Cold calling, Write and Run Your Script to Collect the Data/Leads, Internet Research

Later, when I will provide you with my contact information, that will NOT be for the
purpose of you using it to contact me but for you to give out my contact info to my potential
clients/counterpart/recipient of our charity organization when you make the cold calls to
them.
You must read, understand, the full requirement document attached here, then think
before bidding. You will require to initial at the bottom of each page.
All Communication between you and me and all payments must go through this platform

There are 8 milestones. You will be paid for one milestone at a time, but with my approval you
may start multiple milestones simultaneously. $125.00 x 8 milestones = $1,000.00
Deliverables: 3 days for each milestone. Daily updated data in Excel sheet is required.
I will repost each milestone as separate job. You will bid $125.00 for each milestone/job. I
will then award you one milestone/job at a time. Video interview is required.

1. Only Milestone 1 and 2 require calling. You must be an expert in cold calling and data
collection, including internet research. Your task is to gather full contact information
and leads for each of the eight milestones. Daily update is required.
2. Identify and scrape websites that meet our data requirements, choosing your own URLs,
tools, and methods to avoid IP blocking. Figure out solutions independently—
collaborate with us every other day. We are not here to teach you how to do your job.
3. Clean and format the data in Excel sheet, including details like name, institution,
department, specialty, address, phone, and email. Confirm the data format with us in
advance. For each Milestone we will provide Excel data structure.
4. Use Make.com, Python scripts, or other tools as needed. Leverage ChatGPT or Google
for troubleshooting.
5. If you know how to write good script, then you can run your script 24/ unattended, with
each script needing only a few hours to create.
6. You must have your own full set up for international calling and receiving, with or
without VPN. We provide only the project requirements; you’re responsible for all other
subscription and setup.Our script will randomly check or verify 0.1% of your collected
data to test its validity.

1) Cold Calling to find 25 matching Law Firms/(Attorneys) in 3 days
a) Please see the detailed requirement for 25 “MATCHING” Law Firms below on page 4.
After you submit your finding, I will personally call them and verify. If you miss a single
criterion then that law firm will not be counted toward 25 Law Firms, and you will not
get paid for that. You will get proportionally the number of matching law firms you find.
b) When you call them and if they do not answer then you will leave a message as
described in the detail below on page 4 and go to their website, fill in my information
and copy and paste one paragraph description as described on the page 4 below.
2) Africa Charity Project (See Page 5 & 6 below for the detail requirements) Setup 20
video meeting appointments with a) Top Universities b) Elementary School in the 4 countries
as described in the 3rd page below Titled: “Africa Project”. You must follow the instructions.
You will not get paid if I do not receive the invitation for Zoom/Video calls directly
from them. Use the calling script from page 5-6. You must have your own calling
system in place.

3) Professionals, Professors-Post Graduate Students, and intellectuals-influencers:

a) Professionals: Collect 500,000 contact info. of professionals working in 5000 large
corporations, research centers, and other institutions in the US and another 500,000 contacts
info. from 500 largest institutions around the world. You may use any website, any source as
necessary. Ask ChatGPT to list the top businesses. The number of rows will end up at 1
million.
b) Professors, Post Graduate Students and Influencers
Write a script to collect contact info of ALL Professors (>50 professors from each
department, and >500 professors from each school), All graduate and Ph.D. students, (>300
students from each department and > 3,000 from each school), contact info and email
addresses from over 2,000 top universities around the world and 500 top universities in the
US. The script should be run on universities' websites. The number of rows will end up in
several million. This task will take more than a week to run and complete but script writing
can be done within a few hours and then tweak it throughout the data collection period. We
will provide a list of the countries and more detailed requirements.
c) Collect 100,000 intellectual and business influencers' contact info from Youtube, podcasts,
Facebook, Spotify etc.

4) Edgar DB and Investors

 a. Write a script to download ALL 500,000+ records (no filtering is required)
from a single website. Security and Exchange Commission Edgar Database for
public use. Use the data format with sample data as shown in the excel sheet.
You will then collect the email address for each row from other sources,
maybe through, Facebook, Y-combinator, tweeter (X)
b. Collect 500,000 investors' and 500,000 HNWI contact info from the US and
another 500,000 investors and 500,000 HNWI from 75 wealthiest countries
around the world. Detailed requirements will be provided later.
5) Non-Profit Org. and places of worships
a) Collect 100,000 churches, Mosques, Mandir contact info from the US and another
100,000 from the world.
b) Collect 100,000 non-profit organization contact info including emails, phone, from
around the world. Excel sheet or data structure for MySql will be provided to you.
6) Realtors & Meetup groups
a) Collect 300,000 realtors' contact info from the US and another 100,000 from around
the world. Countries' names and more detail will be provided later.
b) Collect 100,000 relevant filtered contacts from Meetup group and other similar
platforms. We will provide the filtering criteria and requirement. Use Telegram,
Spotify, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and similar platforms.
7) Doctors & Financial Advisors
a) Collect 500,000 Doctors' contact info from the US and another 500,000 from around
the world. Countries' names will be provided later.
b) Collect 200,000 financial advisors, CPA, CFA etc. from the financial world. Details
will be provided later.
8) Business and Attorneys
a) Collect 500,000 top, large businesses corporate contacts from the US and another
500,000 from the world who donate to charity organizations. Countries' names and
more detail will be provided later.
b) Collect all 500,000 Law firms contact info, (25,000) from Harris County, Houston,
Texas metro area, and another (25,000) from Dallas County, Dallas, and 20,000 from
each major cities in the US. full contact info. Each row in the Excel sheet must
include firm’s name, address, city, phone, email address, website address, specialty
such as family law, accident, breach of contract, business law, white collar criminal
case etc.

