the word pyramid
(PIRA = Fire or Light; MIDE = Measure) also means "Light or Energy Meter.”

The Egyptian pyramids would have been built by the people under the supervision of the
Atlanteans, among them Hermes Trismegistus, or Thoth, approximately 12,000 years ago
and not as current science assures, around 2,500 BC. They had the function of stabilizing
the planet due the wobble of the planet’s axis and the impacts of the massive meteors
already mentioned. The pyramids originally had rock crystal tips and were needed as an
energy capacitor.

However, despite all this legacy of information and cosmic assistance, the Egyptian
Project in the end did not succeed either. The intermediaries or priests began to
manipulate the knowledge that, with the passage of time and with the absence of the
extraterrestrial instructors, was distorted and then lost.

This is reflected even in the Egyptian constructions themselves. For example, those that
correspond to the oldest eras look cyclopean and perfect. However, the later buildings,
instead of showing an evolution in design, seem a crude imitation of the stellar and
Atlantean past of Egypt, fostered by the extraterrestrial and Atlantean presence because it
was founded by survivors of Atlantis.

And as if all this were not enough, in the remote past of Egypt there was also the
influence of the dark forces trying to use the power of the pyramids to free the deportees
who were trapped in the Prison Crystals. Although this did not happen, it was a dark
episode that Egyptian civilization faced.

The Egyptian Project was eventually abandoned, leading the Galactic Confederation to
change its mode of instruction and assistance to humanity on Earth. Now it would not
work on a leading group of humans, but on an individual. A sensitive and special human
being.

Chapter 18: Abraham: A Project, an Individual

Three thousand years before Christ, the Semitic people emigrated from the Arabian
Peninsula due to the climatic changes in that area. They settled as a series of clans along
the fertile crescent that went from Canaan to Chaldea.

The family of Abraham was one of these clans, the Semitic clan of He ber (of the
Hebrews), which settled in what is now Syria, in the region of Aram Padam, in the town
of Haran. Later, Terah, father of Abraham, emigrated to Ur of the Chaldeans, a leading
metropolis of that time. An "economic" bankruptcy mentioned in the Talmud anecdotally,
led Terach to return to Haran. His son Abraham moved to Canaan, an area where an
important mission would be carried out.

Abraham: The Programming of a People

That "mission" was to accept being genetically programmed,
and this is why Abraham allowed himself to be selected so that
in him the qualities of spiritual guidance would increase and be
passed on through his offspring.

Abraham was a psychic and very intelligent person, who

accepted the idea which the extraterrestrial Instructors
transmitted to him about an incomprehensible, immeasurable,
unfathomable and unmanifested God. Let's understand that it
was not an "extraterrestrial god" who lived on another planet,
but a God as the origin of everything. Just 3,800 years later, this is the idea that prevails
in much of humanity about God. But back then, the opposite idea prevailed, since there
were thousands of temples and thousands of gods who were paid tribute and worshipped.

Abraham grasped this message and accepted it. He had a good development of telepathy
and extra-sensory perception, which allowed him to contact the Guides or Instructors
without the need of ships or visitations. Once Abraham accepted his role, his genetics
were programmed so that through him, a human group was created that could fulfill the
task of spiritually orienting the rest of humanity, acting as guides but not to elevate
themselves, only to serve.

It should be noted that according to what the Guides have transmitted to us, the Earth and
humanity are the ones chosen and not a particular people. The case of Israel is not that of
the chosen people, but rather, in the beginning, an individual selection and direct
relationship with the person of Abraham and all his descendants. Aware of their mission,
they would serve as spiritual guides and examples of life to the rest. But with the passage
of time, people’s egos and arrogance caused them to ignore the directives and

recommendations, neglect the message transmitted, and by assuming contradictory

attitudes, lose the true perspective of humanity’s role.

The reason for locating Abraham in Canaan was to take advantage of this strategic place
which served as a natural bridge between Asia and Africa. It was a place that many
people would have to cross in the future, including the Egyptians, Hittites, Syrians, the
Babylonians, and Persians, among others. Even later, the Greeks and Romans ended up
crossing this "obligatory" sector of geography. What better place to put someone or a
human group that had so deeply rooted its ethical, moral, and spiritual principles that they
could "positively pollinate" the rest of humanity and thereby generate a chain reaction of
evolving consciousness.

The Encounter with Melchizedek

Abraham was guided not only by extraterrestrial
Instructors but also by members of the Great White
Brotherhood on Earth.

One day he was returning from a battle in which he had

defeated a coalition of kings. Melchizedek, one of the
members of the Positive Internal Government and king of
Salem (ancient name of Jerusalem), came to meet him and blessed him. (The Bible
mentions that Abraham gave him one-tenth of all that he had won in battle.) In this way,
the project was supervised and the recommendations to be followed were given.

One of the recommendations was that the bloodline be protected, that it not be mixed so
as not to alter the genetic program. Abraham could not have children with Sarah;
however, she conceived with the help of extraterrestrials and gave birth to Isaac, who
lived in the Holm Oak of Manré in Hebron. Isaac married Rebekah, who also could not
have children until help came from "on high.” She then gave birth to Esau and Jacob.

Jacob married Lia, his cousin, and then Rachel, whom he really loved, but she could not
give him children either. Again, by the hand of those in heaven, she gave birth to Joseph,
the one of premonitory and precognitive dreams, the one with the gift of prophecy. The
story was repeated over and over. Samson was son of barren parents, Samuel the prophet
was the son of barren parents, Joachim and Anna, the parents of Mother Mary, could not
have children and yet with the help of heaven they conceived her; Zechariah and
Elizabeth, Mary's cousin, could not have children, yet with help from “on high,” John the
Baptist was born to them. And finally, Jesus, who had no Earthly father.

As we can see, many births came from supposedly "barren mothers.” Their children show
the careful follow-up and continuity of the project, with the Council trying not to deviate
nor interrupt the project along the way more than necessary. It was the best way to ensure
that the genetic programming was maintained, making sure that in the end, the conditions

were created for the Christ Consciousness to manifest and materialize through this
genetic line.

Finally, an enlightened and highly evolved terrestrial being, one of the Creators, was
willing to offer his seven bodies so that he could be incorporated in a transmigration into
a body on Earth. This was a being of the category of Son of God from the Mental
Universe. Before that could happen, many steps had to be taken in the project.

Chapter 19: Moses and the Ark of the Covenant

The Hebrew Project, although it focused on the person of Abraham, also had the
participation of several important characters, among them Moses.

The role he played in the liberation of the Hebrew people was momentous. And
everything he did, like the other events in human history we have mentioned, was aided
by "visitors from heaven." This includes the construction of the enigmatic Ark of the
Covenant, which is closely related to the deeper goals of the Cosmic Plan. Let's take a
look at all this.

Mount Sinai: The Mountain of the Watchers

Seen from a distance, Mount Horeb (Gebel El Musa) takes
your breath away with its impressive reddish massif rising
against a cloudless blue sky. The landscape is captivating.

From a certain angle, Horeb takes on the appearance of that

famous formation Devil’s Tower from the movie Close
Encounters of the Third Kind. And it was not far from being
linked to the UFO phenomenon, if we remember the
amazing scenes that the Bible offers us when describing
Moses climbing to the top of the mountain to "talk" face to face with Jehovah. God
appeared as a strange luminous cloud that would later protect Moses himself and the
Hebrew people during their flight across the desert, showing itself as a pillar of smoke by
day and a pillar of fire by night.

These descriptions in the Bible could be construed as describing the maneuvers of a

mother ship, which usually presents such a cylindrical or tubular shape.

The extraterrestrial Guides have conveyed to us that Moses actually had a close
encounter with beings from the Pleiades. They would then be the ones who directed
Moses to build a copy of the mysterious Ark of the Covenant, whose original already
existed centuries before in the Holy Sanctuary of the Boat inside the temple of Karnak.
When one walks through that gigantic and magnificent temple, which is not one but
many temples built over thousands of years, one can see on the walls the bas-reliefs that
show the procession of the solar boat during the Opet festival. This festival celebrated the
annual flood of the Nile River and the appearance of Sothis (the star Sirius) on the
horizon. On the solar boat was the Naos, which was the Ark of the Egyptian Covenant.

