    Subject: Request for Refund of Investment in Shreedhargiri Project with Interest

    Dear Sir,

    I am writing to formally request a refund of the amount I paid in the Shreedhargiri Project, Devanahalli under
    my membership ID DVL-522-AM-874, along with interest at the rate of 2% per month (24% annually).

    It has been over 13 years since 2012, and I have observed no significant progress on the project. As committed
    during every Annual General Meeting (AGM), the proposed timeline for project completion was 30 to 36 months, yet
    the project remains incomplete. Out of the promised 90+ acres, only 10 acres have been acquired, and even this land
    lacks clear legal titles or proper options.

    We have also noticed a deficiency of service from your Society, as the commitments made to the members
    have not been fulfilled despite repeated assurances. This lack of transparency and progress has severely undermined the
    trust placed in the Society.

    Furthermore, as per the Society’s statements, the current market rate for sites is approximately ₹4,000 per
    square foot. This emphasizes the disparity between the promises made and the reality of the project’s progress, severely
    affecting the value of my investment.

    During a formal oral agreement at the High Grounds Police Station, Bangalore on 16th November 2024, it was
    assured by the Vice President and Directors that the refund with interest would be processed immediately via cheque
    on 19th November 2024. I kindly remind you to honor this assurance and issue the cheque without further delay.

    Here are the details of the payments I made in four installments:

    1.₹ 2,18,570 on 11-Sep-2013


    2.₹ 2,16,000 on 26-Mar-2014
    3.₹ 2,16,000 on 02-Apr-2016
    4.₹ 1,86,000 on 20-Oct-2022
    The total amount paid is ₹ 8,36,570, and I request the full refund of this amount along with the accrued interest
    for the delay. A detailed calculation of the refund amount, including interest, is provided on the next page for your
    reference.

    The lack of progress over the past 13 years, despite repeated opportunities and sufficient time, has caused
    significant frustration and inconvenience. I urge you to process the refund with interest immediately, as promised by the
    Directors.
