Starting with the tab, CLUBDATA, Jennifer would like you to help her solve the following queries:

STAGE 1: STANDARDIZING THE DATASET

Populate the FULLNAME consisting of the following fields ONLY, in the prescribed format: PREFIX FIRSTNAME LASTNAME. (Note: All UP

STAGE 2: CONVERSIONS

STAGE 3: PIVOT TABLE 1
Create a PIVOT table in the tab, PIVOT, starting at cell B3, with the following details:
In COLUMNS (Group : YEARS only. Remove QUARTERS and BIRTHDATE.)
In ROWS (Group : SEX. COUNTRY.)
In VALUES (Calculate AVERAGE OF HEIGHT IN INCHES, formatted as ##.#)
Remove GRAND TOTAL
Freeze both panes from cell D5.
Adjust COLUMN WIDTH from D to the end of the PIVOT table, to the value, 8.
STAGE 4: PIVOT TABLE 2
Make a duplicate of the PIVOT tab. RENAME it to RECORDCOUNT
Change VALUE to COUNT.

STAGE 5: SORTING AND PIVOTCHART
In a SINGLE STEP, SORT the tab ALLFEMALE, in the following NESTING order : 1. Alphabetically descending order for LASTNAME. 2. By n
BIRTHDATE.
Add a column at the end of this table, YEAR. EXTRACT the YEAR for each record from the BIRTHDATE, using the appropriate formula.
The column ZODIAC, is extraneous to this dataset. HIDE the column from THIS TAB ONLY.
On its OWN TAB, create a PIVOT CHART using the following COLUMNS: SPORTS LOCATION, SPORTS, FAVORITE COLOR, SEX, LANGUAGE
Name this tab, ALLFEMALESPORTS.
Under LEGENDS: Show SPORTS LOCATION (E.g. OUTDOOR and INDOOR)
Under VALUES: Show COUNT OF SPORTS
Under AXIS: Show COUNTRY in ALPHABETICAL ORDER.
Ensure the chart height is 4 and width is 6. Then Lock Aspect Ratios.