Inside this ark was the golden statue of the god Amun and the "The Emerald Tablets of
Thoth the Atlantean," made of partly of the pyramidal crystals that were deposited on
Earth. On the lid, you can see the images of two cherubs with their wings inward, as

described by the Hebrew Ark of the Covenant; only these cherubs were none other than
the goddess Isis, the guardian of dreams and veils of occult knowledge. The Egyptian ark
is hundreds of years older than the Hebrew one. Yet if Hebrew law forbids making
images of what is in heaven and on earth, how can this contradiction of placing images of
cherubim or the goddess Isis herself on the ark be possible?

The liberation of the Hebrew people, and the care of them as part of a genetic project that
finds its trigger in the birth of Christ, is an episode of the Cosmic Plan that the Guides
have described throughout various experiences and messages. However, the relationship
that exists between many of the "key characters" of human history with experience of
contact, still remains a mystery.

For example, today we know that many of Jesus' apostles later incarnated as
extraterrestrial beings who will be included in the plan to help Earth. The RAHMA
Mission Guide himself, Oxalc, would have been the prophet Samuel, who was born in the
city of Rahmah, located, not coincidentally, at the 33rd parallel. And it is more interesting
to read in the Old Testament how Samuel awakens to the call of God when he was
sleeping in the Tabernacle where the Ark of the Covenant was protected.

Apparently, only the Bible records the Ark’s existence. Neither the Siriopalestinas
inscriptions, nor the cuneiform texts, nor the Egyptian archives mention it.

The person of Moses is particularly intriguing and mysterious, but as we said, vitally
transcendent. Born roughly in the 15th century BC,
Moses was rescued from the Nile by the slaves of the
pharaoh's sister, who adopted him as her son. When he
was just a baby, he had been abandoned in a reed basket
by his mother to save him from the Pharaoh’s order to
kill all male children. His name has been mistakenly
translated as "rescued from the waters," but the name
Moses was an Egyptian name used by all Egyptian
pharaohs.

For example, Ahmose, the great pharaoh who liberated Egypt from the yoke of the
Hyksos, was called "Ammon-moses" which translates as the “child or son of Amun.”
Thutmose, the great conqueror, was called "Thoth-moses.” the “child or son of Thoth.”
Ramses was "Ra-moses,” the child or son of Ra. It's like saying in Hebrew "Ben," which
means "son of." Jesus was called Jeshua ben Joseph, who is Jesus the son of Joseph.
Moses was no proper name, so we don't even know what his real name was. Does this
have anything to do with the enigmatic pharaoh Akhenaten and his strange disappearance
at the end of his reign as the first monotheistic ruler?

Many associate the divine concept of a single God--who transmitted to Moses the same
message that Abraham received--with Amenhotep IV or "Akhenaten.” This pharaoh
modified the religious traditions of Egypt, created a new capital, and even tried to
organize a different society, all based on the existence of a single God. All this
accomplished in just 17 years.

Like Moses, Akhenaten was inspired by his extraterrestrial encounter with the "Aten
disk,” an experience that occurred in a desert. This same type of experience would
happen thousands of years later in 1974 with the Rahma Mission, which in its outer
organization will also culminate 17 years after it was initiated. The number 17 represents
"death," "change," "transformation." It is the transition from one stage to another.

At the age of 120, on the summit of Mount Nebo, Moses' heart would stop beating as he
gazed on the promised land he would not tread, but his people had already reached. If we
deeply analyze the importance of everything that men like Abraham, Moses, Akhenaten,
among many other "programmed" people did, we will find a pattern that will finally lead
us to the very essence of the Cosmic Plan.

Undoubtedly, the greatest mystery that Moses left us is the Ark of the Covenant, a
strange object that was built under celestial instructions. Why?

The Ark of the Celestial Covenant

The Ark suddenly disappeared from the Temple of Solomon in the ninth century BC
before the violent invasion of Nebuchadnezzar. The Ark of the Covenant is undoubtedly
one of the most important, sacred, and supernatural objects mentioned in the Bible.
According to tradition, what rests inside are the stone tablets of "The Ten
Commandments" that Moses received at the top of Mount Horeb.

Regardless of what it actually hides, the mystery it contains and its hidden location has
inspired archaeologists and researchers to search desperately to uncover its secret. From
the most bizarre hypotheses to the most rational proposals, no one has yet discovered the
location of the sacred Ark. Some argue that it is found in Ethiopia; others in a cave on
Mount Nebo in Israel; and not a few place it in the south of France.

Is it possible that before the destruction of the Temple of

Solomon, the Ark of the Covenant was being protected by
the White Brotherhood and taken to that place where the
"instructions" for its construction were given: Mount Sinai?
We should not be surprised, since a similar event occurred
with the "rescue" of the Solar Disk of Cusco when it was
taken to Paititi before the sacred tool could fall into the
hands of the Spanish conquerors.

The Ark of the Covenant was built of acacia wood at the foot of Mount Sinai on the
instruction of those who contacted Moses. It was covered with gold, inside and out, thus
creating a kind of special apparatus that could become the depository of "the Covenant,”
since it was in these terms that the Ark was built.

Now, if the Ark was made to contain a possible source of power or to store it for the
future, this would explain the deadly discharges manifesting as "rays" that appeared in
the presence of the priests, even causing the appearance of tumors, which suggests a
radioactive effect. Let us remember the fatal experience of Nadad and Abihu, sons of
Aaron, who upon entering the sancta sanctorum of the Tabernacle with metal censers,
thus disobeying instructions, a "flare" of the Ark shot towards them, causing their death.
But what was the "covenant" that Moses was told would be guarded inside the Ark of the
Covenant?

The Connection with Jesus

"I will give you my blood, blood of the New and Eternal Covenant, which will be shed
for you... " Jesus said at the Last Supper.

Tradition tells that Joseph of Arimathea, a secret disciple of Jesus, had recovered the
Holy Grail with which the Master drank at that heartfelt dinner with his apostles. And at
the most dramatic moment of the crucifixion, when the Roman centurion Longinus
plunges his spear into Jesus' side, Joseph extends the cup to fill it with the sacred blood
that was shed from the open heart. Here is also a symbol of the Lord of Time. But why
did Joseph do this?

Some researchers have suggested various theories to explain where the Holy Grail and,
most intriguingly, the blood of Christ would have ended up. However, at Sinai we
perceive that Joseph would have visited Horeb to meet emissaries of the White
Brotherhood, who would finally put the blood inside the sacred Ark that survived the
devastation and looting of Solomon's Temple and which is now protected in a secret
chamber under Mount Sinai.

And it is interesting to discover that Horeb, apart from the story of Moses, was already a
point of contact known to the initiates. It is even said that Elijah spent time living in
secret caves on the very mountain.

Associating the blood of Christ with the Ark of the Covenant is not entirely far-fetched.
Important archaeologists such as Ron Wyatt suggested the “Ark-Blood of Christ”
connection. The blood of Jesus, according to the Guides, constitutes the most important
information archive that protects the White Brotherhood. Understanding this will be
difficult if we do not first talk about who Jesus was, why he came, and what his Mission
consisted of.

Chapter 20: Jesus, the Man

Jesus was a person from our planet, not an extraterrestrial, but rather an extraordinary
Earthling who, through multiple incarnations, achieved a high level of evolution.
Although he no longer needed to incarnate, out of love for humanity he agreed to return
as the "Maitreya," or Buddha of compassion, to share his enlightenment and to guide
humanity towards peace and the true happiness of love and service.

It was very important that someone of that level came to remind us of the great
expectation at the cosmic level that weighs on our planet. Thus, he left his place as Great
Lord of Shambhalla, as he was spiritually leading the Great White Brotherhood of the
Earth in the underworld.

Jesus was an extraordinary human being who progressed with great effort through his
various existences on our planet. The Messiah reached the level of not only agreeing to
return, but preparing to suffer in his own flesh what is planetary purification through very
difficult tests at the physical, moral, psychic, and spiritual levels. The ultimate tests to
which he was subjected were channeled through people’s unconsciousness,
misunderstanding, selfishness, ignorance, and foolishness, which, in short, is nothing
other than the fear of change and transformation. But only in this way could humanity be
brought out of error and reminded of its collective responsibility. Jesus provided an
example of the alternative by showing understanding and love synthesized in forgiveness,
which becomes such a force that it surpasses even physical death and grants one spiritual
power over matter.

