Position: Member Of Technical Staff (Data Science) Intern


Location: Noida Sector 136(Onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
Work Schedule: 6 Days
About the Role:
GeeksforGeeks is looking for a passionate Data Science enthusiast for the role of Technical
Content Engineer (Intern). This is an exciting opportunity for those who are eager to
contribute to educational content on data science concepts and tools. As a TCE, you will be
responsible for writing, reviewing, and updating data science content to help learners and
professionals master this field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality tutorials, articles, and guides on data science
topics, including machine learning, data analysis, and Python, R, and data visualization.
- Technical Review: Review and refine technical content for accuracy, clarity, and
comprehensiveness.
- Problem-Solving: Create challenging data science problems and solutions for learners to
practice.
- Contest and Quiz Design: Design contests and quizzes around data science concepts for
users to test their knowledge.
- Update and Maintain Content: Research new trends in data science and update existing
content to stay relevant and accurate.
- Collaborate: Work with content and editorial teams to ensure high-quality educational
materials.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Python or R: Strong understanding of Python or R for data analysis and
machine learning.
- Knowledge of Data Science Concepts: A strong grasp of key data science topics such as:
- Data pre-processing
- Statistical analysis
- Machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised)
- Data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.)
- Data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex topics in a simplified manner for a wide
range of learners.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to create practical coding problems for learners.
- Familiarity with Tools: Knowledge of tools like Jupyter Notebook, scikit-learn,
TensorFlow, or Keras is a plus.
- Version Control: Basic understanding of Git for collaboration.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics,
Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in machine learning, data analysis, and data science libraries/tools.
- Prior experience or interest in technical writing and content creation.
- Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to accuracy and quality in educational materials.
