CHAPTER I

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A. OBJECTIVES

NATURE OF BUSINESS

Our business proposal is setting up a healthy veggie tuna patty sold in a small

shop. The store will be located at OK Plaza near Victory Liner Compound, Rizal Ave

Ext, Caloocan, 1400 Metro Manila.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Patties for Every Juan is a store that serves healthy patty which our main focus

is. It can either be sold raw or cooked partnered with buns or rice. It will also become

the source of diet food to those who are health conscious and vegetarians.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The objective of this study is to determine the feasibility operation of Healthy

Patties in a store when it comes to management and financial viability. The purpose

of this business is to cater and satisfies every Filipinos craving in a healthy way.

Penetrate the vegetable patty despite of the stiff competition among leading

incorporations and companies and to introduce the new innovative variance of patty

that is appropriate to the health conscious and vegetarians. In fact, this kind of

healthy food is always looked forward to by everyone. Nowadays, some products are

not believable. In the Philippines, a healthy and energizing food is what we all need

before the day ends.

SYSTEMS PLUS COMPUTER COLLEGE 2
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

This topic was chosen by the entrepreneurs because the study will give a hint

and benefit to all of the people especially to those who are health conscious,

vegetarian and senior citizens. The researchers used a small store to easily serve and

sell products to the customers; it may give them benefits like not taking a long ride or

walk just to have some healthy food because the other branches of the store will be

constructed in a place where people usually hang out or visit. Burger is a common

street food in many parts of the Philippines in which a patty is a must. In the

Philippines, having a burger as a snack partnered with a soft drink or cold beverages

is a common thing to do when it is 3-5 pm in the afternoon wherein students or

workers take a break from school and at work.

B. MISSION