He had to move others by initiating a chain reaction of spirituality, motivating us with his
example and attitude to try to transcend schemes and prejudices, dogmas and attitudes
that take away freedom from the mind, soul, and heart. In addition, the life of Jesus was a
lesson in simple and practical spirituality, where the deepest teaching was to remind us of
our true place--one assigned to us by the Hierarchies in the Cosmic Plan.

The Earth, as we already know, is in an alternate time with respect to the Real Time of
the Universe. Therefore, the presence of Jesus, also called the Lord of Time for his
dominion and authority over the fourth dimension, allowed his spiritual advancement to
begin to reconnect the two times. This ensured a continuity in the process as the events
presented in our world were becoming more and more complicated, threatening to escape
any possible control or guidance from the vigilant extraterrestrials. The possibilities of a
reunion were becoming diminished, which could cause a space-time paradox that would
lead to the immediate suppression of time and terrestrial process.

Hence, on the higher planes, a volunteer was requested to incarnate with a mission to help
humanity, the Plan, and the cosmic connection, pointing out the path to be followed. And
that was the real being of Jesus.

Mary, the Virgin

The Earthly vessel chosen to bear him was Mary, a new
spirit condensed from the most precious of the cosmic pool
where the energies of the kingdoms of nature are distilled to
constitute a human spirit or essence. She was a synthesis of
the planetary spirit, someone who by her strength and
simplicity was humbly willing to accept being part of the
designs of the High.

Mary, symbolically and effectively, represented the feminine part, incorporating in her
the energy and the planetary spirit that is expressed in nature or in what we call "Mother
Earth.” She represented the Earth, while Jesus represented Heaven or the Cosmos. He
prepared himself during a good part of his last material existence to incorporate a being
from another dimension throughout the final three years of his public life. This was an
external entity with whom Jesus coexisted during the final part of his mission. That same
entity departed from him before the trial and the ordeal of the cross, so that Jesus could
seal his mission on his own merit.

Mary the Virgin is also a programmed person through her remote ancestors and
especially from her parents, Joachim and Anna. Her parents were beings of a high degree
of consciousness and spirituality, who were committed to creating the conditions for a
special being to come through them who could serve the greater plan. That is why since
she was a child, she was a virgin offered and dedicated to the temple, so in her case she
would never have sexual relations with any man before Jesus was born.

After the resurrection of Christ, Mary was the cohesive element of the entire Christian
community, and at death she was elevated to higher dimensions. In recent centuries, she
has incarnated on other planets and returned to Earth in interdimensional ships of the
Confederation to guide the collective awakening.

But let us go back to her beginnings. When Joseph married

her, he was an older man and a widower with several children,
some of them older than Mary. He belonged to the third order
of the Essenes that accepted marriage, so he had a very deep
religious formation. Despite the criticism of the Essene priests
of the temple, Joseph received the request and
recommendations of the Instructors to marry Mary under
unusual conditions. But in the temple, a series of paranormal
events, as well as the appearance of angelic presences, led the
priests to realize that this girl had come with a special mission.
Thus, her marriage would be only an appearance and would
protect her until it was clear what she was intended to do.

Through the astral level, or dreams, Joseph, a just and wise man, was warned that Mary's
pregnancy was something programmed from Above, so his part in the Plan was to give
her shelter, guidance and help. Only in this way could what was planned be fulfilled. So
let's be clear that more than a marriage, it was a kind of adoption. Her pregnancy was
carried out by means of a remote artificial insemination available through a technology
that involved an electromagnetic transmission. The semen used was from a sperm bank
that contained the contributions of the most important representatives of biblical history
such as Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Moses, among others. From all of them, a suitable
sperm was selected because it had to help produce a very special body through which
Jesus could act.

Arriving in Bethlehem
It was the third week of March 7 BC in the region of Judea. The days had become
warmer, and as the chill of winter faded, the shepherds were taking their flocks out at
night. That day, only a few hours earlier, Joseph's entire family had taken refuge in a
grotto used to protect cattle from the wind.

Mary had just turned fourteen and was already expecting a child, whose conception
would be shrouded in mystery for many but not for her who had accepted to be fertilized
by an unusual light. The fatigue and labor pains were intensifying, which had forced the
small family group to seek refuge for her. Stopping in the grotto meant they wouldn’t
reach the nearby town of Bethlehem, the birthplace of King David. Night was already
falling and it was dangerous to continue. Distressed by the young woman's pain, Joseph
sent some of his children to find a midwife in Bethlehem. A long time passed, but they
did not return. Urgency made him send the rest of his children to hasten the arrival of the
midwife. He was thus left alone with Mary, only to witness extraordinary events.

In his desperation, that righteous man came out of the cave and began to look into the
distance and then to heaven. There he saw the presence of a beautiful star in the bright
firmament overhead. But this star did not stand still. It began to make all sorts of zig-zag

movements; and then it began to descend quickly, accompanied by an explosion that

released a strange vapor in the form of fog, quickly transforming into a cloud but clear
and bright.

The fall of that heavenly body was too much for Joseph, who fled away from the place to
some nearby hills where he had seen a fire burning. There was a group of shepherds near
their animals. In his anguish, he just wanted to get their attention so they could see how
the cloud had descended on the makeshift shelter of the grotto. He had not yet recovered
from the first fright when, as he shouted at that group of rough men, he observed that the
flames of their fire were still, the wind had died down, the shepherds were frozen in
place, and the cattle had the grass in their mouths but were not eating it.

It was as if time had stopped to make room for a new reality, that of hope. A portal to the
fourth dimension had formed. At that instant, it was as if the universe had descended on
Earth, as if it were compressing itself and leaving only a window to nothingness or to the
whole of everything. The fright was great for Joseph, who immediately remembered
leaving Mary alone, so he returned where he had come as quickly as his tired legs
allowed.

As he approached the grotto, he could see from the cloud that

remained about ten meters above the ground and covered most
of the cave, a beam of bright blue light descending. Through it,
three luminous beings of human appearance came. They
appeared very sophisticated compared to the foreigners who
used to come by the roads of that Roman province. Those men
wore resplendent white robes and headed straight into the cave.
Joseph, overcoming his fears, went after them.

Inside was Mary lying on the straw that served as feed for cattle.
She received those sent from heaven with expectation and relief.
The burden of misunderstanding from others after her
pregnancy became known had been unbearable. But she was confident that when the time
came, she would be comforted.

Two of the luminous beings stood on either side of the young woman, while the middle
one stood in front of her. Immediately the three visitors bowed before Mary as a sign of
respect and recognition of her person and her sacrifice. She was representing and at the
same time embodying the new woman, the new Earth, the cosmic mother.

Those on the sides stretched out their hands some distance above her belly, while the one
in front respectfully examined it. Then he raised his hands, clasped his palms together
and spread his fingers apart. At that moment, a powerful energy in the form of a sphere of
light appeared between the hands. When he brought the sphere towards the prostrate

young woman, he performed a totally aseptic caesarean section, extracting the

predestined child from the interior of the mother. He used the same mobilized energy to
cut and clean the umbilical cord. The other two beings placed the baby in the mother's
arms. Then the one who performed the operation sealed the wound with light, so that
Mary, the virgin of the temple, was a virgin before, during, and after childbirth. It was
March 19. These stellar beings were the first to pay homage to the one who, having the
same level as them, came to Earth to become more than them.

NOTE: Remember that dating the birth of Jesus years earlier than traditionally assumed
comes from two alleged errors in the documents where the events were recorded.

The first mistake was made when the Emperor Charlemagne ordered the modification of
the calendar based on the birth of the Savior and not the foundation of Rome as the
starting date. This date also coincided with the death of Herod the Great, which took
place four years after Jesus arrived in the world. The second error dates from the time of
Pope Gregory. In this case the calendar was modified without taking into account the
census that Octavian Augustus ordered to be carried out in Judea, so three years were
added to the already erroneous date.

Nor was Jesus born in December. The confusion comes because December 25 was the
Roman pagan festival of the Sun, an occasion in which gifts were given to children.
When the Roman Empire converted to Christianity, officials did not want to lose the
custom of celebrating that date. Not knowing the exact day of the birth of Jesus, they
simply declared that December 25 was the day Jesus was born.

