less than or equal to 5% joint basis.
3. The efficient monitoring or processes and highlighting of Nonconformance in
order that actions are taken as early as possible are an integral part of the Quality
function. The NCR Ratio between Client and Internal Reports is a key indicator
in assessing performance, therefore, it is a project objective that the ratio between
Internal and Client NCR Issuance be 10 Contractor Internal NCR for every 1
Client NCR.
4. Manufacturer Quality performance is monitored in many ways one of which is
analysis of Equipment Deficiency Reports however actions will be taken to
minimize the issuance of EDR with the objective set at Zero EDR Issuance.
5. Performance of Subcontractor NDT Personnel will be monitored with specific
regards to Re-shoot and RTFI Disagreement Rates. Project Objectives are less
than 2% re-shoots and less than 5% RTFI disagreement.
6. Quality Training hours shall not be less than 0.65% of the total staff manhours

commissioning activities it done in compliance with detailed AFC design DWG and project specifications.

Attend the Site walk through weekly and monthly then raise the Quality site concerned and observation and close out
with the QC inspectors.

M.O.M.
Reviewing, & approvals for the quality Submittals, releasing works, H.T Packages and the final handover filling
package.
Figure out the punch list and categorization for the items one by one that is to be bunched as grade A or B or C.