Budget: $100.00; Time limit: 3 days.

1. You must have your own international calling system fully set up in place to make and
receive calls to your US number otherwise do not apply for this job. Autodialer is not
required.
2. Your spoken English must be excellent. Zoom call interview is required before hiring.
3. You will find 25 Law Firms according to the following criteria by calling and confirming the
match.
4. After you submit your finding, I will personally call them and verify. If you miss a single
criterion then that law firm will not be counted toward 25 Law Firms, and you will not get
paid for that.
5. After I hire you, I will give you a summary of the legal matters, calling script, that you will
have to tell over the phone. A lot of time they will take Intake and will get back to you.
6. To get 25 law firms that match exactly the following criteria you will end up calling hundreds
of law firms. To get the law firms’ contact info you can use the websites Lawyers.com,
Avvo.com, Justia, FindLaw, Super Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, Best Lawyers, Lawyers.com,
Nolo, LegalMatch, LawTally. Or Google or use any other source using filter a) Houston b)
breach of contract litigation etc. You may run script to automatically collect thousands of
law firms within a few minutes from these websites.
7. You will submit the initial list of hundreds of law firms from Houston and who takes breach
of contract litigation case, to whom you will began to call. Exclude the law firms that are in
the Do Not Call List. Daily updates are required.

Criteria for Law Firms:

1. Must be in Houston, Texas area to file lawsuit in Harris County District court.
2. Takes Breach of Contract Litigation civil case, file lawsuit and UIR (Urgent
Intervention in Receivership).
3. The hourly rate is between $250.00/hr to $300.00/hr. Certainly, no more than
$350.00/hr.
4. Retainer fee no more than $4,000 to $7,000
5. Must be able to file UIR within a week of signing an agreement with the law firm. Ask
them.
6. No duplicate law firm, and all columns in the given excel sheet must be filled.

 7. Do not call law firms or attorneys in the lists provided to you “Do Not Call List”.
8. I do not need law firms who do only Auto Accident case, Criminal Case, Family Law,
Insurance Claims, Construction, but only debt payment breach of contract that
started from real estate investment. I am the plaintiff and creditor.
9. When you call them and if they do not answer then you will leave a message as
described in the detail below on page 4 and go to their website, fill in my
information and copy and paste one paragraph description as described on the page
4 below.
One Paragraph Legal Case Description:
I urgently need a breach of contract civil litigation attorney for Harris County District Court, TX
(Houston), including filing a lawsuit on my behalf, a motion for intervention, summary judgment, and an
Urgent Intervention in Receivership (UIR). My family and I are creditors who invested in commercial real
estate with the other party. The other party the defendant is the debtor who has defaulted on payment.

Africa Charity Project

Calling, promoting Emma Foundation and internet research are required.
Your deliverables are:
(1) Get 10 video/Zoom meeting or Microsoft Team or Google Meet appointments invitation
directly from the top 20 universities, from 4 African countries from head of the
Department, Dean, VP, Chancelor, Provost of (i) Computer Science, (ii) Engineering, and
(iii) Business school, directly to me, to my email address (My email address will be
provided after I hire you). 4 countries are (a) South Africa; (b) Zambia; (c) Zimbabwe;
(d) Egypt]. Therefore, a total of 80 Zoom call appointments. Details are below on page 5
and 6.
(2) Do the same for elementary school in the poor neighborhood. You must have the ability
to make international calls and receive the calls. The goal of this is different from
contacting the Universities.
Note: You will not get paid if you do not deliver these. You must have the ability to make
international calls and receive calls. Obviously, you will have to make a lot more than 80
calls to get 80 results. You will have to make several calls to each institution to get to the
right person. Some time they will forward your calls, other time they will give you another
phone number. Apply your common sense to figure out what to do.

 To achieve the above result, you will have to do the following.
Step 1: Google or ChatGPT to find the top 10 universities name in science and engineering
and business schools that give postgraduate and Ph.D. degrees in each of the 4 countries.
Step 2: Go to those universities websites and collect contact info. of the above people in an
Excel sheet in the link above. You must submit this to me ASAP.
Step 3. Read the Calling Script below then read (our website address will be provided after
hiring you) to understand what we do. So that you can convince them it is in their interest to
have a video meeting with us.

1. Calling Script to Dean, VP, Head of the department, VP of external affairs etc.

Emma Foundation. We seed fund top ideas, practical ideas from smart professors and
Ph.D. students research projects for startup business or they can work on our own

during the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2025. Emma will provide meals, medicine, books, to
your school at no cost to you. Emma wants to collaborate with your school for other
local volunteer doctors and others for this event.
