Right to Image and Testimonial Publication

As a participant of the ESSEC Case Competition for High School Future Leaders (2024)，
you will be involved in occasions where photos or videos may be captured. These
contents may be used on ESSEC's social media, publicity materials, and other
communication needs related to the program or event.

In this context, ESSEC informs all participants that they may be photographed, filmed,
videoed, otherwise captured in image form. By attending events on ESSEC campus or
organised by ESSEC, you have been fully informed and consent to the use of your
photograph (s), voice, likeness and image in any broadcast, and subsequent productions
using the photograph, video or audio recordings of ESSEC's publication and publicity
materials, websites, and social media.

It is your responsibility to alert ESSEC if you do not wish to have your photograph /
audio-visual recordings taken at the point of the event.

I accept the right to my image and testimonial publication by ESSEC and provide
further consent for up to 5 years after the program ends.

I do not accept ESSEC’s right to my image and testimonial publication.

Please note: If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must complete the
following section.
