In this section team must identify in advance which software source they are going to use
throughout the project lifecycle. We can group source of software into six major
categories:

3.3. Vendors of enterprise solutions software.
3.4. Cloud computing
3.5. Open source software, and
3.6. In-house development
4. Technology requirements

In this section team should identify which technology are required or available for the
project and platform which the project can run under.

4.1. Hardware requirements


4.2. Software requirements.
5. User requirements

In this section the project team must identify what are requirements for the user of the
software required to have in order to access the software.

5.1. User Characteristics


 Qualification: At least matriculation and comfortable with English.
 Experience: Should be well versed/informed about the registration process of the
university.
 Technical Experience: Elementary knowledge of computers
5.2. Constraints
 There will only be one administrator.
 The delete operation is available only to the administrator. To reduce the complexity of
the system, there is no check on delete operation. Hence, administrator should be very
careful before deletion of any record and he/she will be responsible for data consistency.