The Kings of the Brotherhood

Two years passed in which the family lived for a time in Bethlehem. It was then that the
so-called wise men from the East arrived in Judea, members of a secret positive world
order known as the White Brotherhood of Inner Retreats.

They were following a mysterious star, which was nothing

more than a ship carrying the messengers of heaven, of the
angels of old, which stopped over the place where the
family lived. The three holy men had departed two years
before from Mesopotamia after having made all sorts of
astrological calculations about the birth of the child Jesus.
They came bringing him objects that had belonged to him in
his previous life, which the little Yeshua ben Juseff could
recognize without difficulty among other more attractive
ones. Their calculations and synchronicities told them that he was the one sent, the
liberator, the awaited Messiah, the one anointed from ancient times to lead humanity out
of the only true original sin: ignorance.

The Master Magi then gave the family financial resources so that they could settle in
Egypt for a few years, thus preserving the life of the child. After this, they praised God
and returned on another path, aware that a New Time full of hope had begun. They knew
one day humanity would understand and take up the challenge of its own Christification.

As an additional fact, and to better understand the Mission of Jesus, we must remember
that we live in a Material Universe of seven dimensions, so we have seven bodies to act
in those dimensions. Most of the individuals that inhabit our world are beings of 3.3
which means that they move within the third dimension with their first three vehicles: the
physical body, the astral, and the lower mental, which is the character and personality.

But Jesus was a 3:6 having come to develop in previous lives his spiritual consciousness
which is the 6. The extraterrestrials that visit us are beings of 4.4 and 4.5, meaning that
they move in a fourth dimension traveling through time and space and with an awareness
of their psychic potential onwards. Those who attended the birth of the Master Jesus were
6,6. After his resurrection, Jesus became 4.7, a seventh level that no one had reached until
that moment. He opened the door for the greater achievement of humanity.

The Child, the Man, and the Christ

The family quietly left Bethlehem and the province, moving to Alexandria in Egypt and
placing themselves next to the Alexandrian Essenes known as the therapists. There they
remained until the child was five years old. Before it was time to return home, they
settling for a year in a Bedouin tent next to the monastery of Qumran on the shores of the
Dead Sea. The entire family, but especially Jesus, received a special education and
guidance focused on the search for true purity, perfection, and goodness.

The history of the Essenes dates back 200 years BC. At that time, they were known as
Nazarenes, from the Arabic nasrani or “Guardians of the Covenant.” They formed small
communities on the shores of the Dead Sea, but close to large cities such as Tiberias and
Cana, where they faithfully observed the commandments of the Law through vows of
purity, celibacy, and service to God.

Between 175 and 150 BC, the sect settled on the ruins of a fort built by Kings Hezekiah
and Josiah. Around 137 B.C. a second group arrived, the so-called "priests of Zadok,”
from Leontopolis, Egypt, where a Jewish colony had been established in 154 BC, under
the protection of Onias III. This group considered itself the direct successor of the high
priest Zadok. It is known that the biblical manuscripts in its possession served as a pattern
for the works of the copyists of Qumran. The founder of the spiritual movement was
Moreh Sedeq, the Master of Justice, who was the restorer of the Law of Israel and
founder of the Covenant Community, whose mission was to recover the essence of
doctrine through a spiritual life.

Later, Joseph and his family settled permanently in what

we know as Nazareth, where there was a small village of
Essene families who had workshops and offered their
professional services to other nearby towns and villages.
Among those workshops was Joseph's carpentry and
cabinetmaking. There Jesus worked alongside his half-
brothers, and from that place he made some of his journeys
of preparation, remembering his past initiations. From the
age of seventeen, he alternated seasons of work in
carpentry with sporadic coexistence with the Essenes, and
made some trips with caravans to Mesopotamia, Persia,
Afghanistan, the Himalayas and India.

During that time, he had repeated contacts and close physical encounters with the
extraterrestrial Watchers and Guardians, the White Brotherhood of the Inner Retreats,
teachers of various religions and schools, and exotic peoples. He witnessed cruel and
harsh realities, as well as countless experiences at astral and spiritual levels that would
prepare him to face his mission and the intrinsic temptation it carried.

The Temptation of the False Kingdom

In his forty days of isolation in the desert, during which he fasted and prepared for what
would be his public mission, Jesus was tempted by demons, by the dark forces of the
planet who told him that if he were hungry, why not turn stones into bread. He answered
them that we will not live on bread alone, but from every word that comes from the
mouth of God, making them understand that one can stop eating, but not breathing,
because the Word is the breath... the breath is life.

Demons took Jesus to the ledge of the temple and told him to throw himself down,
because if he were going to start a mission as dangerous as this one, it was better that he
know now how close God really was to his life. Jesus answered, "It is written that thou
shalt not tempt the Lord thy God." He was not saying, "Do not tempt me, I am your God,"
but he was not going to fall into the game of tempting God to prove how close he was to
Him.

Then demons took him to the top of a mountain and showed him everything stretched out
before him, telling Jesus that he could have all this if he prostrated himself and adored the
demonic forces. Jesus answered again, saying, "It is written that you will bow down
before God alone and worship Him alone." He was not saying, "No, worship me."
Naturally that was the response of a being who was not going to fall into the game of
vanity or ego, by then already understanding much more clearly the role to which he had
committed.

Michael: The Shining One Who Lived with the Son of Man
It was not at the moment when John baptized Jesus in the Jordan River that the Son of
God would be incorporated into the Son of Man. This would happen gradually as Jesus
began to gather his disciples. Jesus offered his seven bodies so that in a higher eighth, an
ultraterrestrial being from the eighth dimension onwards, would contribute to the path of
humanity.

The Cosmic Christ points to that entity of the Mental Universe

that, assuming its part in the Plan, lived the three years of the
public life of Jesus with him and in him. That being is the one
we all know as Archangel Michael, one of the Resplendent
Creators of universes, who is not God, but a manifestation of
Him, as each of us is as well. In addition, for Jesus, however
spiritual and evolved he was, it was naturally difficult for him
to live with the knowledge of the final plot of his existence, so
this higher entity supported him so that he could live with that
knowledge and thus be able to face it.

During his preparation stage, Jesus had an idea of what his process would be, but at the
beginning of his public life, the exact information and detail of what was going to happen
to him arrived. It was like a gloomy vision that produced an excessively heavy distressing
burden. Hence the solidarity manifested in Michael, who also needed to feel this
dimension and everything that has been developed here. Remember that the good and the
bad have come from the same Creators of the Mental Universe, who because they have
come very close to their creation, today are divided and conflicted.

The love that a being experiences in its real dimension and magnitude makes that being
able to connect parallel universes and project oneself to higher dimensions, transforming
itself. This consciousness is also manifested when a being raises its vibration to such an
extent that it awakens its potentialities, discovers its ability to act through its seven
bodies, its planes, and its dimensions of consciousness. And always that action is based
on service to others.

During his three years of public life, Jesus conveyed a message of liberation through
Love and Truth. He spoke that the Kingdom of Heaven is a state of consciousness that
can be accessed through Will and Faith to survive death through a new alliance of the
eternal and the being within.

The Outcome and Victory

Jesus was able to endure the merciless scourging as well as all the anguish,
discouragement and fear because he was not alone. But he did not stop feeling or
suffering, or his sacrifice would be less meritorious. But Michael did leave the Son of

Man, separating from him at the moment of the cross. It is during the agony of the
crucifixion that Jesus expressed his anguish because he felt alone and abandoned, but it
was necessary so that the material being could die. Jesus himself sought with great effort
and supreme merit to seal his great spiritual triumph, reaching the seventh dimension of
consciousness in an act of love of unparalleled cosmic repercussion. The violent nature of
his death was because humanity must be moved in the face of injustice, learning to be in
solidarity, and because many times the value and importance of things can be measured
in terms of the rejection and contradiction they produce.

While he could have cursed his captors or those who

abandoned and betrayed him, Jesus took advantage of the
moment and bestowed forgiveness on all of them in a
transcendental and definitive act of love. This superhuman
triumph gave him such spiritual strength that he
subsequently experienced a physical resurrection and
subsequent ascendance to the ships of the Confederation
towards the center of the local group of galaxies. There
outside our time, but representing it, he connected our time
with the Real Time of the Universe.

