1. WordArt.

The first is WordArt. We click on the Insert tab and then select WordArt,
then a table containing WordArt styles will appear. After selecting the
desired style, a placeholder will appear on the screen with the text "Your text
here" highlighted in black as shown in the picture. Finally, replace the
existing text with the desired text and complete it.

To edit WordArt, highlight the text and select Format. Here, we can change
the color of the text, of the text border, or add effects to WordArt at the
Drawing Tools Format tab. Or we can add and edit shapes for WordArt by
using the Shapes Style tab.

After completion, we will get the result as shown.

2. Header, Footer.
Next, to add the header and footer, we will do the following.

To add a Header, click the Insert tab and then select Header, then Header
style options will appear. After selecting the Header style, enter the content.

Do the same steps for the footer to finish adding the header and footer.

3. Page break.
About the page break, it's pretty simple, I usually let it automatically break to
the new page when the page is out. but if I want to break the page according
to my will, the simplest way is to put a quotation mark at the position where
I want to break to the new page, then use the key combination Ctrl + Enter.

4. Insert picture.
To add an image to the document, select Insert and select Picture. At this
point, the insert image dialog box will appear. Here, select 1 or more pictures
you want to insert and click Insert, the selected pictures will appear on the
screen.

5. Insert table.
To add a table for the text, again select the Insert tab and select Table, then
the screen will appear a card to choose the number of rows and columns for
the table. After selecting the number of rows and columns, the table will
appear on the screen as shown in the picture.
To change the size of the columns in the table, select that column, then move
the mouse to the left or right line position of the column. then will appear a
2-way arrow as shown in the figure. We click and move left or right to adjust
the size of the column and do the same for the row.

To add color to the table, we select the cell, column, and row we want to add
color. then at the Home tab, select the paint bucket icon and select the color
you want to add. then, the selected area will be changed to the color we want.

6. Graph.
To add a chart to the text containing the data, select Insert and then select
Chart. Then the screen will appear a dialog box containing different types of
charts for us to choose from. After selecting the appropriate chart type, a
chart and a spreadsheet will appear on the screen. The chart and the data in
the spreadsheet are just a template, when changing the data in the
spreadsheet, the chart will also change. After finishing entering data, we can
turn off the spreadsheet.

Note: to increase or decrease the range of data that appears, click and drag
the bottom right corner of the blue box.

7. Format paragraph.
In all documents, we need to format them. To do this, we highlight the text
that needs to be formatted. At the Home tab, in the Paragraph section, we
select the Line and Paragraph Spacing icon as shown in the picture. Here we
can change the spacing between lines in the text.

Also in this Paragraph section, we can align the margins automatically using
keyboard shortcuts like ctrl+L to align left, crtl+R to align right, crtl+E to
center margins, and crtl+J to align both sides, or we can use the alignment
icons included in the Paragraph tab.

8. Drop Cap.
Surely all of us have come across large letters or Drop Caps at the beginning
of the line when reading newspapers or even reading online newspapers. To
create a Drop Cap, first, highlight the first letter of the text, then select the
Insert tab. Continue, we select the Drop Cap icon and choose the appropriate
style. The result is that the selected letter will be enlarged as shown. We can
click on Drop Cap Options for more customization.
9. Set font size and color.
Set color: To make the text stand out, or to emphasize notes, we often
change the color of the font. To do this, highlight the text that needs to be
changed color. At the Home tab, select Font Color. It’s an icon of a capital
letter A with a red line at the bottom as shown in the picture. Then there will
appear a dialog box containing the basic colors for us to choose from. When
moving the mouse to any color, the system will automatically represent that
font color for us to visualize the results when choosing the font color. When
you have selected the color you want to change, the highlighted text will be
changed to the selected color.

Set font-size: When you want to change the size of the font, first highlight
the text you want to resize, at the Home tab select Font Size with the icon as
shown in the picture, then click the mark to open the size list and then select
the desired size to change the font size.

10. Numbering.
Numbering is used when you want to sort documents or to create a list. To
create Numbering, we first highlight the text that needs to be typed in order.
Note that let the text be like a list. At the Home tab, select the Numbering
List icon in the Paragraph section. The icon is shown in the picture. After
completion, the text will be typed in order.
