Action Plan

Project Title: “Empowering Manpower for Efficient Completion of Inventory in SCNHS


Multi-Purpose Cooperative”

Introduction
In an era marked by dynamic market demands and evolving consumer preferences, the
significance of efficient inventory management is also an important task that must be done
quickly and carefully. Within the SCNHS Multi-Purpose Cooperative, the accurate and
timely completion of inventory stands as a crucial for the operational success. Recognizing
the pivotal role of manpower in this endeavor, our action plan "Empowering Manpower for
Efficient Completion of Inventory" aims to optimize human resources to reduce the time that
they consume on creating their monthly inventory. This action plan is not just focused on
helping employees within the Cooperative, the main objective of this action plan is to finish
their inventory for the month of April to lessen their work for them to be able proceed their
pending task for the next month.

Objectives:
● To Help the employees within the Sta. Catalina National High School Multi-Purpose
Cooperative in doing the inventory of their goods for the month of April.
● To Reduce the time they consume in doing their monthly inventory.
● To Finish their inventory for the month of April within 1 to 2 days.

Documentations:
Results:
 Successfully helped the SCNHS cooperative’s employees in doing their monthly for the
month of April.
 Be able to reduce the time they spend on their inventory
 Finished it within only one day.

Feedbacks:
According to ate Minela, we achieved our objectives. We finished the inventory within that day which
is on May 2, 2024, in Sta. Catalina National High School Multi-purpose Cooperative. We also gave
them the manpower they needed to fill other jobs that needed to be done that day and according to
them, we gave too much manpower. Overall, we achieved our objectives and they are satisfied with
what we have done doing their inventory as our product for our action plan. Furthermore, she says
that we are such a big help in terms of counting the stocks inside the coop. She also shares that they
can go home early that day because usually, it's late when they are going home. After all, they have to
count all the stocks and the money before heading home. Their feedback is that they were satisfied
with our action plan.

Conclusion
This action plan entitled "Empowering manpower for efficient completion of inventory in
SCNHS multi-purpose cooperative" was successfully done last Thursday, May 2, 2024. We
have been able to help the employees within the Sta. Catalina National High School Multi-
Purpose Cooperative doing the inventory of their goods for April. Moreover, we have
successfully reduced the time that they consumed during their monthly inventory. And the
most important of all, we have finished their inventory for April within a day. Overall, we
were able to meet and do all our objectives for this action plan.
