What does career progression look like at Revolut?
In our Sales Department, we have four levels: Junior, Mid, Senior, and Lead. We
foster a meritocratic culture with performance reviews every three months and
potential promotions twice a year, based on performance. There are also
opportunities to move into other areas like Business Development, Operations, or
Sales Enablement. Your career progression is in your hands; you have the
opportunities, and you shape your own path.

Where is this job located?


Revolut operates as a remote-first company. You can work from anywhere within
your country of employment, whether thatʼs from home, an office, or a hybrid
setup. After the probation period, you may also work remotely from another
country for up to 120 days per year. Additionally, you have the option to use our
offices in London, Dublin, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Krakow, and Warsaw, but this
is entirely optional. Your remote setup should work for you, and it works for us.
FAQs
I want to apply for one of your jobs, but I donʼt have the right to work in the
country where the job is based. Will you sponsor me?
Currently, we can only sponsor visas for Poland. If youʼre interested in
joining us but are not eligible for a visa in the jobʼs location, consider
applying for a role in Poland.

Where will the interviews take place?


Our recruitment process is fully online via Google Meet, allowing you to
connect with us from anywhere within the country of employment.

How long is the recruitment process?


The recruitment process typically takes between 10 days and 2 weeks,
depending on your availability. It includes several stages to better
understand your fit for the role and to assess your skills and experience.

What would my training look like in this team?


Training starts with a 12-week onboarding programme designed for
long-term success. This is followed by ongoing development through live
sessions, self-paced modules, and reference materials. Both your manager
and the Enablement Team will provide continuous support for your growth
and success.

What is the salary range?

The salary range varies by seniority and location and is typically discussed
during the initial screen call with your recruiter. If you share your salary
expectations upfront, we can assess if we can meet them before moving
forward.

What type of contract are you offering?

We offer a permanent, full-time position as our standard contract type, not a


project contract.

What tools do we have access to?

We use Slack and Google Suite for collaboration, Salesforce for CRM,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Natterbox for click-to-dial calling, and a Lead
Engine repository powered by Dun & Bradstreet. We also explore various
exciting pilots and use internal tools for tracking customer usage and a
top-tier Learning & Content Management platform.