Jesus preached the doctrine of love for three years, carrying his message to the ultimate
measure, transforming his martyrdom into a spiritual triumph of unsuspected
consequences for humanity. Thus, the Master marked the way, and now it is everyone's
responsibility to find the way and apply it to our relationships and to our own daily lives.

After his triumph on the cross, Jesus was carried by Joseph of Arimathea, John,
Nicodemus, and some servants to the Garden of Gethsemane, which adjoined a cavern
where Joseph had had a tomb dug for himself and his descendants. Jesus was laid to rest
in the tomb. On Sunday, three days after his death, and while Roman soldiers were
guarding his tomb, the portent happened. Jesus’s body began to levitate. From each of its
cells came a beam of light, like the photons that accompany the birth of a star. The
vibration, which exceeded the speed of light, caused the collapse of the stone that served
as the entrance to the tomb. In that instant, in the midst of a great glow, Jesus
dematerialized, projecting himself into hyperspace.

The members of the Sanhedrin, hearing what the Roman soldiers saw in the tomb, hurried
to find an impostor. They looked among the thousands of pilgrims who had arrived in
Jerusalem for the Passover who looked as much like him as possible. After convincing
the chosen one on the basis of a large sum of money, he was sent in a caravan out of
Judea, as far as possible, saying along the way that he was Jesus, that they had wanted to
kill him but that he had slipped away. This faker would settle in Srinagar, Kashmir, a
place that was a caravan enclave and seat of a Jewish community. There he lived and

died, making a very small but important mistake—he got married. Jesus had taken vows
of celibacy.

The Master lived with the apostles for another forty days as a purification and quarantine
in order to establish his mission to the world, distributing roles and responsibilities. John,
the so-called beloved disciple, being the youngest and in some ways the spiritual son of
Jesus, was left in charge of the Great White Brotherhood of the Earth. Meanwhile, Jesus
would prepare to fulfill his promise to return as the Cosmic Christ.

Chapter 21: The Reunion in Time

Jesus is the Lord of Time, and the Earth will be reconnected to the Real Time of the
Universe, an event closely related with the Return of Christ. But before we discuss this
part of the Plan, we must mention here other extraterrestrial projects of human
civilization that were developed in America. One of them, of singular importance, was
the Maya Project.

The Maya and the Magical Calendar

The Maya were one of the most brilliant and powerful
cultures known in Mesoamerica. They mastered a
written language, were skilled architects, daring
merchants, and talented artists. They did not constitute a
unified state but were organized into several
independent city-states that controlled a large territory
and whose people spoke several different languages.

Mayan groups settled over a continuous territory of nearly 400,000 square kilometers,
encompassing the present-day Mexican states of Yucatan, Campeche, Quintana Roo, and
parts of Tabasco and Chiapas, as well as the Central American countries of Guatemala
and Belize, and western portions of Honduras and El Salvador. They survived six times
longer than the Roman Empire and built more cities than the ancient Egyptians.

The Maya were peaceful and were organized by tribes in cities and towns that constituted
a confederation without a central sovereign power, such as a king or emperor. The land
was common property, distributed by the chieftains of the tribes. Mayan art, whose
chronology is still disputed, is represented by monumental stone buildings, imposing
pyramids, temples and palaces covered with elaborate reliefs, wall paintings, and
sculptures. In all locations, rich ceramics were found by archaeologists.

They appeared on the scene, according to their own chronologies, in the year 3113 BC,
constituting one of the most advanced cultures of Mesoamerica and the world. However,
all the historical legacy of Mayan thought is almost nonexistent. Only three of the
hundreds of written codices burned by Diego de Landa, Spanish evangelizer, survived.

The Dresden and Tro-Cortesian codices have

revealed the feats the Maya were capable of
achieving. If we think about their lost legacy, which
for centuries Mayan priests had treasured, it is sad to
imagine all the influence it may have had on the
Europeans.

Time was meticulously measured by Mayan priests. The people had their roots based in
astrological and astronomical beliefs. The need to follow patterns of life ruled by their
"gods,” according to the tradition coming from the Pleiades stars, inspired them to create
the Tzolkin (count of days). This is an astrological calendar of 260 days, formed by 20
months with 13 days each. The Tzolkin ruled the life of the villages.

Hunab Ku is the center of the galaxy and, in turn, the heart and mind of the Creator for
the Maya. While there were minor "essences,” such as Chac, god of rain, Hunab Ku was
the center of everything, and towards there and through the sun, the Maya directed their
gaze when studying the stars. This ancestral knowledge confirms what the Guides have
been transmitting to us about the emanations of energy coming from the Galactic Sun and
its important influence on our lives.

Thus, little by little the Mayan legacy was discovered, and we marvel at these
astronomers, mathematicians, physicists, engineers, builders. We once believed them to
be a somewhat primitive civilization, but in the light of Mayan numbers and their
knowledge, we now understand that they knew as much or more than our current
scientists.

Moreover, their astronomical measurements proved to be so accurate that, compared to

the measurements taken by NASA, they differ only by milliseconds. For example,
according to the Maya, the complete rotation of the earth around the Sun is 365.2420,
while NASA measures it at 365.2422.

However, the most important thing that the Maya left behind have been their warnings to
future humanity, such as the one that constitutes the prophecy of reconnection with Real
Time. For some reason, at the height of their brilliant civilization, they abandoned their
cities, leaving behind palaces, astronomical observatories, works of art, along with
hundreds of monuments and stelae, and disappeared.

The Maya tell us that from the center of the galaxy (Hunab Ku), every 5,125 years, a
"synchronizing ray" arises, which synchronizes our Sun and all the planets, with a
powerful emanation of energy. In the complete rotation of the solar system around the
center of the galaxy, the Maya divided the ellipse of this orbit in two, each lasting 12,812
years, calling the fraction closest to the center of the galaxy, Day, and the farthest part of
Hunab Ku, Night. In turn, this ellipse was divided into five periods of 5,125 years each,
which were Morning, Noon, Afternoon, Sunset, and Night. According to the Maya, we
will be entering the galactic morning, and it is marked by the synchronizing ray from
Hunab Ku.

Now, in 1997, NASA discovered that from the center of

the galaxy, enormous amounts of energy began to be
emitted. Is it the energy of the Manasic Sun that the
Guides spoke of and that can be channeled by the
Cesium Crystals? The Maya tell us that the intermediate
period to the transfer lasts 20 years, and they call it "The
Time of No-Time” during which great changes occur.
That is when we must be able to transform ourselves.
This transformation involves something as profound as the choice to evolve,
energetically, consciously, completely.

The scientific data collected in these years supports this time of change. Let's look at a
few:

1. Over the past century, the Earth’s magnetic field has decreased about 10 percent,
which can affect bird migrations, navigation, and other processes. New data from the
European Space Agency's Swarm satellites show that Earth's magnetic field is losing 5
percent of its strength annually, a rate roughly 10 times faster than previously predicted.
It is difficult to know how this field might change in the future, but any shift will affect
life on the planet.

2. In 1996, Soho, the satellite sent to study the Sun, discovered that the magnetic poles of
our star flip every so often, with the south pole becoming the north pole and the north
pole becoming the south pole. The sun’s magnetic field weakens just before this flip
occurs. On Earth, the north and south poles also flip occasionally. The last one occurred
about 750,000 years ago. Our current magnetic north and south poles tend to wander
from the geographic north and south poles, deviating by as much as 17º from one another.
This can also affect navigation, communications, and migrating birds.

3. In 1997, large magnetic storms erupted on the Sun, sending out solar flares that
knocked out some satellites orbiting the Earth. In addition, according to comparative
measurements, the Earth’s magnetic energy is declining, while the terrestrial vibrational
frequency is rising. The Schumann resonance is around 7.83 Hz as the fundamental
frequency, with other natural peaks at 14.3, 20.8, 27.3, and 33.8 Hz. However, there have
recently been peaks at over 100 Hz.

The key date of this change process, or at least the beginning of it, was the year 2012,
when the "Time of No-Time" ended. It is curious, perhaps, to mention that according to
the mathematical studies of Paracelsus on the so-called "End of Time,” he calculated that
this era of ends or beginnings would fall exactly in the years 2012 to 2017. This means,
as the Guides have taught us, that we are living in the aftermath of an extraordinary
moment, where times are being reconnected, as Jesus accomplished.

