In the realm of sports, victories and defeats are mere moments in the larger

tapestry of human connection. Beyond the scoreboard, lies a deeper essence:


sportsmanship and camaraderie. These virtues transcend competition, binding
athletes in a shared pursuit of excellence and mutual respect. Join us as we explore
the profound bond forged on the fields, courts, and arenas of sport—a bond that
celebrates not only athletic prowess but also the enduring spirit of solidarity.
To our distinguished guests from the Department of Education, CLRAA Officials,
Athletes, Ladies and Gentlemen, good evening and Welcome to the Celebration of
Mayor’s Night in the Municipality of Capas!
To join us in this lovely evening let us first welcome the Public Schools District
Supervisors of the three districts in Capas, Capas East District, Capas Central
District and Capas West District. As we call the name of our PSDS may we request
their school heads to please stand to be recognized.
May we also request the PSDS and LGU Officials to please stay here in front as we
welcome our distinguished guests.
Let us all welcome the Public Schools District Supervisor of Capas East – Sir Delfin J.
Sibal.
Also with us tonight is the Public Schools District Supervisor of Capas Central –
Ma’am Cecilia S. Gomez.
Put your hands together as we welcome the Public Schools District Supervisor of
Capas West – Dr. Roberto D. Santos Jr.
Also gracing our event tonight are the Public Schools District Supervisors from the
two districts in the Municipality of Bamban.
Let us all welcome the Public Schools District Supervisor of Bamban East - Dr. Loida
L. Zamora
From Bamban West District, let us all welcome their Public Schools District
Supervisor – Ma’am Rosalinda C. Bartolome
In a world where leadership is paramount, these individuals have answered the call
to serve their community with unwavering integrity and passion. A huge thanks to
them as they made this momentous event possible. Join us in extending a warm
welcome to the esteemed public officials of the Municipality of Capas. Let us all
welcome, The Sangguniang Bayan ng Capas - Hon. Felipe L. Ong, Hon. Editha M.
Yumul, Hon. Estela S. Manlupig, Hon. Nestor D. Sicat, Hon. Jesus M. Lopez, Hon.
Alejandro T. Dueñas, Hon. Ariel G. Batican and Hon. Jeff Darlson D. Ticsay.
Also joining us in this momentous event, let us all welcome our ever supportive Vice
Mayor – the Honorable Vice Mayor Alex C. Espinosa
Of course this important event wouldn’t be complete without the presence of the
Father of Capas. Please join me in welcoming the driving force behind our town's
progress, the Honorable Mayor Roseller Boots B. Rodriguez!

At this point, Capasenos join us as we welcome our distinguished guests, from the
Department of Education, CLRAA Officials, Athletes and Guests.
First off, let us all welcome the SDO Malolos City with their SDS Ma’am Leilani S.
Cunanan and ASDS Ma’am Fernandina P. Otchengco (Their billeting school is
Aranguren Integrated School)
Next, a big hand for the SDO Bulacan with their SDS Ma’am Norma P. Esteban and
ASDS Ma’am Maria Celina L. Vega (Their billeting school is Capas National High
School)
Welcome to Capas, SDO Pampanga with their SDS Sir Romeo M. Alip, ASDS Ma’am
Cecilia E. Valderama and ASDS Sir Leandro C. Canlas (Their billeting school is Capas
East Central Elem. School & Capas Senior High School)
Let us also give a warm welcome to the SDO Nueva Ecija with their SDS Sir Ronaldo
A. Pozon ASDS Ma’am Shirley B. Zipagan and ASDS Ma’am Michelle A. Mejica (Their
billeting school is Cristo Rey West Elem. School)
Last but definitely not the least! Put your hands together as we welcome the
Swimming, Athletics, and Para Games Officials (Their billeting school is Cristo Rey
High School)
Once again, dear guests welcome to the Municipality of Capas!
To begin the program, may we request everyone to please rise. Let us show respect
and faithful allegiance to the flag by singing the Philippine National Anthem to be
conducted by Ma’am Jenelyn N. Tanglao of Capas Gabaladon Elementary School
Now, let us give thanks and praise our Almighty through a prayer to be led by Sir
Rey Anthony L. Acosta of O’Donnell High School. Followed by the Singing of Paspas
Capas to be conducted by Ma’am Jenelyn N. Tanglao.

A while ago, we have witnessed the entrance of our PSDS, LGU officials and our
distinguished guests from the different Schools Divisions in Central Luzon. Your
presence is very important and we want to hear more from you. It's time for the roll
call, where we call out your Division and you let us know you're here with your
loudest and proudest mantra! So, let's get this started! First up... SDO Malolos City!

Cristo Rey High School Performing Arts it is a dynamic ensemble of diverse dancers
who blend various styles, from contemporary to hip-hop and traditional cultural
dances, creating captivating performances that ignite the stage with energy and
passion. They performed in school activities such as Intramurals, Science Fair,
Dance Kinetics and even in the Street dance competition in the Municipality of
Capas. They have been acknowledged both within and beyond school activities
earning numerous awards for their exceptional performances. With commitment to
innovation and artistic expression, C.R.H.S. P.A. Dance Troupe aim to mesmerize
audiences and inspire through the universal language of dance. Let’s give it up for
Cristo Rey High School Performing Arts for the Opening Salvo.

Now, since we have with us locals from Capas and at the same time visitors from
other places, we want to share with you the history of Capas. But before that, did

At this juncture, Let us hear an inspirational message from one of the dedicated
leaders of the Municipality of Capas whose passion for service knows no bound.
Without further ado, please join me in welcoming our ever-supportive and dedicated
Vice Mayor, the Honorable Vice Mayor Alex C. Espinosa. Let us give him a warm
round of applause!

Now, Let us hear another inspirational message from one of the dedicated leaders
of the Municipality of Capas. His tireless efforts have propelled Capas towards
progress and prosperity. With a steadfast commitment and a deep-rooted passion
and dedication to public service embodies the true essence of his leadership and
civic responsibility. Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests, it is my distinct
privilege to introduce a leader whose dedication to our community is truly
unparalleled, the Father of Capas, the Honorable Mayor Roseller Boots B. Rodriguez.
