I. DESIRED OBJECTIVES

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

1. Core competences (knowledge)


- Identify verbs and phrases to describe activities.
- Understand the short story.
2. General competences (skills)
- Communication and collaboration: work in pairs or groups to talk about friends’ activities
on the weekend.
- Problem-solving and creativity: try to remember and guess the actions.
3. Attributes (attitude)
- Kindness: willing to help partners finish learning activities.
- Diligence: work hard to complete learning activities.
- Honesty: play fair in games.
- Leadership: collaborate with teacher and friends to enhance language skills.

- Vocabulary: read comics, skateboard, do gymnastics, play chess, fish, play basketball, take photos,
play volleyball.