The Mayan civilization received these keys, which is the legacy of the celestial
messengers, who, curiously, came from the star Maia of the Pleiades to teach them
precisely that we lived in a world with an illusory time. It is no coincidence that in the
East the world of illusion is called "Maya,” from which humanity must awaken.

The Inca Project and the Protection of the Solar Disk

To speak of the reconnection of the times is also to speak
of the Great Solar Disk, which as we mentioned, was
built by the White Brotherhood who arrived thousands of
years ago in the Gobi Desert.

Those 32 Cosmic Masters are currently in suspended

animation, with their bodies "asleep" and their essences
in a "permanent" state of astral hold, with the intention of balancing the struggle of forces
on our planet. They still remain in their great triangular ship under the silent sands of the
Gobi Desert.

To give physical continuity to their mission on Earth, those Mentors gave the surviving
priests of Atlantis the responsibility to safeguard knowledge. This also meant entrusting
them with the protection of the Golden Disk that they built and that constitutes a kind of
"interdimensional key.” Thus, the Solar Disk was placed in an underground temple near
Lake Titicaca in Bolivia.

Eternal City or the Legendary Wiñaymarca

This place was called "Eternal City,” the ancient Wiñaymarca of the great Huyustus, the
first Grand Master of the priests saved from the waters.

Eternal City remained active for thousands of years. Its wonderful architecture rose from
the underground galleries to surpass the frozen Andean surface, showing its colossal
walls and its fine engravings in the rock. This spiritual center, the legendary Wiñaymarca,
which was once resplendent in the vicinity of the sacred lake, sheltered a lineage of wise
Elders, heirs of an ancient knowledge and a noble responsibility. This was the Eternal
City, whose only record is based on legends and the cyclopean ruins of Tiahuanaco.
In this place, a high civilization of giants would have developed, as described by Pedro
Cieza de León in 1550, saying that it was built before the flood in a single night and by
"unknown giants.” Father Bernabé Cobo also refers to giants in his chronicles. According
to his story, a certain Juan de Vargas found among the ruins the remains of one of these
giants.

The etymological meaning of the word Tiahuanaco offers

a clue to its origins. Tio in Aymara means god; ti-huan,
would be translated from god; and aco means this. So
Tiahuanaco is equal to saying this is from god, a name
that alone reveals what this legendary city was used for: a
sacred temple.

However, its peaceful and undefended construction made it an easy target for invaders.
This has also happened with other projects of civilization, including the Sumerian and the
Olmec cultures, prior to the appearance of the Maya.

Faced with the threat of the Spaniards, the Masters saved the Solar Disk and sealed the
entrance to the underground temple that housed it. The invaders would never find the
secret compound, although they killed several priests of the city in trying to discover it.

One of the direct descendants of Huyustus headed towards an island of the great sacred
lake, knowing in advance that on the current Island of the Sun in Bolivia was an ancient
tunnel that would help him escape danger. This man, skilled and intelligent, would later
be known as Manco Capac or Ayar Manco.

According to our observations, there are numerous tunnels on the island, which
unfortunately were covered and buried due to the superstitions of the Bolivian feudal era,
as has also happened in Peru and Ecuador. However, after several inquiries, we found one
of the possible entrances---also covered by the way---to the tunnel that is claimed to
connect with the Island of the Moon. As if this were not enough, it also connects with
Cusco in Peru. Anyone who sees this, could not help but think that Manco Capac and his
brothers traveled to Cusco underground, left through the caverns of Pacaritambo, and
then walked until they found the definitive place Cerro Huanacaure, from where the Inca
Empire would begin.

But before this, Manco Capac discovered many men in the shelter who were in a state of
barbarism. Far from feeling repelled by them, he took pity on the violent vibration they
carried. Thus, guided by a superior force, he decided to help those peoples, so that they
would know the Light of civilization. The Galactic Confederation approved of his
intentions and gave him the necessary support to start what would be called Project Inca.

It is worth mentioning that Manco Capac was not alone. Helped by his blood sister, who
is mentioned in Andean legends as Mama Ocllo, they initiated this project of instruction
and example.

The Children of the Sun

Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo, according to legend, under the orders of the Solar Star,

emerged from Lake Titicaca to fulfill their intention to be the guide and orientation of the
peoples who lived in a state of barbarism.

These enigmatic characters possessed a golden staff, and where they stopped, they
pushed it into the ground. At a certain point, the cane completely collapsed: the right
place had been found to start the development of one of the most important cultures in the
world. Thus began the Empire of Tawantinsuyo (Tawa means four, and Suyo, region).

We must mention that Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo, since

childhood, had been previously prepared by the celestial
messengers outside the Earth. Therefore, their mission to
lay the foundations of an advanced civilization in South
America was part of a project that sought the activation of
the legacy of the White Brotherhood and the future
protection of the Solar Disk. The Incas would have this
supreme mission: to protect the sacred tool that unites the
two times.

The relationship of all this to the underground world is

important. For example, there is another legend about the
origin of the Incas where it is said that four brothers and their wives came out of a cave to
found the Empire of the Sun. Once again, the protagonist is Manco Capac, who finally
fulfills his mission. Be that as it may, both stories place us before a beginning marked by
remarkable characteristics that will give life to this civilization.

The Inca Empire was a great empire that generally extended from southern Colombia to
the central part of Chile and from the Andes to the coast. The place chosen to sow the
foundations of a new civilization was Qosqo (Cusco), a magnetic point that met the
conditions to serve as a stage for this high culture. The years of what we could call the
"second Inca dynasty,” (the first corresponds to Tiahuanaco) passed with great happiness,
peace, and abundance.

The Incas developed an economy based on an extensive construction of rows of terraces

in the mountains. They achieved a mastery of hydraulic art and water irrigation. Their
civilization comprised both urban centers and an extensive network of roads. They had an
efficient administration and skillfully handled the arts as well as the refinement of
metallurgy. The Inca’s effective and sober architecture contrasted with their unique
craftsmanship in fabrics and exquisite taste in fashion. Also, an extraordinary
workmanship in pottery complemented the various arts in which their talents were
expressed.

In a brief but careful review of the Inca religion, we could say that it was at first "simple.”
They only worshiped Viracocha, whom they called creator god, and a few others like

such as Inti, Mama Quilla, Pacha Mama, and Pachacamac. Viracocha, also called
Illa Viracocha Pachayachachi, was considered the original splendor or The Lord, Master
of the World. He was actually the first divinity of the ancient Tiahuanacos, who came
from Titicaca. He created heaven and earth, and the first generation of giants who lived in
this area.

The cult of the creator god was a blend of the abstract and the intellectual and was
intended only for the nobility. Viracocha like other gods, was a nomadic god (!) and had
a winged companion, the Inti Bird, a kind of magician bird, a great knower of wonderful
things and even future events.

Already in 1977, the archaeologist Maria Scholten de d'Ebneth, shook the foundations of
the academy by publishing for the first time her research on "The Viracocha Route.” In
this study, Mrs. Scholten demonstrated that various archaeological sites in Bolivia, Peru
and Ecuador – places that legends mark as "passage zones" of the instructor god Tecsi
Viracocha – were masterfully aligned with the use of geometry, thus putting on the table
the true scientific knowledge of the ancient Andean cultures. This is particularly
intriguing since the first thing one wonders is: So who really was Viracocha? Was he one
of the celestial Instructors?

From Manco Capac to Atahualpa: From Light to Darkness

It would not take long for Manco Capac to reveal the existence of the Solar Disk. Before
his death, he entrusted Sinchi Roca, his successor, with the secret entrance to the
underground enclosure that was on the shores of Lake Titicaca, formerly known as
Mamacota or Puquinacoha (place of origin). The Disk was found and immediately
transferred to the Koricancha of Cusco, the golden temple dedicated to the solar star.

Unfortunately, the warrior blood of the Incas would begin to emerge. Guided by Sinchi
Roca (curiously Sinchi means "warrior," "too strong," "bitter"), they carried out a plan
that sought to expand the empire beyond its known limits. Thus, although the first years
of this "second Inca dynasty" passed through peaceful governments such as the statesman
and accountant Lloque Yupanqui, the powerful conqueror Capac Yupanqui began to
extend his kingdom into neighboring lands.

External and internal wars characterized the period between the seventh Inca, Yahuar
Huaca and the ninth, Pachacutec, who would also be remembered as the greatest builder
not only of the imposing temples but also of the urban and strategic defenses of their
cities.

The countdown to the end of the Empire was not long in coming, marked by the arrival of
the eleventh Inca, Huayna Capac. The Great White Brotherhood in its retreat in the jungle
of Madre de Dios, east of the Empire, was no stranger to the events that were about to
unfold.

Paititi, the Secret City

Huayna Capac, father of Huascar and Atahualpa, ascended the
throne in 1481 at the age of 30. He was affable and much
loved by his vassals, admired for his bravery and prudence,
and feared as a ruthless conqueror. He had more than one
hundred sons and about fifty daughters. With the daughter of
the principal lord of Quito, he fathered Atahualpa, while
Huáscar was born in Qosqo (Cusco), product of the union
between Huayna Capac and the coya Rahua Ocllo, his sister
and second legitimate wife, since the older coya had not been
able to give him offspring.

Huayna Capac ruled for more than three decades, continuing

his policy of territorial extension and strengthening the state
organization initiated by his father Tupac Inca Yupanqui, great conqueror and statesman.
He wanted to carry out an ambitious military expedition of conquest towards the jungle
area of Madre de Dios to widen the borders of the Antisuyo empire. But even with more
than 40,000 warriors, the strong resistance of the aboriginal tribes, plus the difficult
geography of the torrential rivers; dense, impenetrable jungles; the excessive heat; and all
kinds of parasites and vermin, the decimated Inca troops were forced into agreement with
the Great Yaya, lord and cacique of the tribes of the Paititi region.

According to legend, part of this agreement was the construction of the city called
Paiquinquin Qosqo, "twin city of Cusco,” on the plateau of Pantiacolla. It was the last
post of the Incas in the jungle and was connected to Paucartambo by seven tambos and
pucaras along the way. At the foot of the city, a square-shaped lagoon was built to secure
water resources. This place, considered a sanctuary by the locals, was next to a large
waterfall and a mountain scored by deep caverns.

However, we should not confuse this Inca penetration into the jungle as the real
foundation of Paititi. In reality, the real Paititi is an intraterrestrial city, established before
the appearance of the Inca Empire itself by survivors of Atlantis. For example, legends
say that from the caves you could see very tall men coming out, dressed in white or with
ochre suits. Thus, the Inca advance not only had to request authorization from the
indigenous people of the area but also from the inhabitants of the underground or the
"first guardians.” It was said that these, the Paco Pacuris, were survivors of a civilization
that spread throughout the Amazon region and that they represented an intraterrestrial
humanity.

The Twilight of Tawantinsuyo

It would be the secret brother of Huascar and Atahualpa who
fought to assume the leadership of the Empire. Shock Auqui,
a good-looking young man of medium height, intuitive and
intelligent, would bring about the end of the mission of the
Incas, primarily through the misuse of power. The Inca had
conquered too many people and too much land, and by the
law of cause and effect, they, too, would be conquered.

From the main center of the Hierarchy, built underground in the jungles of Madre de Dios
in present-day Peru--a region which Tupac Inca Yupanqui had tried to conquer before---
three emissaries arrived to the Empire, warning of the fatal outcome that was
approaching.

The Inca Masters knew that the envoys of the intraterrestrial kingdom were right, since
various signs they had been observing pointed to the end of the Empire. Then, after the
emissaries left, the Quipumayoc elders hid all the archives of the Andean culture they
could gather. They also took the Solar Disk to a safe place, a disk made of pure gold,
identical to the original, would be replaced on the wall of the Coricancha so as not to
arouse suspicion.

For this reason, Prince Choque Auqui secretly summoned the amautas, or masters, and
raised the possibility of a collective escape to a safe place, where the Paco Pacuris had
taken the Golden Disk to prevent it from falling into the hands of the Spanish conquerors.

To carry out this escape, Choque would need the help of the inhabitants of the town, the
priests, and the mamacunas near the Temple of the Sun. From there the envoys would
enter the Coricancha during the night, and then enter the Gran Chingana (in the Quechua
language, "Labyrinth"), an underground labyrinthine tunnel that goes under the city to the
fortress of Sacsayhuamán. They would then continue through another nearby tunnel in
the direction of Paucartambo and from there, finally on the surface, move towards the
jungles of Manú.

The Awakening of the Solar Disk

The flight of Choque Auqui and the protection of the Solar Disk would have occurred in
the year 1533. The Disk, today guarded by the Masters of the White Brotherhood of
Paititi, is a kind of cosmic tool that acts as an interdimensional "key.” It is able to take the
entire planet to the Real Time of the Universe, when, as we saw, the reconnection of the
alternate and Real times occurs.

That is why the Masters say that the disk does not really represent our Sun but the
Galactic Central Sun. And now we know, it’s not the only one either.

In addition to the Great Disk of Paititi, there are 12 other disks that were built by the
ancient civilizations of America under the supervision of celestial messengers. These
disks form a true energy network that, tied to the Solar Disk of Paititi, at the peak of the
galactic connection will raise Earth into the level.

These disks are currently guarded in the Inner Retreats of the White Brotherhood, in
places like Mount Shasta (USA); The Valley of the Seven Luminaries (Mexico); Ciudad
Blanca (Honduras); Guatavita (Colombia); Roraima, Venezuela; the Cave of the Tayos
(Ecuador); the Atacama Desert (Chile); Titicaca (Bolivia); the Serra do Roncador
(Brazil); Talampaya (Argentina), among other enclaves in South America.
These 13 Disks of Paititi and the remaining twelve form "The Network of Time.” It is
curious that for the Maya, the number 13 represented time, and that the magical
priesthood was composed of a Master and twelve disciples, as it was with Jesus and his
apostles. Under this symbolism, the Paititi Disk represents Christ, and therefore his
Return as Lord of Time.

It is no coincidence, either, that within the Andean Cosmogony, Prince Choque, the Inca
King, is expected to return from Paititi to Cusco, the "navel of the world,” to reestablish
order and seal a new time.

Chapter 22: The Cosmic Plan Today

In these last few hundred years of human history, the Galactic Confederation's
operations have taken a more discreet and cautious course.

They observed that if we were to achieve what they did not achieve, and thus restore the
lost order in the Cosmos, we could not be interrupted in this task that we must achieve
on our own merit. Otherwise, what would be the meaning of the Cosmic Plan? This
does not mean that both the celestial envoys and the White Brotherhood have ceased to
inspire human beings in their recent years of history. From the Knights Templar
protecting the sacred roads to the Cathars and guarding the secret of the Holy Grail;
from the Hopi Indians currently settled on an Arizona Reservation whose traditions care
for the legacy of a lost civilization before them, to the Dalai Lama just to cite a few
examples, they have been aware of these realities. And they have contributed to
humanity by protecting the most sacred parts of it.

Returning to the story above, the Wise Mentors of the Galactic Council thought it
appropriate to apply a protocol of non-intervention, and thereby avoid direct
participation in the progress of our civilization.

On the other hand, they would strengthen the so-called planetary quarantine in our
world, which had been operating with some flexibility since the Atlantean conflict. This
measure of increasing the protection of the Earth was established in the wake of the
Second World War and the use of weapons of mass destruction.

The development and use of destructive weapons

could attract other extraterrestrial civilizations of
similar vibrational frequency to come to Earth, a
planet that is attractive for its natural resources and
energies.

Undoubtedly, one of the extraterrestrial groups that

has tried the hardest to break this cordon of the Watchers’ protection has been that of
the Zeta Reticulians from the Big Dipper.

These little gray men, in reality, are a cloned race, a creation of the Orions in times of
the Ancient War, prior to Satanael's rebellion, to be used in this true star battle.

When the Ancient War ended and peace was established, those little men, who were
used to operate war technology and large spaceships, were moved to Zeta Reticuli.
These beings, automatons, fell under the control of Satan, who from his astral prison in
our world still exerts influence on them, motivating them to come to our planet so that

they can rescue the deportees. They try to accomplish this through the creation of
bodies that allow the dimensionally incarcerated to incarnate and from there go back to
Orion.

This rescue plan is reflected in cases of abduction in which the grays sought to use
human genetic material for the creation of these hybrid bodies (although a good
percentage of these cases are the result of misinformation or outright invention by some
people).

The Confederate Watchers have effectively neutralized most of these interventions of

the so-called "grays” by intercepting their ships in space and destroying them.

All this explains the cases of crashed ships on our

planet, such as the famous Roswell case in New
Mexico, USA (1947). However, it is not the only
one. Among other genuine episodes of ships
intercepted by the Watchers that fell to Earth we
could mention the following:

Laredo, Texas (June 19, 1953), four bodies were

recovered; Brighton, England (May 5, 1955), four
bodies were recovered; Sahara Desert (July 18, 1972), three bodies were recovered;
Chihuahua, Mexico (August 25, 1974), recovered the nearly intact ship and an
undetermined number of bodies. There are other cases including ones in Bolivia (1978),
Afghanistan (1988), South Africa (1989), among others.

Despite these "UFO" incidents, what people really know is little to nothing of the truth.
This is because there is a dark force interested in silencing everything that can give us
light on our role and mission in the Universe. This kind of "black hand" comes from the
satanic forces themselves, who have managed to infiltrate high spheres of planetary
governance, influence political leaders, the military, and even corporations, all as part of
a great conspiracy that seeks to hide from human beings who we really are.

Silence is the most powerful weapon of evil," said Maurice Magré, in Le Sang de
Toulose. His thinking draws a vivid picture.

So important is truth for humanity, that the dark forces have been exerting a strong
influence to prevent us from knowing our mission---nearly everything that could clarify
our cosmic origin and the process to be followed has been destroyed, except the
archives of the Great White Brotherhood from the Library of Alexandria. Otherwise, we
would have had many answers about our past. According to Carl Sagan, in Alexandria
there was a book entitled The True History of Mankind Over the Last 100,000 Years.

Unfortunately, Julius Caesar and his troops sacked the city and burned its buildings,
thus destroying the archives.

Caesar is only one of the first arsonists on the list, as on several occasions he insisted on
burning the library. At the time, it housed more than 700,000 scrolls, gathered from
different regions and cultures. This collection was assembled thanks to Pharaoh
Evergeta II, who had ordered that all books that arrived in Egypt should be deposited in
Alexandria. This is one of the saddest cases, and worse, it is not the only one recorded
in history. Before the first fire of the Library of Alexandria (48 BC) we find other
regrettable destructions.

In 213 B.C. the Chinese Emperor Xi-Huang-Di ordered the burning of all ancient
books, except to be kept for his personal library. As if this were not enough, he gathered
460 writers who were buried alive, warning their counterparts that they would suffer the
same fate if they had in their possession any written tablet. This measure, without a
doubt, was due to the ignorance of the Emperor.

A century earlier, in 330 BC, Alexander the Great

burned down the Library of Persepolis. The fire
consumed the ancient archives which, had they
survived such an action, would have given us greater
clarity about ancient Persian wisdom. King Nabonassar
is not far behind. In 747 BC, he ordered the elimination
of the chronicles of the Library of Babylon. The same
fate would befall numerous ancient documents, with
very few rescued from such reckless destructions. If we
continue going back in time, we would arrive at Atlantis, where fortunately a good part
of the records were saved thanks to the Estekna-Manés of that time.

Adding to the list, we could cite the destruction of: the Sibylline Books of the Priests of
Apollo; the ancient texts of the Avesta; the runic manuscripts of the Celtic civilization;
the books of Ancient Djudul - the Thebes of the East; the Cathar books; the sacred
codices of the ancient cultures of Mesoamerica, such as the Maya; the Quipus or
records of information of the Inca culture; the thousands of treatises of "strange
sciences,” burned together with their possessors by the Holy Inquisition; general
information books destroyed by the Third Reich in 1939; the theft of the manuscripts of
Qúmram, among other distressing cases.

Today, this conspiracy of silence continues, being directed or stimulated by a powerful

group that controls the threads of the world. This group decides, for example, when
there will be a war, what new human virus to create, how to achieve the economic
bankruptcy of a country, how to monopolize the world's natural resources. In short, to
sow the foundations of a Negative New World Order.

They are known under the name of "Illuminati,” a name that, curiously, recalls the
Resplendent of the Mental Universe, Luzbel or Lucifer, which in Latin means precisely:
"He who carries the light".

According to the extraterrestrial Guides, some of the deported Orions have managed to
embody themselves on Earth not to escape but to direct this dark initiative that goes
back several centuries, influencing the destiny of nations in the darkness. This
conspiracy, it should be noted, is not the legacy of any specific country but is a group of
individuals who have known how to plant their seed of evil and networks of
manipulation in the most powerful nations of the Earth to achieve their objectives.
However, despite this, light is prevailing over darkness.

The Positive Internal Government of the Planet

Just as there is an influence of darkness, there is also a force of
light that opposes it: The Great White Brotherhood.
Extraterrestrial aid missions on Earth, such as the RAHMA
Mission, have concentrated on the progressive awakening of
human consciousness as a contribution of light, to understand
that we are not alone in the Universe, that we are part of a
Cosmic Plan, and that our future is built by our thoughts and
actions, continuously interacting as architects of planetary
destiny.

The message is clear: the world is not going to end or be

destroyed. It is transforming. And to contribute positively to
this transformation, we must initiate our own transformation, which involves awakening
the memory of who we really are and what we can be.

If darkness works with silence, conspiracy, manipulation and ignorance, the forces of
light work with truth. Therefore, Jesus said, "I will give you the truth, and it will set you
free... "

This truth, that sacred knowledge, is the spiritual treasure that protects the White
Brotherhood in its Inner Retreats. Therefore, the main objective of our contact
experience is to precipitate the reception of the True Planetary History, called by the
Masters, symbolically, The Book of the Ones Robed in White.

"The Lady of Light made me place one hand on the book and another on her
chest at the height of her heart, feeling and understanding how the highly
developed extraterrestrial civilizations, in their eagerness to control and dominate
everything, were coming to create beautiful paradises without soul, because by

The Return of Christ Consciousness

The importance of that treasure, Planetary and Cosmic History, is critical. If we listen to
the real past, then by logical consequence, we will understand the present. On the basis
of all this, we would build a different future.

A future that is promising, where humanity takes responsibility for its role through
knowledge and assumes the supreme task of vibrating in Love and its maximum
expression forgiveness. This would overcome all the evil to which humanity has been
exposed in this cosmic conspiracy where we have been held back through ignorance.

If we must assume a commission, we need to know what has been entrusted to us.
Therefore, if we have to Love and Forgive, we must know deeply what we are going to
forgive. If this were not the case, it would be impossible to redeem the selfish approach
of our opponents.

This is why knowledge is necessary, as a tool to understand the True History and thus
confront the very foundations of those who rose up against the Cosmic Plan – such as
Luzbel, his followers of Orion, and his earthly co-conspirators – to transmute their
strength, their hatred, and their rancor into forgiveness, unity, and love.

Given this scenario, the reception of this sacred legacy by humanity will be reflected in
the release of information at the hands of the powers of the world, including the great
religions, which will add in the revelations of important scientific and archaeological
discoveries that will "dust off" our true identity. Of course, all this as part of a positive
influence of the White Brotherhood and our own work that mainly involves an internal
personal transformation as the Guides taught us from the beginning. The transcendental
contact is with our own Essence and identifying ourselves with all others without the

illusory appearances of matter that limits and separates us. It is not for nothing that the
Maya, when greeting each other, used the words In lakesh which mean "I am in you.”

The recognition of one in the other in Love, Forgiveness, and Faith, of knowing that we
are not alone, that we are and will be the tools to consolidate this triumph of
consciousness that announces loudly – for those who have ears to hear – the return of
light to the world, the "galactic dawn" spoken by the Maya, the new Pachacuti
prophesied by the Incas, the arrival of the Maitreya or "Buddha of Compassion" that is
expected in the East. This great return, regardless of our religious convictions, signals
the reconnection of times and, therefore, the very advent of the Cosmic Christ.

The Key to Return, expressed numerically as Activator 14, foretells an extraordinary

and positive event for the planet. The One who came, taught, died, rose again, and
triumphed spiritually for humanity is returning to our planet in the midst of these great
changes to evaluate the process, the seed He sowed.

The time has come.

We must prepare for this return by being an example through our own lives.
The Cosmic Plan and the order interpreted by love and human effort
begin to be fulfilled.
